Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,包括以下步骤:S1.催芽:选取澳洲坚果的成熟果实,用甲基托布津和赤霉素浸泡,再用温控催芽的方法将果实催芽至澳洲坚果果壳开裂露白,露白后的种子移栽至育苗盘中,在温室大棚中培育至2‑3轮真叶后,移栽至营养杯中,放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育,待生长至地径0.8~1.0cm作为砧木苗使用;S2.选取接穗;S3.取砧木苗和接穗,切削出切口,使砧木苗和接穗的接触面能严密贴合,接穗在嫁接前先用生长激素浸泡,在嫁接切口部位涂抹嫁接愈合剂;S4.培育管理。本发明采用工厂的标准化操作进行澳洲坚果的育苗管理,并通过促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根的生长,提高育苗品质,提高嫁接成活率,缩短育苗时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及澳洲坚果种植技术领域,尤其是一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法。
背景技术
澳洲坚果为山龙眼科澳洲坚果属植物,原产于澳大利亚昆士兰与新南威尔士的亚热带雨林地区,由于营养价值和经济价值高,澳洲坚果在市场上广受欢迎,目前已经有20多个国家和地区种植澳洲坚果,在我国,主要在云南、广西广泛种植。
澳洲坚果与其他山龙眼科植物一样,在一定的情况下,在侧根上会产生典型的簇状须根,即所谓的山龙眼根。山龙眼根是澳洲坚果正常根的一种适应性反应而产生的簇状根,属正常根的一种变态结构,澳洲坚果山龙眼根内部不存在正常根的根结构,而是呈现中空的管状结构,该结构的发生,会使澳洲坚果的根系对土壤中N、P、K、Mg元素的吸收都有促进作用,其中对磷素的吸收在除去山龙眼根后会急剧下降,因此,促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根的生长,对于澳洲坚果的快速育苗具有极为重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,能采用工厂的标准化操作进行澳洲坚果的育苗管理,并通过促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根的生长,提高育苗品质,提高嫁接成活率,缩短育苗时间。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.催芽:选取澳洲坚果的成熟果实,用甲基托布津900~1200倍液浸泡5~10min,清洗后用赤霉素900~1200倍液浸泡8~15h,用温控催芽的方法将果实催芽至澳洲坚果果壳开裂露白,湿度90~98%,温度25~28℃,露白后的种子移栽至育苗盘中,育苗盘使用的育苗基质,由以下重量份的成分组成:1~5份蘑菇渣、2~6份木糠、2~6份椰糠、0.2~2份轻质碳酸钙颗粒、0.2~2份蚯蚓粪基质,在温室大棚中将砧木苗培育至2~3轮真叶后,进行换杯处理,连同育苗基质移栽至营养杯中,然后放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育,待生长至地径0.8~1.0cm作为嫁接用砧木苗使用;
S2.选取接穗,选择一年到一年半老熟的枝条,每段接穗至少保留2轮芽眼;
S3.取砧木苗和接穗,切削出切口,使砧木苗和接穗的接触面能严密贴合,接穗在嫁接前先用生长激素浸泡2~10min,取出,沥干,在嫁接切口部位涂抹嫁接愈合剂,所述嫁接愈合剂为赤霉素和芸苔素内酯按照重量比2~4:5~10混合,再用水稀释1000~1500倍制成,然后将砧木苗和接穗的切口对齐贴合,用薄膜包裹接口位置处,薄膜为可拉伸嫁接薄膜;
S4.培育管理:采用遮阳网在嫁接后实行20~30天的遮光处理,透光率达到85~90%之间,及时浇水、施肥和进行病虫害防治。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,砧木苗放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育时,每15~20天喷施一次育苗肥,所述育苗肥由氨基酸叶面肥、黄腐酸钾、低磷大量元素水溶肥、中微量元素水溶肥和花生麸浸泡液按照重量比2~4:2~4:8~12:0.3~2.5:5~10配制而成,其中,低磷大量元素水溶肥中,N:P:K= 12~18:6~9:15~21。中微量元素水溶肥即含有中量元素和微量元素的水溶肥,一般钙+镁≥10.0%,硫≥10.0%,还含有硼、锌、铁、锰、铜、钼等微量元素,育苗肥混合后用水稀释900-1500倍后喷洒,喷洒育苗肥采用微喷技术为佳。
所述步骤S1中,大棚所用的遮阳网为白色遮阳网,透光率为达到85~90%之间。大棚一般是采用钢架大棚。
优选的,步骤S3中,所述生长激素为吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、海藻酸钠和壳聚糖和水混合制成,按重量比计,吲哚乙酸: 萘乙酸:吲哚丁酸:海藻酸钠:壳聚糖:水为1~10:0.2~0.8:0.2~0.8:2~10:1~10:1000。
优选的,步骤S2中,接穗选择树膛外围的枝梢,采穗前2个月进行环割,接穗粗度为0.8~1.0cm。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,每畦摆放3~5行营养杯,两行之间预留8~20cm空隙。
优选的,步骤S1中,育苗盘为带有小杯的育苗盘。
优选的,所述育苗基质由以下重量份的成分组成:2份蘑菇渣、3份木糠、3份椰糠、1份轻质碳酸钙颗粒、1份蚯蚓粪基质。
优选的,所述嫁接愈合剂为赤霉素和芸苔素内酯按照重量比3:7混合,再用水稀释1000~1500倍制成。
优选的,所述温控催芽的方法,为在温控室内进行对果实进行催芽培育,温控室内保持通风环境,控制湿度90~98%,温度25~28℃。为方便放置果实,可以采用多层格架,每层均可排列放置多颗果实,每层格架的周侧可设置有格栅状围栏,格栅状围栏有利于保持每层格架的通风环境。通风环境的设置,可在温控室内设置空气循环泵或排气扇,对应的,还可在墙壁上设置有透气孔。
优选的,所述遮阳网一般采用白色遮阳网。
以上所述的促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明采用甲基托布津进行杀菌,再采用赤霉素结合适当的温度和湿度控制进行催芽,可保证种子的发芽率提高至95.6%,且出苗粗壮,为后期育苗奠定了良好的基础。
(2)本发明在嫁接前先采用合适的生长激素浸泡接穗,使生长激素渗入接穗中促进其后期的生长发育,然后在切口处涂抹嫁接愈合剂,采用赤霉素和芸苔素内酯混合作为愈合剂,赤霉素能加速细胞的伸长,芸苔素内酯能促进茎的横向和纵向生长,二者协同作用,能大大提高嫁接的成功率。
(3)本发明采用工厂标准化的培育方式,培育砧木苗时采用统一的温控和湿度管理,结合合适的低磷基质配方和低磷施肥处理,促进山龙眼根的生长,该簇状根须能促进其对土壤中N、P、K、Mg元素的吸收,使得植株生长更健康强壮,抗病性更好;最后在培育时采用合适的植株间距,以及遮阳控制,使植株能获得充分阳光和生长空间,提高嫁接的成功率。
(4)本发明通过工厂标准化的培育模式,使得澳洲坚果苗能使用可复制的方式进行高效的培育,且植株健壮,嫁接成活率高,培育时间缩短至8~10个月,有利于澳洲坚果种植的大面积推广。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例。
本案实施例是在广西南宁某试验基地进行试验,9月开始培育,调查发芽率、砧木苗生长至大约1cm的培育时间、嫁接成活率、山龙眼根条数、嫁接后株高、地径和可溶性糖含量,山龙眼根条数为砧木苗嫁接前,嫁接成活率、株高、地径和可溶性糖的调查时间为嫁接完成后2个月。
实施例1
一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,包括以下步骤:S1.催芽:选取澳洲坚果的成熟果实,用甲基托布津1000倍液浸泡10min,清洗后用赤霉素1000倍液浸泡10h,再用温控催芽的方法将果实催芽至澳洲坚果果壳开裂露白,湿度90~98%,温度25~28℃,露白后的种子移栽至育苗盘中,育苗盘为带有小杯的育苗盘,育苗基质由以下重量份的成分组成:2份蘑菇渣、3份木糠、3份椰糠、1份轻质碳酸钙颗粒、1份蚯蚓粪基质,在温室大棚中将砧木苗培育至2~3轮真叶后,连同育苗基质移栽至可重复利用的营养杯中,然后放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育,每15~20天喷施一次育苗肥,育苗肥由氨基酸叶面肥、黄腐酸钾、低磷大量元素水溶肥、中微量元素水溶肥和花生麸浸泡液按照重量比3:3:10:2:8配制而成,其中,低磷大量元素水溶肥中,N:P:K= 15:8:18,大棚所用的遮阳网为白色遮阳网,透光率为达到85~90%之间,待生长至地径0.8~1.0cm作为砧木苗使用;S2.选取接穗,选择一年到一年半老熟、树膛外围的枝梢,采穗前2个月进行环割,接穗粗度为0.8~1.0cm,剪取时至少保留2轮芽眼;S3.取砧木苗和接穗,切削出切口,使砧木苗和接穗的接触面能严密贴合,接穗在嫁接前先用生长激素浸泡5min,生长激素由吲哚乙酸: 萘乙酸:吲哚丁酸:海藻酸钠:壳聚糖:水重量比为5:0.6:0.6:3:3:1000配制而成,取出,沥干,在嫁接切口部位涂抹嫁接愈合剂,嫁接愈合剂为赤霉素和芸苔素内酯按照重量比3:7混合,再用水稀释1500倍制成,然后将砧木苗和接穗的切口对齐贴合,用可拉伸嫁接薄膜包裹接口位置处,本实施例每畦摆放4行营养杯,2行中间预留10cm空隙;S4.培育管理:采用白色遮阳网在嫁接后实行20~30天的遮光处理,透光率达到85~90%之间,待萌芽破嫁接薄膜之后可取消遮光处理,及时浇水、施肥和进行病虫害防治。
对于步骤S1中温控催芽的方法,为在温控室内进行对果实进行催芽培育,温控室内保持通风环境,控制湿度95%,温度25~28℃。为方便放置果实,温控室内设置有多层格架,每层均可排列放置多颗果实,每层格架的周侧可设置有格栅状围栏,格栅状围栏有利于保持每层格架的通风环境。通风环境的设置,可在温控室内设置空气循环泵或排气扇,对应的,还在墙壁上设置有透气孔。
本实施例的砧木苗,在培育6个月后,山龙眼根情况如图1所示。
实施例2
一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:S1.催芽:选取澳洲坚果的成熟果实,用甲基托布津1200倍液浸泡10min,清洗后用赤霉素1200倍液浸泡15h,再用温控催芽的方法将果实催芽至澳洲坚果果壳开裂露白,湿度98%,温度25~28℃,露白后的种子移栽至育苗盘中,育苗盘为带有小杯的育苗盘,育苗基质由以下重量份的成分组成:3份蘑菇渣、6份木糠、6份椰糠、1.5份轻质碳酸钙颗粒、1.5份蚯蚓粪基质,在温室大棚中将砧木苗培育至2~3轮真叶后,连同育苗基质移栽至可重复利用的营养杯中,然后放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育,每15~20天喷施一次育苗肥,育苗肥由氨基酸叶面肥、黄腐酸钾、低磷大量元素水溶肥、中微量元素水溶肥和花生麸浸泡液按照重量比2:2:8.5:0.8:5配制而成,其中,低磷大量元素水溶肥中,N:P:K= 12:6:15,大棚所用的遮阳网为白色遮阳网,透光率为达到85~90%之间,待生长至地径0.8~1.0cm作为砧木苗使用;S2.选取接穗,选择一年到一年半老熟、树膛外围的枝梢,采穗前2个月进行环割,接穗粗度为0.8~1.0cm,剪取时至少保留2个芽眼;S3.取砧木苗和接穗,切削出切口,使砧木苗和接穗的接触面能严密贴合,接穗在嫁接前先用生长激素浸泡5min,生长激素由吲哚乙酸: 萘乙酸:吲哚丁酸:海藻酸钠:壳聚糖:水重量比为2:0.4:0.8:3:1:1000配制而成,取出,沥干,在嫁接切口部位涂抹嫁接愈合剂,嫁接愈合剂为赤霉素和芸苔素内酯按照重量比2:8混合,再用水稀释1500倍制成,然后将砧木苗和接穗的切口对齐贴合,用可拉伸嫁接薄膜包裹接口位置处,本实施例每畦摆放3行营养杯,2行中间预留12cm空隙;S4.培育管理:采用白色遮阳网在嫁接后实行20~30天遮光处理,透光率达到85~90%之间,待萌芽破嫁接薄膜之后可取消遮光处理,及时浇水、施肥和进行病虫害防治。

1.一种促进澳洲坚果山龙眼根生长的工厂化轻基质育苗方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1.催芽:选取澳洲坚果的成熟果实,用甲基托布津900~1200倍液浸泡5~10min,清洗后用赤霉素900~1200倍液浸泡8~15h,用温控催芽的方法将果实催芽至澳洲坚果果壳开裂露白,露白后的种子移栽至育苗盘中,育苗盘使用的育苗基质,由以下重量份的成分组成:1~5份蘑菇渣、2~6份木糠、2~6份椰糠、0.2~2份轻质碳酸钙颗粒、0.2~2份蚯蚓粪基质,在温室大棚中将砧木苗培育至2~3轮真叶后,连同育苗基质移栽至营养杯中,然后放置在有遮阳网的大棚中培育,待生长至地径0.8~1.0cm作为嫁接用砧木苗使用;
