(4)穗条处理:采集一年生枝条,剪成两芽一叶形式的插穗,并将过大的叶片进行修剪,以减少养分消耗,将插穗下端浸泡生根剂;
(5)扦插基质处理:扦插基质使用轻基质网袋,使用之前对轻基质网袋统一杀菌消毒,并整齐排列于移动苗床上;
(6)实施扦插:将剪好的插穗逐一插进准备好的轻基质网袋中,插穗进土1/3,叶片朝向一致,使每根插穗有足够的受光面积进行光合作用;
(7)后期育苗管理:扦插完成后,覆上拱膜,定期补水,喷洒杀菌剂,待有根系窜出网袋后撤去拱膜。

(5)扦插基质处理:扦插基质使用轻基质网袋,使用之前对轻基质网袋统一杀菌消毒,并整齐排列于移动苗床上;
(6)实施扦插:将剪好的插穗逐一插进准备好的轻基质网袋(业内通用扦插轻基质网袋)中,插穗进土1/3,叶片朝向一致,使每根插穗有足够的受光面积进行光合作用;
(7)后期育苗管理:扦插完成后,覆上拱膜,根据实际情况进行补水、杀菌等管理操作;有根系窜出网袋时,芽苗的一次根已发育成熟,必要时可拔出芽苗观察根系情况,适时撤去拱膜。
在有些优选的实施例中,后期育苗管理期间,对插穗叶片喷洒2-3次生长促进剂,促进苗木生长,所述生长促进剂为25mg/L 6-苄氨基嘌呤+300mg/L硫酸氢钠。
实施例2
一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,步骤包括:
(1)扦插时间选择:于三月份初春,黄金枸骨休眠期(黄金枸骨未萌芽时期,在生长期之前)进行春季扦插;
(2)采穗母树挑选:选取两年生母树、或平茬修剪后萌生两年生枝条的母树作为采穗母树,枝条中需积累足多的养分,同时保证穗条的活力;
(3)遮光处理:提前一个月,对采穗母树进行遮光处理,将采穗母树植株移至树荫下,或架起遮阳网即可,无需全遮光,使黄金枸骨母树叶片逐渐由黄色转为绿色,使叶片中积累足够多的叶绿素,供给插穗自身光合消耗;
(4)穗条处理:采集一年生枝条,剪成两芽一叶形式的插穗,并将过大的叶片进行修剪,以减少养分消耗,将插穗下端浸泡生根剂;生根剂为20mg/L萘乙酸和250mg/L吲哚丁酸。
(5)扦插基质处理:扦插基质使用轻基质网袋,使用之前对轻基质网袋统一杀菌消毒,并整齐排列于移动苗床上;
(6)实施扦插:将剪好的插穗逐一插进准备好的轻基质网袋中,插穗进土1/3,叶片朝向一致,使每根插穗有足够的受光面积进行光合作用;
(7)后期育苗管理:扦插完成后,覆上拱膜,根据实际情况进行补水、杀菌等管理操作;有根系窜出网袋时,芽苗的一次根已发育成熟,必要时可拔出芽苗观察根系情况,适时撤去拱膜。
该实施例中,轻基质网袋由三层聚乳酸纤维网制成,所述可降解纤维网的网孔孔径为0.04-0.08mm,相邻层可降解纤维网之间形成有尺寸为0.3-0.5mm的网格状容纳区间,所述网格状容纳区间内填充有粒径为0.1-0.2mm的吸附膨胀颗粒;所述吸附膨胀颗粒的制备原料为:按重量计,70%凹凸棒石粘土、15%膨润土和15%高吸水树脂(选用聚丙烯酸钠),混合后常规制粒即可得到。
该轻基质网袋结构的设计,使得其在具有良好的透气性能基础上,还能起到防滴水效果,尤其是在浇水过多后,水分经渗透到达轻基质网袋面时,会浸润吸附膨胀颗粒,使吸附膨胀颗粒短时间内快速膨胀,并将网格状容纳区间填充实,相邻层纤维网的网孔被阻隔,使得水分无法透过网袋面,起到防止水滴滴落作用;待水分逐渐散发、吸收后,吸附膨胀颗粒又缩小体积,使网格状容纳区间恢复通透性。
另外,在其它的实施例中,轻基质网袋还可由芳香族聚酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚烯烃纤维等材质制成。
在其它的实施例中,所述轻基质网袋中轻基质选用泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、椰糠、稻壳、锯末、谷壳、炉渣、蔗渣中的一种或几种混合物,优选的,轻基质经58%甲霜灵-锰锌可湿性粉剂1000倍稀释溶液消毒后再装入轻基质网袋中。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
(1)扦插时间选择:于三月份黄金枸骨休眠期进行春季扦插;
(2)采穗母树挑选:选取两年生母树、或平茬修剪后萌生两年生枝条的母树作为采穗母树;
(3)遮光处理:提前一个月,对采穗母树进行遮光处理,使黄金枸骨母树叶片逐渐由黄色转为绿色;
(4)穗条处理:采集一年生枝条,剪成两芽一叶形式的插穗,并将过大的叶片进行修剪,将插穗下端浸泡生根剂;
(5)扦插基质处理:扦插基质使用轻基质网袋,使用之前对轻基质网袋统一杀菌消毒,并整齐排列于移动苗床上;
(6)实施扦插:将剪好的插穗逐一插进准备好的轻基质网袋中,插穗进土1/3,叶片朝向一致;
(7)后期育苗管理:扦插完成后,覆上拱膜,定期补水,喷洒杀菌剂,待有根系窜出网袋后撤去拱膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述扦插时间具体为三月份初春,黄金枸骨未萌芽时期,在生长期之前进行扦插。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述遮光处理指的是将采穗母树植株移至树荫下,或架起遮阳网即可,无需全遮光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述生根剂为10-20mg/L萘乙酸和250-350mg/L吲哚丁酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述轻基质网袋由三层及以上可降解纤维网制成,所述可降解纤维网的网孔孔径为0.04-0.08mm,相邻层可降解纤维网之间形成有尺寸为0.3-0.5mm的网格状容纳区间,所述网格状容纳区间内填充有粒径为0.1-0.2mm的吸附膨胀颗粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述吸附膨胀颗粒的制备原料为:60-80%凹凸棒石粘土、10-20%膨润土和5-20%高吸水树脂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述可降解纤维网选用聚乳酸纤维、芳香族聚酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚烯烃纤维中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述轻基质网袋中轻基质选用泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、椰糠、稻壳、锯末、谷壳、炉渣、蔗渣中的一种或几种混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种黄金枸骨春季避阴采穗扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述轻基质经58%甲霜灵-锰锌可湿性粉剂1000倍稀释溶液消毒后再装入轻基质网袋中。
