Abstract

The rotary material rack 1, the first pressing roller group 2, the second pressing roller group 3, the guide roller group 4 and the traction roller 5 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the bar 8, and the central axis of the first pressing roller 201 is perpendicular to the central axis of the second pressing roller 301. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cylindrical roll surface of the first pressing roll 201 is coaxially provided with annular adjusting grooves 201a, the adjusting grooves 201a of each pair of first pressing rolls 201 are arranged oppositely, so that the groove bottom surfaces of the two adjusting grooves 201a are in contact with the bar stock 8 oppositely, and a space enclosed by the two adjusting grooves 201a is opposite to a gap between each pair of second pressing rolls 301 in the axial direction of the bar stock 8, the groove width dimension of the adjusting grooves 201a is larger than the diameter dimension of the bar stock 8, the groove width dimension of the adjusting grooves 201a is at least twice of the diameter dimension of the bar stock 8, and the groove depth dimension of the adjusting grooves 201a is smaller than the radius dimension of the bar stock 8.
Considering that the bar 8 can have a certain degree of distortion when unreeling, therefore, the groove width size of the adjusting groove 201a is greater than the diameter size of the bar 8, press and correct the bar 8 up and down first, in order to ensure the effect of press and down, the groove depth size of the adjusting groove 201a is less than the radius size of the bar 8, after the bar 8 is primarily straightened by the first press roller group 2, the operation of straightening the bar 8 is performed by the left and right pressing action of the second press roller group 2, and finally the shape of the straightened bar 8 is maintained by the guide roller group 4, so that the bar 8 can be horizontally and linearly sent to the position of the traction roller 5.
The two rows of guide rollers 4a of the guide roller group 4 are staggered with each other.
The second press roller group 3 is relatively close to the guide roller group 4, and the horizontal distance between the second press roller group 3 and the first press roller group 2 is larger than that between the second press roller group 3 and the guide roller group 4.
The gap between each pair of second press rollers 301 is just opposite to the gap between the two rows of guide rollers 4a along the axial direction of the bar 8, so that the straightening straightness of the bar 8 is guaranteed.
