Except that the step (4) has a requirement on the air cleanliness of the clean filling area, the operation environments of the steps (1) to (3) are kept clean.
The prepared royal jelly micromolecule water solution is stored at normal temperature (25 ℃), and the royal jelly acid content, the pH value, the bag expanding condition and the change of the total number of bacterial colonies are tracked and observed, and the results are shown in table 3.

According to the test of the storage stability at normal temperature, the micro-molecular water solution of royal jelly obtained by the preparation method provided by the invention still has stable quality after being stored for 3 months and 6 months at normal temperature, is safe for microorganisms and has excellent storage stability. Tests show that the small molecular water solutions of royal jelly prepared in examples 1-4 also have excellent storage stability.
