The dehumidifying device 6 comprises a condenser 19, an expansion valve 20, an evaporator 21 and a compressor 25 which are sequentially communicated, a water receiving tray 23 is arranged below the evaporator 21, a water storage tank 24 is arranged below the water receiving tray 23, and the water receiving tray 23 is communicated with the water storage tank 24; the condenser 19 and the evaporator 21 are located in a gas flow passage 22 of the dehumidifying apparatus 6, and the evaporator 21 is located upstream of the condenser 19 in the airflow direction.
The tea cage 11 comprises an upper cage body 28 and a lower cage body 32, wherein a cage cover 26 is arranged on the upper cage body 28, and the cage cover 26 is detachably arranged on the upper cage body 28; the lower end of the upper cage body 28 is provided with an extension section 29, the extension section 29 is arranged in the lower cage body 32 in a sliding manner, and the lower end of the extension section 29 is provided with an outward flange 30; the lower cage body 32 is provided with a limiting block 31 at a position corresponding to the outward flange 30, and the slot 10 is positioned between the upper cage body 28 and the lower cage body 32. A plurality of upper baffles 27 arranged side by side are arranged in the upper cage body 28, the height of each upper baffle 27 is equal to the depth of the upper cage body 28, and the upper cage body 28 is divided into a plurality of groove bodies arranged side by the upper baffles 27; the lower cage body 32 is internally provided with a plurality of lower baffles 33, the height of each lower baffle 33 is equal to the depth of the lower cage body 32, the lower baffles 33 divide the lower cage body 32 into a plurality of groove bodies which are arranged side by side, and the lower baffles 33 are attached to the upper baffles 27.
The equipment adopts the following operation method:
horizontally placing the tea cage 11, opening a cage cover 26 of the tea cage 11, filling the tea cage 11 with tea leaves to be withered until the upper-layer tea leaves are flush with the upper surface of the tea cage 11, and fixing the cage cover 26 on the tea cage 11; the tea cage 11 is placed in the withering chamber 1, the inserting plate is positioned in the slot 10, and the lower cage body 32 slides downwards along the extension section 29 under the action of gravity; the switch door of the shell 4 is closed, the dehumidifying device 6 and the air pump 7 are started, the air pump 7 pumps air from the exhaust bin 14, the exhaust bin 14 transmits negative pressure to the lower diversion structure 12, the lower diversion structure 12 sucks air above the tea cage 11, and the air takes away moisture of tea leaves in the tea cage 11 when passing through the tea cage 11; the air pump 7 guides the air into the dehumidifying device 6, and the dehumidifying device 6 separates the water in the air and stores the water in the water storage tank 24; the air without moisture enters the air inlet bin 3 and is blown to the tea leaves in the tea cage 11 through the air inlet pipe 2 and the upper diversion structure 8.
Be provided with humidity transducer in exhaust storehouse 14, detect the air humidity in the exhaust storehouse 14 through humidity transducer, through the contrast relation of water content in air humidity and the tealeaves in the experimental detection exhaust storehouse 14, humidity transducer is connected with the controller, and the controller is connected with the display, shows real-time air humidity in the exhaust storehouse 14 through the display, judges the tealeaves degree of progress that withers according to air humidity.
A gas flow velocity sensor is arranged at the exhaust pipe 15 and is electrically connected with a controller, an electromagnetic opening adjusting valve is arranged at the gas inlet pipe 2 and is electrically connected with the controller; the air flow rates of the exhaust pipes 15 are all displayed on the display, and the electromagnetic opening adjusting valves corresponding to the exhaust pipes 15 with the higher air flow rate and the exhaust pipes 15 with the lower air flow rate are adjusted, so that the air flow rates in all the exhaust pipes 15 are equal, and the withering rates of all the tea leaves are kept equal.

Claims (10)

1. A withering device for making craft white tea is characterized by comprising a sealed shell (4), wherein one side of the shell (4) is provided with a sealed air inlet bin (3), the other side of the shell (4) is provided with a sealed air outlet bin (14), and a withering chamber (1) is arranged between the air inlet bin (3) and the air outlet bin (14); a plurality of partition plates (13) which are arranged up and down are arranged in the withering chamber (1), the partition plates (13) divide the withering chamber (1) into a plurality of independent withering bins (9), the middle parts of the withering bins (9) are provided with horizontally arranged tea cages (11), an upper flow guide structure (8) is arranged above the tea cages (11) in the withering bins (9), and a lower flow guide structure (12) is arranged below the tea cages (11) in the withering bins (9); the upper diversion structure (8) is communicated with the air inlet bin (3) through the air inlet pipe (2), and the lower diversion structure (12) is communicated with the exhaust bin (14) through the exhaust pipe (15); an electrical appliance bin (5) is arranged at the upper part of the shell (4), and a dehumidifying device (6) and an air pump (7) are arranged in the electrical appliance bin (5); the air inlet bin (3), the dehumidifying device (6), the air pump (7) and the exhaust bin (14) are communicated in sequence.

A withering apparatus for craft white tea manufacture as claimed in claim 1, wherein an open-close door is mounted on the housing (4) for sealing one side of the chamber (1); the upper diversion structure (8) and the lower diversion structure (12) are horizontally arranged, the upper diversion structure (8) and the lower diversion structure (12) are rectangular, three side walls of the upper diversion structure (8) and the lower diversion structure (12) are attached to three inner walls of the withering chamber (1), and when the switch door is in a closed state, the switch door is attached to the other side wall of the upper diversion structure (8) and the other side wall of the lower diversion structure (12).

A withering apparatus for artificial white tea as claimed in claim 2, wherein an insert plate is provided on the inner wall of the withering chamber (1) between the upper deflector structure (8) and the lower deflector structure (12), a slot (10) is provided in the central part of the tea cage (11), and the tea cage (11) is arranged in the withering chamber (1) by means of the slot (10) and the insert plate; the length of the inserting plate is equal to the inner depth of the withering chamber (1), and the length of the slot (10) is equal to the length of the inserting plate; when the switch door is in a closed state, the front side wall of the tea cage (11) is attached to the switch door, and the rear side wall of the tea cage (11) is attached to the side wall of the withering chamber (1).

A withering apparatus for craft white tea as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper deflector structure (8) and the lower deflector structure (12) are of identical construction, the lower deflector structure (12) being arranged such that the upper deflector structure (8) is rotated through 180 ° about a horizontal axis; the upper part flow guide structure (8) comprises a gas collection section (16), a diffusion section (17) and an even distribution section (18), the gas collection section (16) is communicated with the gas inlet pipe (2), the diffusion section (17) is communicated with the gas collection section (16), and the even distribution section (18) is communicated with the diffusion section (17); the gas collection section (16) is located above the diffusion section (17), the diffusion section (17) comprises a plurality of wedge-shaped gas guide grooves, the uniform distribution section (18) comprises a plurality of vertical gas grooves, the number of the vertical gas grooves is equal to that of the gas guide grooves, and the lower ends of the vertical gas grooves face the tea cage (11).

A withering apparatus for craft white tea manufacture as claimed in claim 4, wherein the dehumidifying means (6) includes a condenser (19), an expansion valve (20), an evaporator (21) and a compressor (25) in serial communication, a water pan (23) is provided below the evaporator (21), a water storage tank (24) is provided below the water pan (23), the water pan (23) and the water storage tank (24) are in communication; the condenser (19) and the evaporator (21) are located in a gas flow passage (22) of the dehumidifying device (6), and the evaporator (21) is located upstream in the airflow direction of the condenser (19).

A withering apparatus for craft white tea manufacture as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tea cage (11) includes an upper cage (28) and a lower cage (32), the upper cage (28) having a cage cover (26) disposed thereon, the cage cover (26) being removably disposed on the upper cage (28); the lower end of the upper cage body (28) is provided with an extension section (29), the extension section (29) is arranged in the lower cage body (32) in a sliding manner, and the lower end of the extension section (29) is provided with an outward flange (30); the lower cage body (32) is provided with a limiting block (31) at a position corresponding to the outward flanging (30), and the slot (10) is positioned between the upper cage body (28) and the lower cage body (32).

A withering apparatus for artistic white tea production as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper cage (28) has a plurality of upper baffles (27) arranged side by side therein, the height of the upper baffles (27) being equal to the depth of the upper cage (28), the upper baffles (27) dividing the upper cage (28) into a plurality of troughs arranged side by side; have a plurality of lower parts baffle (33) in the lower part cage (32), the degree of depth that highly equals the lower part cage (32) of lower part baffle (33), lower part baffle (33) separate into the cell body of a plurality of settings side by side with the lower part cage (32), lower part baffle (33) with upper portion baffle (27) laminating.
8. A withering apparatus for craft white tea manufacture as claimed in claim 7, wherein the following method of operation is employed:
horizontally placing the tea cage (11), opening a cage cover (26) of the tea cage (11), filling the tea cage (11) with tea leaves to be withered until the upper surfaces of the upper layer tea leaves and the tea cage (11) are flush, and fixing the cage cover (26) on the tea cage (11); the tea cage (11) is arranged in the withering room (1), the inserting plate is positioned in the slot (10), and the lower cage body (32) slides downwards along the extension section (29) under the action of gravity;
closing a switch door of the shell (4), starting the dehumidifying device (6) and the air pump (7), exhausting air from the exhaust bin (14) by the air pump (7), transmitting negative pressure to the lower diversion structure (12) by the exhaust bin (14), sucking air above the tea cage (11) by the lower diversion structure (12), and taking away moisture of tea leaves in the tea cage (11) when the air passes through the tea cage (11);
the air pump (7) guides the air into the dehumidifying device (6), and the dehumidifying device (6) separates the water in the air and stores the water in the water storage tank (24); the air without moisture enters the air inlet bin (3) and is blown to the tea leaves in the tea cage (11) through the air inlet pipe (2) and the upper diversion structure (8).
