Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a financial data sharing method and system based on big data to solve the problems in the background technology.
The invention is realized by a financial data sharing method based on big data, which comprises the following steps:
receiving a financial sharer account number, a payment software name, a financial certificate category and a financial certificate time period input by a user;
automatically opening corresponding payment software, and calling a corresponding payment bill according to the financial voucher time period;
classifying the called payment bills according to the financial voucher categories to obtain first payment bills and second payment bills, wherein the first payment bills accord with the financial voucher categories, and the second payment bills do not accord with the financial voucher categories;
receiving a payment bill category exchanging instruction, and updating the first type of payment bill and the second type of payment bill according to the payment bill category exchanging instruction;
automatically applying for electronic vouchers of all payment bills in the first type of payment bills, wherein the electronic vouchers are electronic invoices or electronic receipt;
and receiving the electronic certificate, and automatically sharing the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer.
As a further scheme of the invention: the step of classifying the called payment bills according to the financial voucher categories to obtain a first type of payment bill and a second type of payment bill specifically comprises:
reading a bill classification name carried in a payment bill;
judging whether the bill classification name belongs to the financial voucher category or not, if so, classifying the corresponding payment bill into a first type of payment bill, and if not, executing the next step;
judging whether the bill classification names are intersected with the financial voucher classes or not, if not, dividing the corresponding payment bills into second payment bills, and if so, executing the next step;
calling a specific purpose of the bill for payment, judging whether the specific purpose belongs to the financial voucher category, if so, classifying the corresponding bill for payment into a first type of bill for payment, and if not, classifying the corresponding bill for payment into a second type of bill for payment.
As a further scheme of the invention: the step of receiving the electronic certificate and automatically sharing the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer specifically comprises the following steps:
monitoring the payment software, and judging whether the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate or not when the payment software is monitored to receive the electronic certificate;
and when the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate, importing the electronic certificate, sharing the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer, and generating a sharing record.
As a further scheme of the invention: the method further comprises the following steps: analyzing historical user big data to obtain a financial certificate category set, and specifically comprising the following steps:
analyzing financial certificate categories input by all historical users, wherein the financial certificate categories comprise one or more specific certificate categories, and when the input times of all users of the same financial certificate category reach a set number, calling each specific certificate category in the financial certificate categories;
integrating the called specific certificate categories to form a financial certificate category set;
and arranging all the financial voucher category sets in a descending order according to the corresponding input times, and reserving and displaying the previous N-bit financial voucher category sets.
As a further scheme of the invention: the method further comprises the following steps: and automatically saving the last input record of the user, wherein the input record comprises the account number of the financial sharer, the name of the payment software and the category of the financial certificate.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a big data based financial data sharing system, comprising:
the basic information receiving module is used for receiving a financial sharer account number, a payment software name, a financial certificate category and a financial certificate time period which are input by a user;
the software automatic opening module is used for automatically opening corresponding payment software and calling a corresponding payment bill according to the financial voucher time period;
the payment bill classification module is used for classifying the called payment bills according to the financial voucher categories to obtain a first payment bill and a second payment bill, wherein the first payment bill conforms to the financial voucher categories, and the second payment bill does not conform to the financial voucher categories;
the bill category exchanging module is used for receiving the bill category exchanging instruction and updating the first type of payment bill and the second type of payment bill according to the bill category exchanging instruction;
the electronic voucher application module is used for automatically applying electronic vouchers of all payment bills in the first type of payment bills, and the electronic vouchers are electronic invoices or electronic receipt; and
and the electronic certificate sharing module is used for receiving the electronic certificate and automatically sharing the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer.
As a further scheme of the invention: the payment bill classification module includes:
the classified name reading unit is used for reading the bill classified name carried in the payment bill;
the first division unit is used for judging whether the bill classification name belongs to the financial voucher category or not, if so, dividing the corresponding payment bill into a first type of payment bill, and if not, executing the step in the second division unit;
the second division unit is used for judging whether the bill classification name is intersected with the financial certificate category or not, if not, the corresponding payment bill is divided into a second payment bill, and if so, the step in the third division unit is executed;
and the third time division unit is used for calling the specific purpose of the payment bill, judging whether the specific purpose belongs to the financial voucher category, dividing the corresponding payment bill into the first type of payment bill when the specific purpose belongs to the financial voucher category, and dividing the corresponding payment bill into the second type of payment bill when the specific purpose does not belong to the financial voucher category.
As a further scheme of the invention: the electronic credential sharing module comprises:
the payment software monitoring unit is used for monitoring the payment software and judging whether the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate or not when the payment software is monitored to receive the electronic certificate;
and the certificate is led into the sharing unit, when the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate, the electronic certificate is led in, the electronic certificate is shared to the account number of the financial sharer, and a sharing record is generated.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method and the system can automatically open the payment software, call the payment bill, classify the called payment bill according to the financial voucher type to obtain a first type payment bill and a second type payment bill, automatically apply for the electronic vouchers of all the payment bills in the first type payment bill, receive the electronic vouchers, and automatically share the electronic vouchers to the account number of the financial sharer. Therefore, various bills needing to be reimbursed during business trip can be automatically shared in batches without the need of preparing various paper bills by a user, and the method is fast, convenient and reliable.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a big data-based financial data sharing method, where the method includes the following steps:
s100, receiving a financial sharer account number, a payment software name, a financial certificate category and a financial certificate time period input by a user;
s200, automatically opening corresponding payment software, and calling a corresponding payment bill according to the financial voucher time period;
s300, classifying the called payment bills according to the financial voucher categories to obtain a first payment bill and a second payment bill, wherein the first payment bill conforms to the financial voucher categories, and the second payment bill does not conform to the financial voucher categories;
s400, receiving a payment bill type exchanging instruction, and updating the first type of payment bill and the second type of payment bill according to the payment bill type exchanging instruction;
s500, automatically applying for electronic vouchers of all payment bills in the first type of payment bills, wherein the electronic vouchers are electronic invoices or electronic receipt;
and S600, receiving the electronic certificate, and automatically sharing the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer.
It should be noted that, the financial department of the enterprise will confirm the financial voucher that the employee needs to reimburse, the current reimbursement still mainly uses paper bills, and the employee goes on a trip and needs to reimburse the trip fee, the catering fee, the hotel lodging fee and the like, so that various paper bills need to be prepared, and the labor is very troublesome; along with the continuous development of the society, electronic invoices have appeared, in addition, expenses of various expenses in business trip can be completed by mobile phone payment, electronic payment credentials are left in the mobile phone payment, but the electronic payment credentials are not well utilized to carry out systematic financial reimbursement at present, and the embodiment of the invention aims to solve the problems.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user returns once on a business trip and needs to reimburse various fees, the account number, the name of payment software, the category of financial certificates and the period of financial certificates are directly input through a user terminal (such as a mobile phone), for example, the account number of the financial sharer is a superior supervisor account number, a personnel account number and a financial staff account number, the category of the financial certificates is transportation trip, hotel housing and a client gift, the period of the financial certificates is the business trip period, after the user inputs the financial certificates, the embodiment of the invention automatically opens corresponding payment software, of course, authorization is needed before the payment software is automatically opened, corresponding payment bills are called according to the period of the financial certificates, and the called payment bills are classified according to the category of the financial certificates to obtain a first type payment bill and a second type payment bill, wherein the first type payment bill conforms to the category of the financial certificates, the second type of payment bill does not conform to the financial voucher category, in principle, all the first type of payment bills can be reimbursed, however, it is easy to understand that there are individual errors in automatic classification, the user can check the result of classification of the payment bills, if there are errors, the user can input a payment bill category exchanging instruction, the payment bill category exchanging instruction can transfer a certain bill in the first type of payment bills to the second type of payment bills, or transfer a certain bill in the second type of payment bills to the first type of payment bills, namely, the payment bill category exchanging instruction is a selection instruction, the user directly selects a specific bill needing to transfer the bill category, the selected bill is transferred to another type of payment bills, so that all the first type of payment bills can be reimbursed, and then the electronic vouchers of all the payment bills in the first type of payment bills are automatically applied, when a merchant can provide an electronic invoice, the electronic certificate is the electronic invoice, otherwise, the electronic certificate is an electronic receipt, general network merchants, hotels and restaurants can issue the electronic invoice, and after application, the electronic certificate can be received within a certain time. The embodiment of the invention does not need a user to prepare various paper bills, can automatically share various bills needing reimbursement in batch during business trip, and is quick, convenient and reliable.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of classifying the called payment bills according to the financial voucher categories to obtain a first payment bill and a second payment bill specifically includes:
s301, reading the self-contained bill classification name in the payment bill;
s302, judging whether the bill classification name belongs to the financial voucher category or not, if so, classifying the corresponding payment bill into a first type of payment bill, and if not, executing the next step;
s303, judging whether the bill classification name is intersected with the financial voucher type or not, if not, dividing the corresponding payment bill into a second payment bill, and if so, executing the next step;
s304, calling specific use of the payment bill, judging whether the specific use belongs to the financial voucher category, if so, dividing the corresponding payment bill into a first type of payment bill, and if not, dividing the corresponding payment bill into a second type of payment bill.
It should be noted that the payment software can automatically form a bill, and the content of the bill includes a bill classification, for example, the name of the bill classification carried by the payment software is as follows: catering, clothing, transportation, hotel housing, daily groceries, hairdressing and beauty and the like, firstly judging whether the bill classification name belongs to the financial voucher category, when belonging, the corresponding bill for payment is classified into a first class bill for payment, for example, a trip belongs to, when not, a determination is made whether there is an intersection between the bill category name and the financial instrument category, and when not, the corresponding payment bill is classified into a second type of payment bill, e.g., hairdressing, there is no intersection, when present, such as daily department intersection with customer gift, invoke a specific use of the bill for payment, determine whether the specific use belongs to the financial instrument category, if the specific use is a specific object for consumption, for example, the specific object is a gift box xx, the corresponding payment bill is classified into a first type of payment bill; the specific object is a simple and cheap article, the article does not belong to a gift of a customer, and the corresponding bill for payment is divided into a second type of bill for payment. Of course, if the specific use cannot be called out from the bill for payment, the bill for payment is classified into the second type of bill for payment.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of receiving the electronic certificate and automatically sharing the electronic certificate to the account of the financial sharer specifically includes:
s601, monitoring the payment software, and judging whether the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate when the payment software is monitored to receive the electronic certificate;
s602, when the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate, importing the electronic certificate, sharing the electronic certificate to a financial sharer account, and generating a sharing record.
In the embodiment of the invention, an applied electronic certificate is sent to payment software, so that the payment software needs to be monitored, when the payment software is monitored to receive the electronic certificate, whether the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate is judged, and only when the electronic certificate is the automatically applied electronic certificate, the electronic certificate is imported, shared to a financial sharer account and a sharing record is generated; if the electronic certificate is the electronic certificate manually applied by the user, the electronic certificate is not the electronic certificate used for batch reimbursement in the embodiment of the invention and is not shared.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: analyzing historical user big data to obtain a financial certificate category set, and specifically comprising the following steps:
s701, analyzing financial certificate categories input by all historical users, wherein one financial certificate category comprises one or more specific certificate categories, and when the input times of all users of the same financial certificate category reach a set number, calling each specific certificate category in the financial certificate categories;
s702, integrating the called specific certificate types to form a financial certificate type set;
and S703, arranging all the financial voucher type sets in a descending order according to the corresponding input times, and reserving and displaying the former N financial voucher type sets.
In the embodiment of the invention, it is easy to understand that if the financial voucher category contents required to be input by the user are more, the use is inconvenient, so that a financial voucher category set needs to be provided, and the direct selection of the financial voucher category set by the user is equivalent to the input of a plurality of specific voucher categories. In order to implement the above functions, in the embodiments of the present invention, the financial credential categories input by all historical users are analyzed, when the number of times that the same financial credential category is input by all users reaches a set number, each specific credential category in the financial credential categories is called, and the called specific credential categories are integrated to form a financial credential category set, so that a plurality of widely used financial credential category sets can be obtained.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: the last input record of the user is automatically saved, the input record comprises the account number of the financial sharer, the name of the payment software and the category of the financial certificate, so that the user only needs to input the time period of the financial certificate during subsequent use, and the use is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for sharing financial data based on big data, where the system includes:
a basic information receiving module 100, configured to receive a financial sharer account, a payment software name, a financial credential category, and a financial credential time period input by a user;
the software automatic starting module 200 is used for automatically starting the corresponding payment software and calling the corresponding payment bill according to the financial voucher time period;
a bill for payment classification module 300, configured to classify the called bill for payment according to the financial document category to obtain a first bill for payment and a second bill for payment, where the first bill for payment conforms to the financial document category and the second bill for payment does not conform to the financial document category;
the bill category exchanging module 400 is configured to receive a payment bill category exchanging instruction, and update the first type payment bill and the second type payment bill according to the payment bill category exchanging instruction;
the electronic voucher applying module 500 is configured to automatically apply for electronic vouchers of all payment bills in the first type of payment bills, where the electronic vouchers are electronic invoices or electronic receipt; and
and the electronic certificate sharing module 600 is configured to receive an electronic certificate and automatically share the electronic certificate to the account of the financial sharer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the system can be made into APP, when a user returns at a business trip and needs to make reimbursement for various expenses, the account number of a financial sharer, the name of payment software, the category of financial certificates and the period of financial certificates are directly input through the system, for example, the account number of the financial sharer is a superior supervisor account number, a personnel account number and a financial staff account number, the category of the financial certificates is transportation trip, hotel housing and a client gift, the period of the financial certificates is a business trip period, after the user finishes inputting, the embodiment of the invention automatically opens corresponding payment software, calls corresponding payment bills according to the period of the financial certificates, and classifies the called payment bills according to the category of the financial certificates to obtain a first payment bill and a second payment bill, wherein the first payment bill accords with the category of the financial certificates, and the second payment bill does not accord with the category of the financial certificates, in principle, the first type of payment bill can be reimbursed, but it is easy to understand that there are individual errors in automatic classification, and the user checks the result after classification of the payment bill, and if there is an error, can input a payment bill category exchange instruction, which can transfer a certain bill in the first type of payment bill to the second type of payment bill or transfer a certain bill in the second type of payment bill to the first type of payment bill, so that all the first type of payment bills can be reimbursed, and then automatically apply for the electronic certificates of all the payment bills in the first type of payment bill, when the merchant can provide the electronic certificates, the electronic certificates are electronic bills, otherwise, the electronic certificates are electronic receipt, and the electronic bills can be issued by general merchants, hotels and restaurants, and after application, the electronic certificates are received within a certain time, the embodiment of the invention automatically shares the electronic certificate to the account number of the financial sharer, so that financial personnel can reimburse according to the electronic certificate. The embodiment of the invention does not need a user to prepare various paper bills, can automatically share various bills needing to be reimbursed in batch during business trip, and is quick, convenient and reliable.
As shown in fig. 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bill for payment classification module 300 includes:
a classification name reading unit 301, configured to read a bill classification name of a payment bill;
a first time division unit 302, configured to determine whether the bill classification name belongs to the financial credential category, if so, divide the corresponding payment bill into a first type of payment bill, and if not, execute the step in the second time division unit 303;
a second time division unit 303, configured to determine whether there is an intersection between the bill classification name and the financial credential class, when there is no intersection, divide the corresponding payment bill into a second type payment bill, and when there is an intersection, execute the step in the third time division unit 304;
the third time division unit 304 is configured to invoke a specific use of the payment bill, determine whether the specific use belongs to the financial credential category, divide the corresponding payment bill into the first type of payment bill if the specific use belongs to the financial credential category, and divide the corresponding payment bill into the second type of payment bill if the specific use does not belong to the financial credential category.
As shown in fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electronic certificate sharing module 600 includes:
the payment software monitoring unit 601 is used for monitoring the payment software, and when the payment software is monitored to receive an electronic certificate, judging whether the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate;
the certificate import sharing unit 602 imports the electronic certificate into the unit when the electronic certificate is an automatically applied electronic certificate, shares the electronic certificate to the account of the financial sharer, and generates a sharing record.
As shown in fig. 8, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes a big data analysis module 700, where the big data analysis module 700 specifically includes:
a credential category analysis unit 701, configured to analyze financial credential categories input by all historical users, where the financial credential categories include one or more specific credential categories, and when the number of times that the same financial credential category is input by all users reaches a set number, call up each specific credential category in the financial credential categories;
a category set generating unit 702, configured to integrate the called specific credential categories to form a financial credential category set; and
and a category set reservation unit 703, configured to sort all the financial credential category sets in a descending order according to the corresponding input times, and reserve and display the previous N financial credential category sets.
