A novel formwork method for a gutter in a pitched roof house is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. finishing the reinforcement binding of a bottom plate and a side plate of the gutter, b, formwork supporting of a side wall of the gutter, c, formwork supporting of a bottom plate of the gutter, d, fixing the mold in the designed width direction of the gutter by using a plurality of water stop bolts, e, pouring concrete, dismounting the mold, and f, recycling the finished product mold of the gutter at the positions of other gutters. The novel formwork erecting method for the gutter in the pitched roof house has the advantages that the formwork erecting method is formed by machining finished product aluminum moulds, adverse effects caused by traditional formwork erecting and hanging can be well avoided, the engineering quality is safe and reliable, the construction progress is fast, the mould is repeatedly utilized, and the engineering cost is reduced.

Background

Example 1
The novel formwork erecting method for the gutter in the pitched roof house is completed after the steel bars of the bottom plate and the side plates of the gutter are bound in the construction process of the gutter. Referring now to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a gutter structure in a pitched roof house according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view a-a in fig. 1.
According to the design specification of a gutter node in a structural construction drawing, a side wall formwork supporting mode of a gutter is that a No. I finished aluminum mould (the thickness of 3mm is 500mmX100mmX200 mm) and a No. II finished aluminum mould (the thickness of 3mm is 500mmX200 mm) are assembled in a U-shaped buckle mode. Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion P in fig. 2, where P is a structure of a finished aluminum mold of (r). FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the portion Q in FIG. 2, wherein Q is the structure of the finished aluminum mold.
The mode of formwork support of the gutter bottom plate in the embodiment is that a No. finished product mould and a No. three finished product mould (the wall thickness is 3mm, the specification is 500mmX100 mm) are assembled in a U-shaped buckle mode. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the portion M in FIG. 2, where M is a third aluminum mold structure. Holes with the diameter of 14mm are reserved on the first die and the second die respectively, and the dies are fixed at intervals of 500mm by water stop bolts, so that the die is prevented from deviating due to lateral pressure of concrete in the pouring process. The length of the water stop screw is formed by welding according to the actual gutter size, the specification of the water stop screw is M12 type, and the size of the water stop sheet is 50mmX50 mm.
After concrete pouring is finished and certain strength is achieved, after the water stopping screw is cut off, the mould can be integrally hoisted and dismantled through the lug plates fixed on the upper part of the mould by adopting a tower crane or other hoisting facilities. After the assembly is disassembled, the assembly can be applied to construction of other gutter parts according to simple assembly.
Compared with the traditional mode (namely, the side wall of the gutter is hung to finish the fabrication of the gutter), the novel formwork method for the gutter in the pitched roof house has the advantages that the flatness forming effect of the bottom and the side wall of the gutter is good after the concrete pouring is finished, the pouring time is saved in the pouring process, the side plate concrete does not need to be poured after the bottom plate concrete is initially set, and the one-step forming waterproof quality effect is good. The finished product die can be repeatedly utilized, and accords with the green construction idea.

c. bottom plate formwork of gutter
