Of course, it should be noted that, in other embodiments, the outer side wall surface of the second sub-side plate 333 may have only one side surface 335, and may be parallel to the inner side wall surface of the second sub-side plate 333, and form an obtuse angle with both the first sub-side plate 331 and the third sub-side plate 337.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 in combination, in an embodiment of the invention, the second sub-side plate 333 is rotatably disposed on an outer side wall surface of the case 10, the packaging display case 100 further includes a base 70, the base 70 includes a base bottom plate 71 and a base side block 73, and the base bottom plate 71 is detachably abutted to a side of the case 10 facing away from the case cover; the seat side block 73 is connected to the seat bottom plate 71, extends in a direction of the seat bottom plate 71 toward the case 10, and abuts against a wall surface of the second sub-side plate 333 facing the seat bottom plate 71 or an outer side wall surface of the second sub-side plate 333 when the plurality of sub-covers 31 are rotated relative to the case 10 by the cover side plates 33 to cover the case 10, at one end of the seat side block 73 away from the seat bottom plate 71.
In the present embodiment, the second sub-side plate 333 is rotatably disposed on the outer side wall of the box body 10, so that a part of the second sub-side plate 333 can protrude from the outer side wall of the box body 10, and further can be abutted against the lower surface or the outer side wall of the second sub-side plate 333 through the seat side block 73 of the base 70. At this time, the abutment support of the seat side block 73 plays a role in blocking and limiting the second sub-side plate 333, that is, when the base 70 is not removed from the case 10, the abutment limit of the seat side block 73 cannot drive the case cover to rotate and open relative to the case 10, so that the stability of covering the case cover on the case 10 is ensured, and the display product in the package display case 100 is conveniently displayed.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, a case 10 is formed with an avoiding surface 11 at a corner area thereof, and the avoiding surface 11 connects two adjacent outer side walls of the case 10; the second sub-side plate 333 is rotatably provided on the escape surface 11, the seat side block 73 abuts against the escape surface 11, and when the plurality of sub-covers 31 are rotated relative to the case 10 by the cover side plate 33 to cover the case 10, the seat side block 73 abuts against a wall surface of the second sub-side plate 333 facing the seat bottom plate 71.
In this embodiment, the avoiding surface 11 may be parallel to the inner side wall of the second sub-side plate 333, so that a relatively adaptive mounting position may be provided by the avoiding surface 11, so as to facilitate rotating the second sub-side plate 333 of the mounting box cover 30 on the box body 10. Meanwhile, the avoidance surface 11 can avoid the seat side block 73 of the base 70, so that the base 70 and the box body 30 can be distributed more compactly, and the whole volume of the packaging display box 100 is reduced. Further, the side wall of the seat side block 73 of the base 70 can abut against the escape surface 11, so that the abutment between the both can improve the stability of the mounting of the cartridge 10 on the base 70. In addition, referring to fig. 5, after the base 70 is removed from the box body 10 and the box cover 30 is opened, the avoidance surface 11 may also abut against an end of the second sub-side plate 333 of the cover side plate 33 of the rotated sub-cover body 31, which is far away from the cover top plate 35, so as to support the rotated sub-cover body 31, thereby being beneficial to reducing the possibility of fracture caused by stress of the rotated sub-cover body 31 and the box body 10 only at the rotation connection position.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a projection plane perpendicular to the direction of the base plate 71 facing the box cover 30 is defined, and the projection of the base side block 73 and the projection of the second sub-side plate 333 coincide.
In this embodiment, the projection of the seat side block 73 and the projection of the second sub-side plate 333 are arranged in an overlapping manner, so that the seat side block 73 and the second sub-side plate 333 have a larger contact area, and thus the abutting supporting effect of the seat side block 73 on the second sub-side plate 333 can be improved, so as to further ensure that the box cover 30 cannot be turned and opened when the base 70 is not removed from the box body 10. Meanwhile, the side circumferential surface of the package display case 100 can be consistent, so that the appearance aesthetic property is improved and the competitiveness of the package display case in the market is improved. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the seat side block 73 may have a triangular prism structure, and two adjacent outer side walls thereof may be flush with two side surfaces 335 of the second sub-side plate 333, and may be flush with two adjacent outer side walls of the case 10. Of course, when both the two side surfaces of the second sub-side plate 333 and the outer side wall surfaces of the case 10 are cambered surfaces, the two adjacent outer side wall surfaces of the seat side block 73 may be located on the same cambered surface respectively with the two side surfaces 335 of the second sub-side plate 333, and may also be located on the same cambered surface respectively with the two adjacent outer side wall surfaces of the case 10.
In an embodiment of the present invention, every two adjacent sub-covers 31 are magnetically fixed, so that the plurality of sub-covers 31 are limited and fixed when being rotationally covered on the box body 10.
In this embodiment, the two sub-covers 31 are magnetically attracted and fixed, so that the two sub-covers 31 can be stably connected together, thereby improving the stability of the box cover 30 in limiting the rotation cover on the box body 10. Moreover, the magnetic attraction fixing mode is simpler, and the process of limiting and fixing the plurality of sub-covers 31 when the sub-covers are rotationally covered on the box body 10 can be simplified, so that the convenience in use of the package display box 100 is improved. Meanwhile, the magnetic fixing mode is also a detachable connection mode, so that the box cover 30 cannot be damaged when being opened, and the environment-friendly performance of the packaging display box 100 can be improved by packaging, displaying and utilizing for multiple times. It should be noted that, the present application is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the two sub-covers 31 may be fixed by adhesion or other means.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6, and fig. 7 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, the top cover plates 35 in the plurality of sub-covers 31 are all provided with magnetic metal sheets 351, and the package display box 100 further includes a plurality of magnetic members 90; one end of each magnetic member 90 is magnetically attracted to the metal plate 351 on one of the two adjacent sub-caps 31, and the opposite end is magnetically attracted to the metal plate 351 on the other of the two adjacent sub-caps 31, so that the two adjacent sub-caps 31 are magnetically attracted and fixed.
In this embodiment, the two adjacent sub-covers 31 are magnetically fixed by the additional magnetic member 90, so that when the box cover 30 is opened, the magnetic member 90 must be taken out from the cover top plate 35 on the box body 10, so as to better prevent the box body 10 from being opened by mistake. Of course, the present application is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, two magnetic members 90 that are attracted to each other may be directly embedded on the abutting surfaces of two adjacent sub-covers 31.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment of the invention, the magnetic member 90 includes a magnetic body 91 with two magnetic bumps 93, the magnetic body 91 is arranged in a strip shape and has two opposite ends, and the magnetic body 91 is weak; the two magnetic protruding points 93 are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the magnetic body 91, the two magnetic protruding points 93 are strong magnetic, and the two magnetic protruding points 93 in each magnetic piece 90 are respectively magnetically attracted to the two metal sheets 351 on the two adjacent sub-covers 31.
In this embodiment, the magnetic member 90 is composed of two magnetic protruding points 93 disposed in strong magnetic manner and a magnetic body 91 in weak magnetic manner, so that the magnetic member 90 has larger adsorption force on two opposite ends and the metal sheet 351 disposed on the top cover plate 35 of the sub-cover body 31, thereby effectively reducing the possibility that two adjacent sub-cover bodies 31 are separated from each other on two opposite ends of the magnetic member 90, and improving the stability of magnetic attraction fixation of two adjacent sub-cover bodies 31. Meanwhile, the middle part of the magnetic member 90 does not have a larger adsorption force with the metal sheet 351 arranged on the cover top plate 35 of the sub-cover body 31, so that the magnetic member 90 can be conveniently held and taken down. Wherein, below 2000 gauss is weak magnetism, and above 5000 gauss can be strong magnetism.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, the top cover 35 of each adjacent two sub-covers 31 is formed with a mounting groove 353 on a surface facing away from the case 10, the two mounting grooves 353 are disposed in communication, and two metal sheets 351 on the adjacent two sub-covers 31 and opposite ends of the magnetic member 90 connecting the adjacent two sub-covers 31 are respectively embedded in the two mounting grooves 353.
In this embodiment, the metal sheet 351 and the magnetic member 90 are disposed in the mounting groove 353 of the top cover plate 35 in each sub-cover body 31, so that the top cover plate 35 can be mounted more compactly, thereby being beneficial to reducing the overall volume of the sub-cover body 31 and improving the regularity of the appearance of the sub-cover body 31. I.e. the surface of the magnetic member 90 facing away from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 353 may be flush with the outer surface of the cover top plate 35 in the sub-cover body 31.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the two cover top plates 35 in each two adjacent sub-covers 31 is provided with a first access slot 355, and the first access slot 355 is communicated with the mounting slot 353.
In this embodiment, by providing the first pick-and-place slot 355, the operator can conveniently insert the finger into the mounting slot 353 from the first pick-and-place slot 355 to take out the magnetic component 90 located in the mounting slot 353, thereby facilitating the improvement of the convenience of taking out the magnetic component 90. The two adjacent cover top plates 35 may have only one first picking and placing groove 355, or may have both first picking and placing grooves 355, or the number of the first picking and placing grooves 355 on each cover top plate 35 may be one, or may have two opposite first picking and placing grooves. In order to further enhance the convenience of the magnetic member 90, in one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8, at least one of two opposite sides of the magnetic body 91 in the vertical length direction thereof is provided with a second picking and placing groove 911.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, in an embodiment of the invention, a positioning groove 171 is formed in the accommodating cavity 50 of the case body 10, and a notch of the positioning groove 171 is disposed towards the cover top plate 35 of the case cover 30.
In this embodiment, by providing the positioning groove 171 in the case 10, the lower end portion of the display product can be adapted to be inserted into the positioning groove 171, so that the positioning groove 171 can play a role in positioning and limiting the display product, so as to accurately and stably position the display product at a preset position.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, in an embodiment of the present invention, the box body 10 includes a box bottom 13, a box side 15 and an inner coaming 17, the box side 15 is connected to the box bottom 13 and is disposed around the periphery of the box bottom 13, and an end of the cover side 33 away from the cover top is rotatably connected to an end of the box side 15 away from the box bottom 13; when the plurality of sub-covers 31 are covered on the case 10 by rotating the cover side plates 33 relative to the case side plates 15, the case bottom plate 13, the case side plates 15, and the cover side plates 33 and the cover top plate 35 among the plurality of sub-covers 31 enclose the accommodating chamber 50; one end of the inner shroud 17 having an opening is connected to the inner side of the cassette bottom plate 13, and the inner side wall surface of the inner shroud 17 and the cassette bottom plate 13 enclose to form a positioning groove 171.
In this embodiment, the box body 10 is enclosed by the box bottom plate 13 and the box side plate 15 to form a portion of the accommodating cavity 50, so that the required height of the box cover 30 can be reduced, and the stability of mounting and covering the box cover 30 on the box body 10 can be improved, so that the product displayed in the package display box 100 can be more stably isolated and protected. Further, the positioning groove 171 is formed by enclosing the inner peripheral plate 17 on the box bottom plate 13, so that the box bottom plate 13 of the box body 10 does not need to be too thick, and the whole structure is simply combined by a plurality of plate bodies. At this time, the structure of the case 10 is relatively simple, thereby being beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost and the overall weight of the case 10. Wherein, when the box body 10 is square structure, this box curb plate 15 can be including being two first plate body 151 that set up relatively and be two second plate body 153 that set up relatively, and two second plate body 153 and two first plate body 151 all are the right angle setting, and box curb plate 15 still includes four third plate bodies 155 simultaneously, and every third plate body 155 connects between adjacent one first plate body 151 and one second plate body 153 to all be the obtuse angle setting with this first plate body 151 and second plate body 153. At this time, the outer side wall surface of the third plate 155 is formed as the escape surface 11, and the end of the second sub-side plate 333 of the cover side plate 33 remote from the cover top plate 35 is rotatably connected to the end of the third plate 155 remote from the cassette bottom plate 13. By arranging the structure of the box side plate 15, the shape of the box 10 and the shape of the box cover 30 can be more matched and covered, and meanwhile, the structure of the box body 10 is simpler, the convenience of processing and forming the box body is further improved, and the overall weight of the box body is reduced. Of course, it should be noted that the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the case 10 may have a flat plate structure, and in this case, two adjacent outer side walls of the case 10 may be chamfered at the connection portion to form the avoiding surface 11.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, in an embodiment of the invention, the box body 10 further includes a cover plate 19, where the cover plate 19 covers an end of the box side plate 15 away from the box bottom plate 13, and covers a space formed by an outer side wall surface of the inner peripheral plate 17 and a space surrounded by the box bottom plate 13 and the box side plate 15.
In this embodiment, the space formed by the outer side wall surface of the inner coaming 17 and the box bottom plate 13 and the box side plate 15 is covered by the cover plate 19, so that when the outside personnel watch the display product in the package display box 100, the structure of the inner bottom of the box body 10 cannot be further observed due to the blocking effect of the cover plate 19, so that the outside personnel can more intensively observe the structure which is penetrated by the positioning groove 171 and exposed to the outside in the display product and cannot be influenced by the structure of the inner bottom of the box body 10, thereby being beneficial to further improving the display effect of the display product. In addition, the surface of the cover plate 19, which is away from the box bottom plate 13, can also support the plurality of sub-covers 31 covered on the box body 10 in an abutting manner, so that the stability of the plurality of sub-covers 31 in the covering limiting and fixing manner on the box body 10 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 4 in combination, the present invention further provides an apparatus assembly 1000, including a package display box 100 and an apparatus body 300, where the specific structure of the package display box 100 refers to the above embodiment, and since the apparatus assembly 1000 adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein. The device body 300 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 50 of the package display box 100, and the device body 300 may be a mechanical device, or may be an electronic device or other devices.
