Abstract

A display box comprises a box body, a cover body including a first box cover and a second box cover and at least one hanging beam support arranged along the first axial direction. Display box

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a display box, and more particularly, to a display box capable of lifting an object loaded in the display box while opening a box cover.

Background

The existing display box is applicable to watches or mobile phones and the like commonly used in workshops, for example, a watch is taken as an example, and the existing display box only has a supporting structure which can enable the watch to be in a static upward-facing state at most inside the display box, so that people can see the watch in the display box after the upper cover of the display box is opened. However, the conventional display methods are common, so that the users cannot make corresponding packaging texture for some exquisite and textured commodities so as to attract the eyes of the consumers. In addition, for some common commodities, due to the fact that the common goods are packaged and displayed, merchants cannot score the common commodities to assist consumers in generating good first visual impression on the commodities, and obviously cannot increase the purchasing desire and motivation of the consumers on the commodities.

In addition, some display boxes are only provided with an observation window on the box body, and the observation window is separated by a layer of transparent plastic material, so that commodities are isolated from outside people, and meanwhile, the separation between consumers and the commodities is caused, and the appreciation during purchasing is not facilitated.

Moreover, in some displays such as art, it is difficult to use a common display box to provide a display effect, and most of the art is taken out from a common packaging box and then moved to a display cabinet or a display window, so that the moving process increases many risks of damage to the art, generates unnecessary compensation cost, and is not beneficial to the operation of workers in some arts and exhibitors.

Therefore, the present inventors have made extensive studies and, in conjunction with the use of the theory, have come to propose an invention which is reasonable in design and effectively improves the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a display box, which is capable of improving the problem of static and rigid display function provided by the prior art, and avoiding the disadvantage of extra transportation required during display.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display box, comprising: the box body is provided with an upper opening, and an accommodating space is formed inside the box body; a cover body which comprises a first cover and a second cover and can be oppositely arranged on the upper opening in a covering and opening manner, and a first axial direction and a second axial direction are respectively defined by the horizontal tangent and the vertical tangent of the opening and closing directions of the first cover and the second cover; the two end parts of the beam-hanging support piece are respectively connected with the first box cover and the second box cover, so that the part between the two end parts of the beam-hanging support piece is vertically arranged in the accommodating space and defines a beam-supporting part, wherein the first box cover and the second box cover are mutually in a relatively opened state or a relatively closed state at the upper opening; the first box cover and the second box cover are in the relatively closed state, so that the beam support part is completely accommodated in the accommodating space, and the beam suspension support part is positioned at two ends outside the upper opening and respectively defines a first end part and a second end part; the first box cover and the second box cover are in the relative opening state, so that the bundling part is driven to leave the accommodating space through one edge of the upper opening, the length of the bundling part in the accommodating space is reduced, and the bundling part rises in the accommodating space along the second axial direction.

The above-mentioned display box further comprises an inner supporting member, and the supporting portion can drive the inner supporting member to lift and support the inner supporting member.

The above display case, wherein the bundle support part is selected from the group consisting of a ribbon, a string for a strapless garment, a wool, a straw rope, a steel wire, a net, a cable, a cloth, and a combination thereof.

In the above display box, two ends of the beam-hanging support member are respectively connected to the inner walls of the first box cover and the second box cover.

In the above display box, the first box cover and the second box cover are closed to each other and fixed to a first fixing portion.

In the above display box, the first fixing portion is selected from a group consisting of a fitting portion, a fastening portion, a sticking portion, a binding portion, and an adsorbing portion.

In the above display box, an outer side wall of the first box cover and the outer side wall of the box body are fixed to each other by a second fixing portion; the second box cover and the other outer side wall of the box body are mutually fixed on a third fixing part.

In the above display box, the second fixing portion and the third fixing portion are respectively selected from a group consisting of a fastening portion, a sticking portion, a binding portion, a fitting portion, and an adsorbing portion.

In the above display box, the first cover and the second cover are pivotally disposed on the outer sidewall of the box body, respectively.

In the above display box, the inner supporting member further includes an inclined receiving portion disposed opposite to a horizontal plane, and the inclined receiving portion is used for receiving an object.

In summary, it can be seen that, in the display box of the present invention, when the first box cover and the second box cover are opened relatively, the restraining part of the accommodating space can be driven to rise upwards, so as to achieve an advantage of displaying without taking out the contents, and avoid unnecessary damage and compensation problems. Meanwhile, if the content in the box is a commodity or gift, the content can be lifted to a height in a linkage manner so that the commodity or gift can be conveniently appreciated, so that the public can generate a good impression of high quality sense to the packaging and displaying mode of the commodity or gift in the first time, and the public can generate excellent exquisite feeling to the commodity or gift in a linkage manner, and the content can show the excellent advantages in the aspects of packaging protection, convenient display, visual bonus, auxiliary increase of transaction probability and the like no matter the content is displayed, sold and delivered in a display field.

Detailed Description

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A, fig. 2B, fig. 2C and fig. 2D, the present invention provides a display box, which at least includes: a case 10, a cover 20 including a first cover 21 and a second cover 22, and a beam support 30. The display box of the present invention is not limited to the appearance, shape and size of the outer portion as a whole, but the present embodiment is exemplified by a typical rectangular body.

The box body 10 is an example of a display box matching with a typical rectangular body, and the outer part of the box body generally presents the appearance of a rectangular body, but the rectangular body is not limited to the rectangular body. An upper opening 11 is formed on the substantially rectangular box 10, and an accommodating space 111 is formed from the upper opening 11 to the inside of the box 10. The outer periphery of the box 10 further includes a first outer sidewall 101, and after the first outer sidewall 101 retracts toward the receiving space 111 to form a sidewall channel 103, the first outer sidewall extends upward toward the upper opening 11 to form a second outer sidewall 102 which is narrower than the first outer sidewall 101. The narrow second outer sidewall 102 and the side ring wall 103 can provide a space for the cover 20 to be disposed, so that the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be relatively opened and closed to cover the upper opening 11. In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 2A, the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be further seated on the side annular wall 103 and the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be covered on the second outer wall 102, so that if the thicknesses of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are properly controlled, the space vacated by the inward contraction of the side annular wall 103 and the second outer wall 102 relative to the first outer wall 101 can be filled, and the elements on the exterior of the display box still have a substantially coplanar flat appearance. The side wall channel 103 can be used to provide a supporting effect for the first cover 21 and the second cover 22, but the outer portion of the box body 10 of the present invention is not limited by the structure of the side wall channel 103 and the relatively narrow second outer side wall 102.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A, fig. 2B, fig. 2C and fig. 2D, in other words, the first box cover 21 and the second box cover 22 are top covers corresponding to the top opening 11, and the first box cover 21 and the second box cover 22 are pivoted to two first outer sidewalls 101 opposite to each other in the first axial direction X (which is a transverse horizontal axis) through a pivoting portion 104, and the pivoting portion also substantially covers the second outer sidewall 102 and the side wall channel 103. In general, the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are pivotally disposed on outer sidewalls (not shown, including the first outer sidewall 101, the second outer sidewall 102 and the side ring wall 103) of the box 10 respectively. Because of the pivot connection, the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be opened and closed relatively in a manner equivalent to a pivoting flip cover. Directions of a horizontal tangent and a vertical tangent of the opening and closing directions of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are respectively equivalent to the first axial direction X and the second axial direction Y (a vertical axis). In the exemplary embodiment, two bundle supports 30 are provided, and a bundle support 30 'is also included, but the number is not limited thereto, and the following description is provided for the bundle support 30, and so on for the bundle support 30'. The beam-hanging support 30 is disposed substantially along the first axis X (as shown in fig. 1 and 2B), and has two ends including a first end 31 and a second end 32, which are connected to the first box cover 21 and the second box cover 22, respectively. Further, the first end portion 31 and the second end portion 32 can be connected to the inner walls of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22, respectively, and the inner walls, as shown in fig. 2B, include a first cover inner wall 211 and a second cover inner wall 221. Taking the left side as an example and the right side, the inner wall 211 of the first box cover further includes an inner side wall 2111 of the first box cover and an inner top wall 2112 of the first box cover, so that the first end portion 31 can be further connected and arranged properly according to the length of the beam suspension support 30 to be used and the size of the box body 10, so that the portion between the two end portions of the beam suspension support 30 can be vertically arranged in the accommodating space 111 of the box body 10, and a beam supporting portion 33 is defined for the beam suspension support 30 located in the accommodating space 111.

Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2C and fig. 2D, for convenience of description, the beam support portion 33 further includes side beam support portions (331, 332) and a bottom beam support portion 333, in the embodiment, the first end portion 31 and the second end portion 32 at two ends of the beam suspension support portion 30 are exemplarily connected to the first box cover inner side wall 2111 and the second box cover inner side wall 2211, but not limited thereto. The first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are selectively opened relative to the upper opening 11 (fig. 2C) and closed relative to each other (fig. 2B). Therefore, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are in the relatively closed state, the beam-holding part 33 can be completely accommodated in the accommodating space 111. As shown in fig. 2C and 2D, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are in the relatively open state, the supporting portion 33 is driven to leave the accommodating space 111 through any two edges, such as the opening edges (1051 and 1052), opposite to each other around the upper opening 11, so that the length of the supporting portion 33 in the accommodating space 111 is relatively reduced. The reason is that the right half element shown in the figure is explained first, and then the left half is pushed, and mainly the side supporting portion 332 passes through the opening edge 1052 upward and leaves the accommodating space 111, so it can be understood from the drawing that the side supporting portion 332 is illustrated by the side supporting portion 332b located in the accommodating space 111 and the side supporting portion 332a located outside the accommodating space 111, and when the first box cover 21 and the second box cover 2 are in the open state, the length of the supporting portion 33 located in the accommodating space 111 is reduced to the length (the bottom supporting portion 333+ the side supporting portion 332b + the side supporting portion 331 b). Therefore, the supporting portion 33 can be lifted along the second axial direction Y in the accommodating space 111.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2B and fig. 2C, the inner supporting member 40 is further contained in the inner receiving space 111 of the box 10, the inner supporting member 40 is preferably in a basin shape, a box shape or a disk shape, in this example, the inner supporting member 40 further has a supporting opening 41 and a supporting space 411, so that in actual use, the inner supporting member 40 can support an object 50 for fixing the object 50. The bottom bracket 333 is configured to support the bottom surface 421 of the bottom 42 of the inner supporting member 40, the side bracket 332 is configured to contact the side 43 of one end of the inner supporting member 40, and the side bracket 331 is configured to contact the side 43 of the other end of the inner supporting member 40. Therefore, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are opened, the binding portion 33 can drive the inner supporting member 40 to lift and bind the inner supporting member 40, so as to create a semi-automatic display effect that the contents are immediately arched and lifted up when the cover is opened, and the inner supporting member 40 and the object 50 can be lifted up stably without shaking due to the binding relationship.

As shown in fig. 2C, it is further described that, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are opened, since the user opens the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 in a lateral and downward direction along the ground, when applying force to the first cover 21 and the second cover 22, the opening edges (1051, 1052) respectively play a role similar to a fulcrum to support the beam support 30, and the beam support 30 further pulls up the inner support 40 and the object 50 to overcome the ground, so that the opening action is most natural and effort-saving for the user, and therefore, the effort-saving effect can be produced, which is also a special benefit brought by the structure of the present invention.

Preferably, the material of the suspension support 30 or the support portion 33 is not limited, and may include a group of soft or flexible ribbon, a thin thread for shoulder-strap-free clothes, a fishing line, a wool line, a straw rope, a rope line, a steel wire, a mesh, a cable, a cloth, and a combination thereof. In addition, in order to match the special display effect brought by the structural features of the present invention, the selection of the material or the style of the beam hanging support 30 has another layer of different significance in addition to the effect of assisting the beam support. For example, in order to expose the beautiful shoulder curve of a woman and achieve a good wearing and fixing effect on the clothing when the clothing is worn, the string for the shoulder-strapless clothing is used as the shoulder strap, and the string for the shoulder strap has a very fine string diameter so that the shoulder strap can achieve a close invisible effect which is not obvious to the naked eye, and if the string for the shoulder-strapless clothing is used as the hanging and supporting member 30 of the present invention, the material of the string is not easily perceived by the naked eye, so that the present invention can further provide a stronger visual effect when the contents are raised after the clothes are opened.

In view of the above, the material and form of the supporting member 30 may be selected according to the subject type of the content, and if the content is natural organic nutritional supplement, the supporting member 30 may be selected according to the line diameter and the form of the rope or vine to match the natural subject of the content (not shown). Therefore, the invention obviously has the characteristics of the structure, can bring amazing visual characteristics to people when the cover is opened for display, and can further add noble texture to the contents. Therefore, the beam-suspending support 30 has no meaning of lifting the contents alone, and has a special visual effect! The selection of the material and the style of the beam-suspending support portion 30 is significant to bring about a plurality of special effects, but should not be limited to the above materials and styles.

Moreover, as shown in fig. 2B, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are closed, the lower surface 421 of the bottom 42 of the inner supporting member 40 may be suspended relative to the upper surface 1061 of the bottom 106 of the case 10, but may also contact with the upper surface, if the lower surface is suspended, the beam-suspending support 30 may play a role similar to suspension, and if the inner supporting member 40 and the object 50 are not attached to the inner wall of the case 10, the characteristics of the beam-suspending support 30 in suspension and shock absorption may be more prominent. In addition, when the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are closed, the weight of the object 50 can also assist in fixing the sealing of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22.

Please refer to fig. 3A and 3B, which are another embodiment of the present invention in practical application, wherein unlike embodiment 1, the inner supporting member 40a further includes an inclined accommodating portion 42a which is set at an angle a with respect to a horizontal plane (X, Z, a plane formed by the first axis X and the third axis Z), and the angle a is preferably an acute angle, so that a mobile phone can be used as an example of the object 50a, and can be placed on the inclined accommodating portion 42a, such that the object 50a can be exactly inclined to the user when lifted, but this is not limited thereto, and the object 50a can also be laid flat. Preferably, the inclined receiving portion 42a further includes an inclined bottom surface 421a and a limiting portion 422a disposed around the inclined bottom surface 421a, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the mobile phone. In combination with the above embodiments, referring to fig. 3C as a reference of the elements and symbols, the display box of the present invention is not adversely affected by the change in the external shape of the box body 10a, the first box cover 21a, the second box cover 22a, etc., but can generate a great aesthetic visual perception for each embodiment due to the change in the external shape, and if necessary, the box body 10a, the first box cover 21a, and the second box cover 22a can be made of bamboo sheets; the inner bearing 40 may also have a structural variation in shape, such as: into a carrier tray or the like (not shown) for holding chocolate. Similarly, the beam support members (30, 30') can be varied as described above, so that the display box of the present invention can be applied in a wide range of applications, is convenient for display, can effectively avoid the risk of transportation, and can bring a new special aesthetic feeling to the public.

Claims

1. A display case, comprising:

the box body is provided with an upper opening, and an accommodating space is formed inside the box body;

a cover body which comprises a first cover and a second cover and can be oppositely arranged on the upper opening in a covering and opening manner, and a first axial direction and a second axial direction are respectively defined by the horizontal tangent and the vertical tangent of the opening and closing directions of the first cover and the second cover; and

at least one suspension support piece arranged along the first axial direction, two end parts of the suspension support piece are respectively connected with the first box cover and the second box cover, so that the part between the two end parts of the suspension support piece is vertically arranged in the accommodating space and defines a beam supporting part, wherein,

the first box cover and the second box cover are in a relatively opened state or a relatively closed state at the upper opening; wherein,

the first box cover and the second box cover are in the relatively closed state, so that the beam support part is completely accommodated in the accommodating space, and the beam suspension support part is positioned at two ends outside the upper opening and respectively defines a first end part and a second end part;

the first box cover and the second box cover are in the relative opening state, so that the bundling part is driven to leave the accommodating space through one edge of the upper opening, the length of the bundling part in the accommodating space is reduced, and the bundling part rises in the accommodating space along the second axial direction.

2. The display box of claim 1, further comprising an inner supporting member, wherein the supporting portion can lift the inner supporting member to support the inner supporting member.

3. The display case of claim 2, wherein the bundle support is selected from the group consisting of ribbons, string for strapless garments, wool, rope, wire, mesh, cables, cloth, and combinations thereof.

4. The display case of claim 1, wherein the ends of the bundle hanging support are connected to the inner walls of the first cover and the second cover, respectively.

5. The display box of claim 1, wherein the first cover and the second cover are closed to each other and fixed to a first fixing portion.

6. The display box according to claim 5, wherein the first fixing portion is selected from the group consisting of a fitting portion, a locking portion, a sticking portion, a tying portion, and an adsorbing portion.

7. The display case of claim 1, wherein an outer sidewall of the first cover and the case body are fixed to each other at a second fixing portion; the second box cover and the other outer side wall of the box body are mutually fixed on a third fixing part.

8. The display box according to claim 7, wherein the second fixing portion and the third fixing portion are respectively selected from the group consisting of a fastening portion, a sticking portion, a binding portion, a fitting portion, and an adsorbing portion.

9. The display box of claim 1, wherein the first cover and the second cover are pivotally disposed on outer sidewalls of the box body, respectively.

10. The display case of claim 2, wherein the inner carrier further comprises an angled receptacle disposed relative to a horizontal surface, the angled receptacle configured to receive an item.
