本发明提供一种复式动力变速装置,采用两台电机、一台发动机与双离合器及双行星变速传动集成配置。本技术解决方案采用同心传动方式可以增加更多的动力传送模式,使电动车在复杂行驶工况条件下运行在宽泛的高效率区间,适用于混合动力、插电式混合动力、增程式及纯电模式的电动车行驶,可以前置及后置安放,结构紧凑,占用空间少,动力性能及传动功能选择多样化,综合效率高,增加续航里程,降低整车配置和运行成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复式动力变速装置,结构紧凑,功率体积密度高,多种原动力传送运动方式组合,直驱动力与变速动力结合,解决目前动力变速装置存在的传动功能单薄、性能少的问题。
本发明提供一种复式动力变速装置,包括:所述第一行星传动合成与所述第二行星传动合成,所述第一行星传动合成包括所述第一中心轮、所述第一行星轮、所述第一行星架和所述第一齿圈、所述第一输出轴,还包括所述第一电机及所述第一定子、所述第一转子、所述第一转子轴;所述第一定子设置于所述外壳体的内壁,所述第一转子可转动地设置于所述第一定子內腔,所述第一转子轴中空缩口右端与所述第一转子连接,所述第一中心轮同心套设于所述第一转子轴中空缩口左端,所述第一齿圈固设于所述外壳体的内壁,所述第一行星轮与所述第一中心轮外齿和所述第一齿圈内齿相互啮合,所述第一行星架与所述第一行星轮连接且固套于所述第一输出轴右端;
所述第二行星传动合成包括:所述第二电机及所述第二定子、所述第二转子和所述第二转子轴、所述第二中心轮、所述第二行星轮、所述第二行星架、所述第二齿圈、所述第二输出轴;所述第二行星架固套于所述第二转子轴右端,所述第二转子轴中空同心固设于所述第二转子中心孔,所述第二转子可转动地设置于所述第二定子內腔,所述第二定子设置于所述内壳体的内壁,所述内壳体设置于所述第一转子空腔内,所述第二中心轮设置于所述第二输出轴右端,所述第二齿圈固设于所述外壳体内壁,所述第二行星轮与所述第二中心轮外齿及所述第二齿圈内齿啮合。

根据本发明提供一种复式动力变速装置,动力装置是内转子电机或者外转子电机;第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成的传动比不相同;行星传动合成的齿轮是直齿轮、斜齿轮或者人字齿轮;第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成位置可以相互置换或者替换;第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成中的同步器与离合器可以相互置换或者替换以及采用或者不采用。

本发明可以更加合理地分配各种直驱与多种变速的动力合成,使动力总成在车辆不同工况及时速情况下能够有效运行在高效率区间,增程续航及降低电动车的配置成本和运行成本。

实施例一,如图1所示,本发明提供的一种复式动力变速装置包括:第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成,第一行星传动合成包括第一中心轮11、第一行星轮12、第一行星架13和第一齿圈14、第一输出轴27,第一电机19、第一定子20、第一转子21、第一转子轴22;第一定子20设置于外壳体38的内壁,第一转子21可转动地设置于第一定子20內膛,第一转子轴22中空缩口右端与第一转子21连接,第一中心轮11同心套设于第一转子轴22中空缩口左端,第一齿圈14固设于外壳体38的内壁,第一行星轮12与第一中心轮11外齿和第一齿圈14内齿相互啮合,第一行星架13与第一行星轮12连接且固套于第一输出轴27右端。
第二行星传动合成包括第二电机23及第二定子24、第二转子25和第二转子轴26、第二中心轮15、第二行星轮16、第二行星架17、第二齿圈18、第二输出轴28;第二行星架17固套于第二转子轴26右端口,第二转子轴26中空同心固设于第二转子25内孔,第二转子25可转动地设置于第二定子24內膛,第二定子24设置于内壳体39的内壁,内壳体39与右侧支撑板连接并设置于第一转子21空腔内,第二中心轮15设置于第二输出轴28右端,第二齿圈18固设于外壳体38内壁,第二行星轮16与第二中心轮15外齿及第二齿圈18内齿啮合。
发动机36通过第三离合器34与所述第二输出轴28右端连接,所述发动机36与所述第一电机19和所述第二电机23以不同转速与转矩配置。
双离合器包括第一飞轮31和第一离合器30、第二飞轮33和第二离合器32、第三输出轴29,第一飞轮31套接于第一输出轴27左端,第二飞轮33套接于第二输出轴28左端口,第二输出轴28自左至右贯穿管状中空的第一输出轴27、第一转子轴22、第二转子轴26,第一离合器30和第二离合器32依次套接于第三输出轴29右端,第三输出轴29左端连接差速器37。
还包括:第一转子轴22、第二转子轴26、第一输出轴27、第二输出轴28设置同步器或者离合器;可以设置多级行星传动,是减速结构与增速结构的任意组合。
包括差速器37、壳体支撑板、轴承;可以是内转子电机或者外转子电机结构;行星传动合成的齿轮可选择直齿轮、斜齿轮或者人字齿轮;可选择地第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成位置相互置换或者替换;第一行星传动合成和第二行星传动合成中的同步器与离合器可以相互置换或者替换以及采用或者不采用。
包括但是不限于:第一电机19、第二电机23单独直驱或者共同直驱运行的三种运行模式;第一电机19直驱与第二电机23增速减矩共同运行模式;第二电机23直驱和第一电机19减速增矩共同运行模式;第一电机19、第二电机23单独变速或者共同减速增矩运行三种运行模式;第一电机19减速增矩与第二电机23增速减矩共同运行模式;第一电机19或者第二电机23单独或者共同实施能量回收的三种运行模式。
包括但是不限于:发动机36与第二电机23共同直驱模式;发动机36与第一电机19及第二电机23共同直驱模式;发动机36直驱与第一电机19变速共同运行模式;发动机36直驱与第二电机23变速共同运行模式;发动机36直驱与第一电机19变速及第二电机23变速共同运行模式。
值得说明的是,本发明的动力装置组成,包括第一电机19、第二电机23、发动机36、双行星机构、双离合器均为同一轴线,这种新型结构有效地构成了电机及发动机动力与行星机构传动的紧密集成,在选择性设置同步器、离合器的条件下,实现了动力总成多种模式的动力输出,更好地满足全工况行驶要求。
本发明一种复式动力变速装置,具有多种运动模式,由于动力装置的运行模式多样化,在此仅举部分实施例予以说明,并不用来限定本发明的动力装置的所有运行模式。本领域的技术人员可以在不付出创造性工作的情况下,根据本发明得到更多的实施例方式。
实施例二如图2所示,与图1的区别特征是:
第一转子轴22左端口连接第四飞轮41与第一输出轴27右端口的第四离合器40进行分离或者耦合;第一中心轮11右侧设置第一同步器44与第一转子轴22连接,并与第一中心轮11右侧接合齿圈分离或者啮合,第一中心轮11与第一转子轴22之间设置有滚针轴承;第二转子轴26右端口连接第五飞轮43与第二输出轴28右端连接的第五离合器42进行耦合或者分离;第二中心轮15左侧设置第二同步器45并与第二转子轴26连接,与其相对应的第二中心轮15左侧的接合齿圈进行分离或者啮合;第二中心轮15与第二转子轴26之间设置有滚针轴承。
实施例三如图2所示,第一电机、第二电机单独直驱或者共同直驱三种模式:
第一电机19直驱运行时,第四离合器40和第四飞轮41耦合,通过第一输出轴27及第一离合器30耦合将第一电机19的直驱动力传送给差速器37,此时第一中心轮11右侧的第一同步器44分离,第二电机23不运行,第三离合器34分离。
第二电机23直驱运行时,第五离合器42和第五飞轮43耦合,通过第二离合器32耦合将第二电机23的直驱动力传送给差速器37,此时第二中心轮15左侧的第二同步器45分离,第一电机19不运行,第三离合器34分离。
第一电机19和第二电机23共同直驱运行时,第四离合器40和第四飞轮41耦合,通过第一离合器30耦合将第一电机19的直驱动力传送给差速器37,第五离合器42和第五飞轮43耦合,通过第二离合器32耦合将第二电机23的直驱动力传送给差速器37,第一中心轮11右侧第一同步器44、第二中心轮15左侧第二同步器45分别处于分离状态,电机控制器使第一电机19与第二电机23转速相同,第三离合器34分离。
实施例四如图2所示,第一电机19直驱与第二电机23变速共同运行模式:
第一电机19直驱时,第一转子轴22动力通过第四离合器40耦合、第一输出轴27、第一离合器30耦合、将动力传送至第三输出轴29及差速器37;第二电机23同时运行,第二转子轴26通过第二同步器、第二中心轮15、第二行星轮16、第二行星架17、第二输出轴28、第二离合器32耦合、将动力传送至第三输出轴29和差速器37;此时第一输出轴27和第二输出轴28传送给第三输出轴29的角速度相同,第三离合器34分离。
实施例五如图2所示,第二电机23直驱与第一电机19变速共同运行模式:
第二电机23直驱运行时,第二转子轴26动力通过第五离合器42耦合、第二输出轴28、第二离合器32耦合、将动力传送至第三输出轴29及差速器37;第一电机19同时运行,第一转子轴22通过第一同步器44、第一中心轮11、第一行星轮12、第一行星架13、第一输出轴27,第一离合器30耦合,将动力传送至第三输出轴29和差速器37,此时第一输出轴27和第二输出轴28传送给第三输出轴29的角速度相同,第三离合器34分离。
实施例六如图2所示,第一电机19、第二电机23单独变速或者共同变速的三种运行模式:
第一电机19单独变速运行,第一转子轴22通过第一中心轮11、第一行星轮12和第一行星架13将第一电机19原动力传送给第一输出轴27,第一输出轴27通过第一离合器30将经过减速增矩的动力传送至差速器37,此时第一中心轮11右侧接合齿圈与对应的第一同步器44啮合。
第二电机23单独变速运行,第二转子轴26通过第二中心轮15、第二行星轮16和第二行星架17将第二电机23减速增矩原动力传送给第二输出轴28,第二输出轴28通过第二离合器32将经过减速增矩的动力传送至差速器37,此时第二中心轮15左侧的接合齿圈与对应的第二同步器45啮合,此时第三离合器34分离。
第一电机19和第二电机23同时以上述单独运行方式做共同减速增矩运行,运行时控制器使第一输出轴27和第二输出轴28传送给第三输出轴29的角速度相同,第三离合器34分离。
实施例七如图1所示,第一电机19减速增矩与第二电机23增速减矩共同运行模式:
第一电机19和第二电机23共同变速运行时,第一电机19通过第一中心轮11、第一行星轮12和第一行星架13、第一输出轴27和第一离合器30将减速增矩的原动力传送至第三输出轴29及差速器37,此时第一离合器30耦合;第二电机23通过第二行星架17、第二行星轮16和第二中心轮15、第二输出轴28和第二离合器32将增速减矩的原动力传送至第三输出轴29及差速器37,此时第二离合器32耦合,第三离合器34分离,控制器使第一电机19和第二电机23作用于第三输出轴29上的角速度相同。
对于双电机配置的电动车,一台电机性能以相对的高速小转矩配置为主应对高速直驱和减速增矩工况,另一台电机以相对低速较大转矩配置为主应对车辆启动及中低速直驱和增速减矩工况,以直驱与增减变速功能相配合,本发明为电动车提供了驱动力分配新模式。
实施例八如图1,第一电机19或第二电机23单独或共同能量回收三种模式:
当电动车采用能量回收模式时,控制器不再给第一电机19和第二电机23供电,第一离合器30或者第二离合器32单独或者共同耦合,车轮旋转带动第三输出轴29、第一输出轴27或者第二输出轴28旋转,进而通过第一行星传动合成或者第二行星传动合成反向运转,将车轮旋转动力传送给第一转子21或者第二转子25与电机定子产生电磁感应发出电能,第三离合器34分离。
实施例九如图1所示,发动机36带动第二电机23发电模式:
发动机36作为增程器使用时,第三离合器34耦合,第二离合器32分离,发动机36将旋转动力通过第三离合器34、第二输出轴28、第二中心轮15、第二行星轮16、第二行星架17、将动力传送给第二转子25,第二转子25与第二定子24产生电磁感应发出电能。
实施例十如图2所示,发动机36单独直驱模式:
发动机36作为直驱动力运行时,如图2所示,第三离合器34耦合,第二离合器32耦合,第一电机19和第二电机23不运行,发动机36的驱动力直接传送至第三输出轴29及差速器37驱动车辆行驶。
实施例十一如图2所示,第一电机19和第二电机23及发动机36共同运行的六种模式:
如上述实施例中第一电机19和第二电机23实施各种运行模式,当第三离合器34耦合,发动机36旋转原动力传送运动至第二输出轴28即可以实施与第一电机19、第二电机23分别或者共同直驱或者变速运行模式,此时控制器使发动机36与第二电机23传送给第二输出轴28的角速度相同,当第一电机19参与共同运行时,控制器使第一电机19通过第一输出轴27传送给第三输出轴29的角速度与发动机36和第二电机23共同通过第二输出轴28传送给第三输出轴29的角速度相同;在此条件下,发动机36与第一电机19和第二电机23可以共同实施六种运行模式,发动机36与第一电机19共同直驱,发动机36与第二电机23共同直驱,发动机36与第一电机19及第二电机23共同直驱,发动机36直驱与第一电机19变速共同运行,发动机36直驱与第二电机23变速共同运行,发动机36直驱与第一电机19变速及第二电机23变速共同运行。
本发明提供的一种复式动力变速装置,可以实施直驱、增速减矩、减速增矩的两档多种动力组合。本发明还提供一种电动汽车,包括电动车主体,还包括电动车动力总成装置,电动车动力总成装置为如上任意一项实施例所述的一种复式动力变速装置。

1.一种复式动力变速装置,其特征在于,包括:第一行星传动合成与第二行星传动合成、发动机、双离合器和差速器;
所述第一行星传动合成包括第一中心轮、第一行星轮、第一行星架和第一齿圈、第一输出轴,包括第一电机的第一定子、第一转子、第一转子轴;所述第一定子设置于外壳体的内壁,所述第一转子可转动地设置于所述第一定子內膛,所述第一转子轴中空缩口右端与所述第一转子体连接,所述第一中心轮同心套设于第一转子轴中空缩口左端,所述第一齿圈固设于所述外壳体的内壁,所述第一行星轮与所述第一中心轮外齿和所述第一齿圈内齿相互啮合,所述第一行星架与所述第一行星轮连接且固套于所述第一输出轴右端;
所述第二行星传动合成包括第二电机及第二定子、第二转子和第二转子轴、第二中心轮、第二行星轮、第二行星架、第二齿圈、第二输出轴;所述第二行星架固套于所述第二转子轴右端口,所述第二转子轴中空同心固设于所述第二转子中心内孔,所述第二转子可转动地设置于所述第二定子內膛,所述第二定子设置于内壳体的内壁,所述内壳体设置于所述第一转子空腔内,所述第二中心轮设置于所述第二输出轴右端,所述第二齿圈固设于所述外壳体内壁,所述第二行星轮与所述第二中心轮外齿及所述第二齿圈内齿啮合;
发动机,所述发动机转轴通过第三离合器与所述第二输出轴右端连接,所述发动机与所述第一电机和所述第二电机以不同转速与转矩配置;
双离合器,所述双离合器包括第一飞轮和第一离合器、第二飞轮和第二离合器、第三输出轴,所述第一飞轮套接于所述第一输出轴左端口,所述第二飞轮套接于所述第二输出轴左端口,所述第二输出轴自左至右贯穿管状中空的所述第一输出轴、所述第一转子轴、所述第二转子轴,所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器依次套接于所述第三输出轴右端,所述第三输出轴左端连接差速器;
其特征还包括,可将同步器和离合器设置于所述第一转子轴、所述第二转子轴、所述第一输出轴、所述第二输出轴;可以设置多级行星传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复式动力变速装置,其特征在于,包括所述差速器,与车辆的半轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复式动力变速装置,其特征在于,动力装置包括壳体支撑板及轴承。
