5. A flat welding device according to claim 4, characterized in that: bearing rods are symmetrically arranged below the upper wall in the supporting frame, moving sleeves are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the connecting plate, and the moving sleeves are movably sleeved on the bearing rods.
6. A flat plate welding device and a using method thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, placing a flat plate to be welded on a bearing plate;
2) then the screws on the two sides are controlled to rotate, the screws simultaneously push the clamping plates to move, the clamping plates are contacted with the side faces of the flat plates, the two flat plates are controlled to be contacted with each other, then the movement of the clamping plates is adjusted, and a gap between the flat plates is ensured to be positioned under a welding head of a welding structure;
3) then the hydraulic machine controls the welding structure to descend, the welding structure is started to carry out flat plate welding, meanwhile, the moving mechanism drives the welding structure to move, the flat plate welding is completed, and then the hydraulic machine controls the welding structure to ascend;
4) and finally, starting a driving motor, driving the cooling fan blades to rotate through a rotating rod, driving air to enter the air outlet bin through the rotation of the cooling fan blades, and finally blowing the air to the flat welding line to reduce the temperature of the flat welding line.
