an electromagnetic sliding rail (45) is vertically arranged on the inner side, close to the beating rod (41), of the clamping frame (42), an electromagnetic sliding block (46) is arranged on the surface of the electromagnetic sliding rail (45), and the surface of the electromagnetic sliding block (46) is fixedly connected with one side of a clamping plate (47);
the capturing component (5) comprises a capturing rod (51) and a capturing ring (56), and a clamping unit is arranged at one end of the capturing rod (51);
the clamping unit comprises a winding motor (517), the winding motor (517) is fixedly connected with a winding disc (53) through an output shaft, a winding rope (54) is wound on the surface of the winding disc (53), one end, far away from the winding disc (53), of the winding rope (54) is fixedly connected with a rubber magnetic strip (55), and the center of the rubber magnetic strip (55) is fixedly connected with an adsorption block (515);
the clamping unit further comprises a mounting tube (511) and an annular adsorption strip (514), the mounting tube (511) is vertically inlaid on the surface of the capturing ring (56), the opening end of the mounting tube (511) faces the capturing rod (51) and is far away from one end of the capturing ring (56), an electric telescopic rod (512) is arranged in the mounting tube (511), and the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod (512) faces the opening of the mounting tube (511) and is fixedly connected with an electromagnet (513);

the power supply assembly comprises a knapsack (2), a storage battery (1) is arranged in the knapsack (2), a solar photovoltaic panel (3) is arranged on the front face of the knapsack (2), and the solar photovoltaic panel (3) is electrically connected with the storage battery (1).
