Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an instrument panel tube beam.
At present, with the increase of the configuration of electronic appliances in a vehicle, the outer diameter of a wire harness of the whole vehicle is increased, and the arrangement difficulty of the wire harness in the vehicle is improved. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is connected to the bottom of the instrument panel and is used for supporting the instrument panel, and the instrument panel harness in the cab is arranged near the instrument panel tubular beam 100, and the instrument panel harness is large in size and limited in installation space in the cab, so that the instrument panel harness is prone to interference and abrasion with the instrument panel tubular beam 100 or peripheral parts, and the instrument panel harness is prone to faults such as short circuit or open circuit, and has a safety hazard.
Accordingly, it is desirable to provide an instrument panel harness bracket and an instrument panel harness assembly that reduces wear of the instrument panel harness.
FIG. 2 is a top view of an instrument panel harness support according to an embodiment of the present application, and FIG. 3 is a schematic structural view of the instrument panel harness support according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a schematic view of the assembly of the instrument panel harness, the instrument panel harness support and the instrument panel tube beam in the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 2-4, the present application provides an instrument panel harness support for fixing an instrument panel harness 200, the instrument panel harness support includes a bottom plate 10 and two side plates 20 respectively connected to two sides of the bottom plate 10, the two side plates 20 and the bottom plate 10 together define a routing channel for the instrument panel harness 200 to pass through, and the two side plates 20 are both disposed along an extending direction of the bottom plate 10. The bottom plate 10 is provided with a plurality of groups of through holes at intervals along the extending direction, and each group of through holes comprises a first through hole 11 and a second through hole 12 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the bottom plate 10.
The instrument panel wiring harness support is provided with the bottom plate 10 and the side plate 20, so that the bottom plate 10 and the side plate 20 jointly enclose a wiring channel, and the instrument panel wiring harness 200 can pass through the wiring channel. By providing a plurality of sets of through holes on the bottom plate 10, each set of through holes includes a first through hole 11 and a second through hole 12 respectively provided at both sides of the bottom plate 10, so that a strap for bundling, such as a ribbon, can pass through the corresponding first through hole 11 and second through hole 12, and the instrument panel harness 200 is bound and fixed to the bottom plate 10. And because the plurality of groups of through holes are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the bottom plate 10, the instrument panel wire harness 200 in the routing channel can be fixed with the bottom plate 10 at different positions in the length direction by the strapping tapes, so that the instrument panel wire harness 200 is limited in the routing channel, and the instrument panel wire harness 200 is protected from being worn by the instrument panel tubular beams 100 or parts in a vehicle. Thus, the short circuit or the open circuit of the instrument board wire harness 200 caused by abrasion is avoided, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
In addition, the above instrument panel harness support, since the bottom plate 10 and the side plate 20 provide effective protection for the instrument panel harness 200, allows the exterior protection of the instrument panel harness 200 itself to be reduced, reduces the cost of the exterior protection of the instrument panel harness 200, and reduces the hardness and radial size of the instrument panel harness 200.
Alternatively, the bottom plate 10 and the side plate 20 may be made of nylon PA66, so that the instrument panel harness support has the advantages of high strength, good rigidity, impact resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, and better hardness, rigidity, heat resistance, and creep property.
It is understood that the instrument panel harness bracket is configured to fit the instrument panel harness 200. For example, the radial dimension of the instrument panel harness support is configured to match the outer diameter of the instrument panel harness 200, so as to avoid the instrument panel harness 200 from being extruded by the two side plates 20 when the instrument panel harness 200 is located in the routing channel, and avoid the instrument panel harness support from being oversized and occupying too much installation space.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the floor 10 is configured to extend along a curve to fit where the dashboard wiring harness bracket is mounted within the cab, thereby making the arrangement within the cab compact. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the instrument panel harness bracket needs to be mounted on the instrument panel duct beam 100, since the instrument panel duct beam 100 extends along a curve, the extending direction of the instrument panel harness bracket is adapted to the instrument panel duct beam 100 so as to connect the instrument panel harness bracket with the instrument panel duct beam 100 and reduce the size of the gap between the instrument panel harness bracket and the instrument panel duct beam 100. Therefore, the arrangement of the instrument panel harness bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is made compact, providing a larger installation space for other components in the cab.
In other embodiments, the floor panel 10 may be configured to extend in a straight line to fit other shaped instrument panel tube beams 100.
In particular, the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 12 are each configured as a square hole to fit the shape of the band. In one embodiment, the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 12 are both 7.5mm long, and the first through hole 11 and the second through hole 12 are both 2.5mm wide.
In order to install the instrument panel harness bracket in the vehicle, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, at least one clamping piece 30 is arranged on the surface of one side of the bottom plate 10, which is far away from the wiring channel, so that the bottom plate 10 is fixedly connected with other parts in the cab, the instrument panel harness 200 in the wiring channel is fixed in the cab, the instrument panel harness 200 is prevented from being extruded and collided, the abrasion on the instrument panel harness 200 is reduced, and the potential safety hazard is reduced. In addition, set up joint 30 with the installation instrument board support, still avoided instrument board wire harness support to rock in the driver's cabin, avoided instrument board wire harness support to damage to improve instrument board wire harness support's life. It should be noted that an instrument panel tubular beam 100 for supporting an instrument panel is arranged in the cab, and the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is provided with a mounting hole 101, so that in an actual use process, the bottom plate 10 and the instrument panel tubular beam 100 can be fixedly connected by inserting the clamping member 30 into the mounting hole 101 (see fig. 1) on the instrument panel tubular beam 100.
Alternatively, the snap 30 is snapped to the base plate 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the clamping members 30 is two, and the two clamping members 30 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom plate 10 in the extending direction. In this way, by providing two fasteners 30 at two ends of the bottom plate 10, the two ends of the bottom plate 10 are fixedly connected to the instrument panel tubular beam 100 by the fasteners 30, so as to prevent any end of the bottom plate 10 from falling off the instrument panel tubular beam 100. In addition, by arranging the two clamping pieces 30, the structure of the instrument panel wire harness support is simpler, and in the actual installation process, the two clamping pieces 30 only need to penetrate through the two installation holes 101 (shown in figure 1) respectively, so that the instrument panel wire harness support and the instrument panel tubular beam 100 are convenient to install.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the locking member 30 includes a column 31 and a protrusion 32 protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the column 31, one end of the column 31 is connected to a side surface of the base 10 away from the trace path, and the column 31 is disposed along a direction perpendicular to the surface of the base 10 connected thereto. Thus, through setting up cylinder 31 to wear to locate in the mounting hole 101 on instrument board tubular beams 100, through setting up protruding portion 32, with instrument board tubular beams 100 joint, thereby make joint 30 be difficult for following the landing in the mounting hole 101, and make instrument board wire harness support and instrument board tubular beams 100's connection reliability improve.
It should be understood that the protrusion 32 has a certain elasticity, so that when the connection portion is passed through the mounting hole 101 of the instrument panel tubular beam 100, the protrusion 32 is elastically deformed by being pressed by the wall of the mounting hole 101, and after the protrusion 32 is passed through the mounting hole 101, the elastic deformation of the protrusion 32 is recovered, and the protrusion 32 abuts against the instrument panel tubular beam 100, preventing the clip 30 from falling off from the mounting hole 101.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the protrusion 32 is provided around the central axis of the column 31 to increase the contact area of the protrusion 32 with the instrument panel beam 100, further preventing the clip 30 from falling out of the mounting hole 101 of the instrument panel beam 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the protrusions 32 is plural, and the plural protrusions 32 are arranged at intervals from each other along the lengthwise extending direction of the cylinder 31. In this manner, by providing the plurality of projecting portions 32 so that when the projecting portion 32 abutting the instrument panel tubular beam 100 comes off from the mounting hole 101, the projecting portion 32 adjacent thereto abuts the instrument panel tubular beam 100, the reliability of connection of the clip 30 to the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is further improved.
In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the clip 30 is 7.3mm, and the aperture of the mounting hole 101 on the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is 6.5mm, so that the single-side interference of the clip 30 is 0.4mm, and the anti-falling force of the instrument panel wire harness bracket for preventing the clip from falling off the instrument panel tubular beam 100 is increased. Specifically, the anti-falling force applied to the instrument panel wire harness bracket is larger than 180N.
Therefore, in the instrument panel harness support, at least one clamping piece 30 is arranged on the surface of one side, away from the routing channel, of the bottom plate 10 so as to penetrate through the mounting hole 101 of the instrument panel tubular beam 100, so that the instrument panel harness support is assembled on the instrument panel tubular beam 100, and the instrument panel harness 200 in the routing channel is fixed in the cab. The instrument panel harness bracket may be attached to another position in the cab as needed, and is not limited herein.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the instrument panel harness support in another view of the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the two side panels 20 include a first side panel 20a and a second side panel 20 b. The first side plate 20a is provided with a plurality of first grooves 21 on a side thereof away from the bottom plate 10, and the plurality of first grooves 21 are spaced from each other along the extending direction of the bottom plate 10. One side of the second side plate 20b, which is far away from the bottom plate 10, is provided with a plurality of second grooves 22 corresponding to the first grooves 21 one to one, and the plurality of second grooves 22 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the bottom plate 10. In this way, by providing the plurality of first grooves 21 on the first side plate 20a and the second grooves 22 corresponding to the first grooves 21 one by one on the second side plate 20b, in the actual use process, a strap such as a ribbon for bundling can be used to pass through the corresponding first grooves 21 and second grooves 22, so as to bind the instrument panel harness bracket to the instrument panel tubular beam 100, that is, the instrument panel harness bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam 100 are fixedly connected by the ribbon surrounding the periphery of the instrument panel harness bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam 100. Since the cable tie is restrained in the first groove 21 and the second groove 22, the cable tie is prevented from sliding off the instrument panel harness bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam 100.
In particular, the first recess 21 and the second recess 22 are each configured in the shape of a square hole to fit the shape of the band. In one embodiment, the depth of each of the first and second grooves 21 and 22 is 3mm, and the width of each of the first and second grooves 21 and 22 is 8 mm.
In one embodiment, the instrument panel harness bracket is connected with the instrument panel tubular beam 100 through the clamping piece 30 and is bound and fixed with the instrument panel tubular beam 100 through a binding belt, so that the clamping piece 30 and the binding belt penetrating through the first groove 21 and the second groove 22 jointly bear the weight of the instrument panel harness bracket, the stress of each clamping piece 30 and each binding belt is reduced, the service lives of the clamping piece 30 and the binding belt are prolonged, and the instrument panel harness bracket is more reliably connected with the instrument panel tubular beam 100.
It should be noted that the number of the first grooves 21 and the second grooves 22 is set according to the usage requirement. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the number of the first grooves 21 and the number of the second grooves 22 are four.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an instrument panel harness assembly according to an embodiment of the present application.
In accordance with another aspect of the present application, an instrument panel harness assembly is provided, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, including an instrument panel harness 200, a plurality of first connectors (not shown), and an instrument panel harness support as described in any of the above embodiments. The instrument panel wiring harness support comprises a bottom plate 10 and two side plates 20, the two side plates 20 and the bottom plate 10 jointly define a wiring channel, and an instrument panel wiring harness 200 penetrates through the wiring channel. The bottom plate 10 is equipped with the multiunit through-hole along its extending direction interval, and every group through-hole is including locating first through-hole 11 and the second through-hole 12 of bottom plate 10 both sides respectively, and a plurality of first connecting pieces are respectively with multiunit through-hole one-to-one, and first connecting piece wears to locate in corresponding first through-hole 11 and the second through-hole 12. So, through setting up instrument board pencil support and first connecting piece, make first connecting piece with instrument board pencil 200 ligature on bottom plate 10 to make instrument board pencil 200 be fixed in the line passageway, make instrument board pencil 200 receive the effective protection of bottom plate 10 and curb plate 20, prevent instrument board pencil 200 wearing and tearing, reduce the potential safety hazard.
In addition, above-mentioned instrument board pencil assembly, through adopting first connecting piece to fix instrument board pencil 200 and instrument board pencil support, make instrument board pencil 200 and instrument board pencil support firm in connection, convenient assembling. Specifically, the bearing capacity of the instrument panel wire harness support is larger than 800N, and the anti-falling capacity is larger than 180N.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, at least one clip 30 is disposed on a side of the bottom plate 10 facing away from the trace channel.
In the actual assembly process of the instrument panel harness bracket, the bottom plate 10, the side plates 20 and the clamping members 30 may be preassembled, and then the instrument panel harness 200 may be fixed to the bottom plate 10 by the first connecting member. And then fixedly connecting the instrument panel wiring harness assembly with the instrument panel tubular beam 100 through the clamping piece 30. The assembling process is convenient to operate and convenient to disassemble after assembling is completed, namely, in a limited space, the instrument board wire harness 200 can be taken down from the instrument board wire harness support only by unfastening the first connecting piece. In this manner, maintenance or repair of the instrument panel harness 200 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the two side plates 20 include a first side plate 20a and a second side plate 20b, a side of the first side plate 20a away from the bottom plate 10 is provided with a plurality of first grooves 21, the plurality of first grooves 21 are spaced apart from each other along the extending direction of the bottom plate 10, a side of the second side plate 20b away from the bottom plate 10 is provided with second grooves 22 corresponding to the first grooves 21 one to one, and the plurality of second grooves 22 are spaced apart from each other along the extending direction of the bottom plate 10. The instrument panel wire harness assembly further comprises second connecting pieces in one-to-one correspondence with the first grooves 21, and the second connecting pieces sequentially penetrate through the corresponding first grooves 21 and the corresponding second grooves 22. Thus, by arranging the second connecting piece, the instrument board wire harness support is bound on the instrument board tubular beam 100, and when the first connecting piece fails, the instrument board wire harness 200 can still be limited in the wiring channel by the second connecting piece, so that the instrument board wire harness 200 is prevented from being worn outside the wiring channel when falling off.
Optionally, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can both adopt a binding belt.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
