The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and a repetitive description thereof will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, some steps may be combined or partially combined, and thus, the actual execution order may be changed according to the actual situation.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a community group purchase order item appending method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The community group purchase order commodity adding method comprises the following steps:
step S110: in response to a user completing payment of a community group purchase order, providing a commodity add-on control associated with the community group purchase order to the user.
In particular, the item add-on control may be provided at a user's order viewing interface, such as interface 200 shown in FIG. 2. When the user views the order, the commodity adding control is arranged in the non-delivery order with the payment completed, so that the commodity adding control can be related to the non-delivery order with the payment completed, and when the user performs the following steps, the user can determine the order into which the additional commodity is merged.
In some variations, after the user completes the payment of the community group purchase order, the commodity addition control may also be displayed on a homepage, a commodity list interface, or the like of the community group purchase platform, so as to prompt the user to merge the paid community group purchase order by means of commodity addition. The commodity addition control can be displayed in a banner (banner) at the top of the interface, so that the eye-catching degree of the commodity addition control is improved.
Step S120: and responding to the operation of the user on the commodity additional control, and displaying a community group purchase commodity interface to the user.
Specifically, after the user operates the commodity addition control, the user may jump to an interface where commodities available for selection are displayed, such as a community group purchase homepage and a commodity list interface, so that the user can select commodities.
Specifically, when the user places an order of an original community group purchase order, the user often fails to purchase the product due to insufficient stock, but the community group purchase platform subsequently re-puts the product on the shelf for replenishing stock, thereby having a product addition demand. To this end, in some embodiments, the failed item purchased by the user in the original community group purchase order may be preferentially displayed in the community group purchase item interface in response to the item being currently available for sale. Therefore, the user can directly purchase the needed commodities conveniently, the time for searching and searching the commodities is reduced, and the shopping experience of commodity addition of the user is provided.
Step S130: and selecting the commodity ordered by the user in the community group purchase commodity interface as an additional commodity.
Specifically, the user can directly purchase the commodities displayed on the community group purchase commodity interface according to a commodity selective purchase mode of directly placing an order, or add the commodities displayed on the community group purchase commodity interface into a shopping cart, and then combine the order and pay.
Further, since the interface and the process of the display of the additional commodity purchasing operation by the user are consistent with those of the commodity purchasing operation directly ordered by the user, the community group purchasing server can set an additional mark for the user after the user operates the commodity additional control in order to distinguish whether the current operation of the user is the additional commodity or the direct order ordering, and the additional mark is associated with the non-delivery order paid by the user, so that the commodity purchasing of the operation of the user with the additional mark can be identified as the purchasing of the additional commodity.
Step S140: merging the additional commodity into the community group purchase order.
Specifically, step S140 merges the additional item into the community group purchase order and does not generate a new order for the additional item.
Specifically, when a user completes an order for a community group purchase, the community group purchase order may exist in multiple states, such as warehouse pickup, pending sort, in sort, delivery to an end point, dispatch, and the like. In order to avoid excessive influence of the user to the warehouse sorting and distribution, the commodity adding control can be disabled at the set time.
In some embodiments, after the commodities ordered by the community group purchase are ordered on the same day, the commodities are delivered on the next day, and the community group purchase platform sets an expiration time (such as 22 points, 23 points and the like) for the ordering on the same day, so that the commodity addition control fails in the expiration time, and after the expiration time, a user cannot add the commodities through the commodity addition control, so that the warehouses for the community group purchase can uniformly sort the commodities ordered on the same day to prepare for delivery on the next day.
In still other embodiments, the commodities of the community group purchase are delivered on the same day after the commodity is placed, and in this case, the commodity addition control may be disabled when the community group purchase order is sorted, so that the user cannot add the commodities through the commodity addition control after the community group purchase order is sorted.
Further, when the commodity addition control is invalid, the commodity addition control may not be provided and displayed; when the user operates the commodity addition control, the user can be fed back that the commodity cannot be added currently. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
In some embodiments, in response to the additional item existing with an item that is consistent with the item in the original community group purchase order, duplicate item reminder information may also be provided to the user. Therefore, the situation that the user forgets the purchased commodities in the original community group purchase order can be avoided, and the same commodity is repeatedly selected and purchased. Further, in some variations, in order to prompt the user about the commodity purchased in the original community group purchase order when the user selects the additional commodity, a purchased mark may be set for the commodity purchased in the original community group purchase order by the user in a community group purchase commodity interface (including a commodity list interface and a commodity detail interface), and the user may know whether each commodity is purchased by checking the purchased mark. The purchased mark may be synchronously disabled (no longer displayed) when the merchandise add-on control is disabled. In still other variations, the item list in the original community group purchase order that can be displayed in a foldable manner may also be provided on the community group purchase item interface (for example, the user may operate the folding control to unfold or fold the item list in the original community group purchase order). The commodity list in the original community group purchase order displayed in the unfolded mode can only occupy one part of the whole interface, so that a user can check commodities in the community group purchase commodity interface simultaneously when checking the commodity list in the original community group purchase order, and the user can conveniently compare the commodities. The item list in the original community group purchase order which can be folded and displayed can be synchronously disabled (not displayed any more) when the item addition control is disabled. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
In the community group purchase order commodity addition method provided by the invention, after the user finishes the payment of the community group purchase order, the commodity addition control related to the community group purchase order is provided for the user, so that the user can add group purchase commodities through the commodity addition control, the added commodities are directly merged into the community group purchase order, and a new community group purchase order is not required to be generated. Therefore, the commodity weight/price of each order can be combined to meet the requirement of freight charge reduction, the combined orders are delivered simultaneously, a user does not need to receive goods for multiple times, and the order placing experience of the user is improved; meanwhile, after orders of the receiving address of the same user are combined based on the additional commodities, the orders can be combined and delivered, the order delivery management efficiency of a warehouse background is improved, and the transport capacity waste is avoided.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a flow chart of adjusting shipping costs for merchandise upselling according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S141: and responding to the fact that the freight rate of the original community group purchase order is larger than 0 yuan, and judging whether the goods of the combined community group purchase order meet freight rate reduction and exemption conditions.
Specifically, the freight exemption condition includes that the total cost of the goods reaches a set cost threshold value and/or the total weight of the goods is within a set weight range.
If the determination in step S141 is yes, step S142 is executed: and determining the payment cost of the additional commodity according to the cost of the additional commodity and the reduced freight rate.
For example, the added commodity may be 7.6 dollars in cost, the reduced freight rate may be 6 dollars, and the difference between the added commodity cost and the reduced freight rate may be set to 7.6 to 6 as the payment cost for the added commodity, which is 1.6. When the cost of the additional merchandise is lower than the reduced shipping cost, a portion of the shipping cost may be returned to the user.
Therefore, the community group purchase server can automatically reduce or avoid the freight for the user through the steps, the user does not need to execute extra operation, and the commodity addition experience of the user is improved.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a product buy-up adjustment offer according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S143: and judging whether the commodities of the combined community group purchase order meet the commodity preferential conditions or not.
In particular, the product offer conditions may include, but are not limited to, a full reduction, a multiple product discount, a product portfolio discount, and the like.
If the determination in step S143 is yes, step S144 is executed: and determining the payment cost of the additional commodity according to the cost of the additional commodity and the commodity discount cost.
For example, the product benefit condition is full 100 minus 10, the total product amount of the original community map group purchase order is 95 yuan, the cost of the additional product is 20 yuan, and the difference between the cost of the additional product and the product benefit cost may be 20-10 yuan, which is the payment cost 10 of the additional product. When the cost of adding the commodity is lower than the commodity discount cost, the commodity cost can be returned to the user.
Therefore, the community group purchase server can automatically deduct the cost of commodity discount for the user through the steps, the user does not need to execute extra operation, and the commodity addition experience of the user is improved.
Further, in consideration of the situation that a plurality of commodity preference conditions need to be selected for use, the application can also provide an embodiment of a user selection preference mode. As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a product purchase adjustment offer according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 shows the following steps in total:
step S145: and judging whether the commodities of the combined community group purchase order meet various optional commodity preferential conditions or not.
If the determination in step S145 is yes, step S146 is executed: and providing various commodity preference options and the predicted preference cost according to the commodity preference options to the user.
Step S147: and receiving the commodity preference options selected by the user, and determining the payment cost of the additional commodity according to the cost of the additional commodity and the preference cost of the selected commodity preference options.
Specifically, considering that the user may have different needs for different product offer conditions (for example, part of the product offer conditions also provide a gift), the user may be presented with different offer conditions and different offer amounts through steps S145 to S147 for the user to select. Further, the highest preferential cost can be automatically selected for the user without the need for the user to operate again. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
In some embodiments, considering that the commodities may be on shelf at the same time or the community group buying platform is provided with capacity opening time, so that the community group buying server is in a crowded state within a period of time, if the user performs commodity addition at the moment, the crowding of the community group buying server may be further increased, and the user may need to try to place an order for a long time and wait for the feedback of the community group buying server to provide a payment service, so that the commodity addition experience of the user is poor. In this regard, the present application may set an effective start time for the commodity addition control.
Referring now to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates a flow diagram for enabling a product addition control to start at a set time when a server is congested, according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 6 shows the following steps in total:
step S111: and responding to the completion of the payment of the community group purchase order by the user, and judging whether the community group purchase server meets the congestion condition.
In particular, real-time monitoring of the server may be performed to determine whether the community group purchase server satisfies the congestion condition. For example, when the real-time load of the server is greater than a set load threshold, it may be determined that the server meets the congestion condition. For another example, when the number of active users of the server is greater than a set number threshold, it may be determined that the server meets the congestion condition. The active users may include users currently operating the community group-buying user terminal (the users currently operating the community group-buying user terminal may not yet have made communication with the determined server, but belong to candidate users that are about to make communication with the determined server). Active users may also include users that have made communication interactions with the determined server within a second set time period threshold (background users). The greater the number of active users, the greater the probability that the server is overloaded, and therefore, whether the server meets the congestion condition may also be determined by the number of active users.
Further, as mentioned above, the community group purchase platform may set the commodity sale time and/or transportation capacity open time, and when the commodity sale time and/or transportation capacity open time is reached, the server is often overloaded, thereby causing congestion. In such an embodiment, whether the server meets the congestion condition may be determined by time matching.
If the determination in step S111 is yes, step S112 is executed: and providing a commodity addition control related to the community group purchase order for the user within a first set time period after the user completes payment of the community group purchase order.
Specifically, in step S112, the product addition control can be provided when the community group purchase server is not crowded, thereby preventing further load pressure on the community group purchase server by product addition and improving the efficiency of product addition ordering.
Specifically, the first set time period may be set in advance. For example, it may be set to half an hour, one hour, or the like. In some variations, the first set time period is also determined based on a determined length of time for the server to transition from meeting the congestion condition to meeting the idle condition. For example, if the time period for the server to transition from satisfying the congestion condition to satisfying the idle time condition is 1 hour, the first set time period may be set to 1 hour. In still other variations, the determination may be based on a time at which capacity allocation of the shipping site associated with the user's shipping address is complete. For example, the capacity of the delivery site is allocated at 9 o' clock of the day, and after the capacity allocation is completed, the user cannot place a new community group purchase order, so that the community group purchase server is inevitably in an idle state.
In some variations, referring also to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a flowchart for making the merchandise addition control start to be active at a set time when the server is crowded according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 shows the following steps in total:
step S111: and responding to the completion of the payment of the community group purchase order by the user, and judging whether the community group purchase server meets the congestion condition.
If the determination in step S111 is yes, step S113 is executed: and providing a commodity additional control related to the community group purchase order for the user, and enabling the commodity additional control to be effective within a first set time period after the user finishes payment of the community group purchase order.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the user may complete payment of the community group purchase order and display the product addition control to the user, so that the user can know that the order can be added to the product, but the product addition control is valid within the set time period. If the user operates the commodity addition control in advance, the effective time of the commodity addition control can be reminded to the user, so that the user can add commodities within the effective time of the commodity addition control.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementation manners of the community group purchase order commodity adding method of the present invention, and each implementation manner may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the flow charts of the present invention are merely schematic, the execution sequence of each step is not limited thereto, and the steps can be split, merged, exchanged sequentially, and executed synchronously or asynchronously in other ways within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring now to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a community group purchase order item appending apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention. The community group purchase order product adding device 300 includes an adding control providing module 310, a product interface providing module 320, an added product determining module 330, and an order combining module 340.
The additional control providing module 310 is configured to provide a commodity additional control associated with the community group purchase order to a user in response to the user completing payment of the community group purchase order;
the commodity interface providing module 320 is configured to display a community group purchase commodity interface to the user in response to the operation of the commodity addition control by the user;
the additional commodity determining module 330 is configured to select a commodity ordered by the user in the community group purchase commodity interface as an additional commodity;
the order merging module 340 is configured to merge the additional commodity into the community group purchase order.
In the community group purchase order commodity adding device in the exemplary embodiment of the invention, after the user completes the payment of the community group purchase order, the commodity adding control related to the community group purchase order is provided for the user, so that the user can add the group purchase commodity through the commodity adding control, the added commodity is directly merged into the community group purchase order without generating a new community group purchase order.
