The working principle of the invention is as follows: a certain amount of cooling liquid is added into the water tank 201 through the water injection end 15, a normal working temperature parameter value of the strain gauge 14 is set in a controller in advance, when a temperature sensor detects that the working temperature of the strain gauge 14 exceeds the normal working temperature, the controller controls the starting motor 3, the rotating shaft 301 drives the blade 302 to operate, the cooling liquid in the water tank 201 is conveyed into the cooling cover 141 through the S-shaped through groove 131 provided with the second water outlet, the cooling liquid passes through the first water outlet 142 and the S-shaped through groove 131 provided with the third water outlet and then flows into the water tank 201 through the fourth water inlet, meanwhile, the N-type semiconductor is connected with the positive electrode of a power supply, the P-type semiconductor is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, when direct current flows from the N electrode to the P electrode, a heat absorption phenomenon, namely a Peltier effect, is generated on the cold end, so that the cooling substrate 202 carries out cooling treatment on the cooling liquid in the water tank 201, the cooling cover 141, the S-shaped through groove 131 and the cooling liquid in the water tank 201 realize cold circulation, the temperature reduction treatment of the strain gauge 14 is improved, so that the strain gauge 14 can keep a high-precision measurement working state;
meanwhile, the rotating shaft 301 also drives the fan blades 103 to rotate, the fan blades 103 rotate to extract gas in the air cabin 16, the air pressure in the air cabin 16 becomes small, outside air reaches the bottom of the water cabin 201 through the filter screen 8 and the first ventilation pipe 801, bubbles are formed in the water cabin 201, the bubbles rise to drive cooling liquid to flow, heat exchange between the cooling liquid is accelerated, the bubbles enter the air cabin 16 through the filter plate, the filter plate prevents moisture from entering the air cabin 16, at the moment, the gas in the air cabin 16 is cooled and then conveyed to the ventilation hood 101 under the action of the fan blades 103, the cooling gas in the ventilation hood 101 carries out secondary air cooling treatment on the cooling hood, cooled air is blown to the surface of the strain beam to correspondingly treat the strain beam 9 so as to keep the stiffness of the strain beam, meanwhile, the cooled air is conveyed outwards through a gap between the strain beam 9 and the mounting block 1 to prevent outside dust from falling into the gap, the friction loss caused by the strain beam 9 is prevented, the service life of the strain beam is prevented from being influenced, meanwhile, the steel ball 5 is cooled and treated when being conveyed outwards by cooling air, and the precision and the service life of the device for measuring weight are improved.
The weighing module is used for acquiring data of the weight of the weighed object and transmitting the weight data to the data conversion module; the temperature measuring module detects the temperature of the electrical element and transmits temperature data to the data conversion module; the data conversion module converts the data types transmitted by the weighing module and the temperature measurement module and transmits the data after the types are converted into the control module; the control module calculates the weight data and the temperature data transmitted by the data conversion module and obtains the weight of the weighed object and the temperature of the tested electric appliance element; the control module controls the cooling assembly to operate according to the temperature of the detected electrical component; the digital display module displays the weight data of the weighed object.
