Abstract
The invention relates to an expansion type shelter and an expansion method thereof, wherein the expansion type shelter comprises a fixed cabin, two sides of the fixed cabin are both provided with openings and are rotatably provided with expansion plates, and the expansion plates are positioned on the same horizontal plane with the bottom surface of the fixed cabin in an expansion state; one end of the expansion board is provided with a side board in a rotating mode, the side board is in an expanded state and perpendicular to the expansion board, an equipment inner cabin and an equipment outer cabin are arranged on the side board, and two expansion tents are arranged in the fixed cabin in a sliding mode. The expansion, equipment integration and storage of the shelter are realized through the expansion plate and the side plate which are arranged in a rotating mode and the expansion tent which is arranged in a sliding mode, the expansion ratio is high, the transportation volume is greatly reduced, the transportation convenience is good, compared with the common shelter, the expansion shelter is greatly lightened in weight, small in occupied space during storage, high in equipment integration level, greatly reduced in transportation cost, reduced in storage cost and accelerated in building speed.

In recent years, the application of the shelter is more and more extensive, the assembled body has fixed volume and protective performance, and can be used as a van-type workshop for carrying, and the shelter is suitable for being used in the field operation occasions, such as field hospitals, communication commands, field camping, emergency temporary residences and the manufacturing of caravans.

an expansion type shelter comprises a fixed cabin, wherein two sides of the fixed cabin are both provided with openings, expansion plates are rotatably arranged on the two sides of the fixed cabin, and the expansion plates and the bottom surface of the fixed cabin are positioned on the same horizontal plane in an expansion state; one end of the expansion plate is rotatably provided with a side plate, and the side plate is vertical to the expansion plate in an expanded state; two expansion tents are arranged in the fixed cabin in a sliding mode, and the expansion tents can slide to the expansion boards in the expansion state and are connected with the side boards in the expansion state; the side plate is provided with an equipment inner chamber for installing the integrated equipment in the chamber and an equipment outer chamber for installing the integrated equipment outside the chamber, the equipment inner chamber and the equipment outer chamber are integrally connected with the side plate, and the side plate is provided with a notch and communicated with the equipment inner chamber.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, slide rails are arranged on the fixed cabin and the expansion board, the expansion tent comprises a plurality of supporting inner frames and rainproof cloth which are arranged in parallel, the rainproof cloth wraps all the supporting inner frames, and slide blocks (8) are arranged on the bottom sides of the supporting inner frames and are in sliding connection with the slide rails.

A method of expanding an expandable shelter, comprising the steps of:
s1: turning and unfolding two expansion plates at two sides of a fixed cabin to be horizontal to the bottom side of the fixed cabin;
s2: turning and unfolding the side plates on the expansion plate to be vertical to the expansion plate;
s3: one end of the wind-resistant inhaul cable is connected with the side plate, and the other end of the wind-resistant inhaul cable is connected with the ground through a ground nail;
s4: and unfolding the two expansion tents and respectively connecting the two expansion tents with the two side plates to complete expansion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the expansion, equipment integration and storage of the shelter are realized through the rotatable expansion plate, the side plates and the expansion tent arranged in a sliding mode, the expansion ratio is high, the space utilization rate in the transportation process is greatly improved, the transportation convenience is good, compared with the common shelter, the expansion shelter is greatly lightened in weight, small in occupied space during storage and high in equipment integration level, the transportation cost is greatly reduced, the storage cost is reduced, and the building speed is increased.

An expansion method of an expandable shelter, comprising the steps of:
s1: two expansion plates 2 on two sides of a fixed cabin 1 are overturned and unfolded to be horizontal to the bottom side of the fixed cabin 1;
s2: the side plates 3 on the expansion plate 2 are overturned and unfolded to be vertical to the expansion plate 2;
s3: one end of a wind-resistant inhaul cable 5 is connected with the side plate 3, and the other end of the wind-resistant inhaul cable is connected with the ground through a ground nail;
s4: and unfolding the two expansion tents 4 and respectively connecting the two expansion tents with the two side plates 3 to complete the expansion.
The extension formula shelter is convenient for extend and accomodate, and the extension relative altitude, as shown in fig. 8, compare with ordinary shelter and improved the space utilization in the transportation greatly, the space of transporting an ordinary shelter can transport a plurality of extension formula shelter, and the transportation convenience is good, and this extension formula shelter compares with ordinary shelter, because what the extension part adopted is extension tent 4, weight also alleviates greatly, has alleviateed the cost of transportation greatly, has improved conveying efficiency simultaneously.
The working principle of the extended shelter provided by the invention is as follows:
when the fixed cabin is used, as shown in fig. 2, the expansion plates 2 on two sides of the fixed cabin 1 are unfolded, then the side plates 3 are unfolded to be ninety degrees with the expansion plates 2, then the positions of the side plates 3 are fixed by using the wind-resistant guy cables 5, then the expansion tent 4 is pulled out from the fixed cabin 1 until one side of the expansion tent 4 is in contact with the side plates 3, then the expansion tent 4 is installed and connected with the side plates 3, and at this time, the expansion of the cabin is finished.
