S6, filtering the material liquid after color mixing in the step S5, then filling the material liquid into an aerosol can in which glass beads are placed, sealing the aerosol can, and filling dimethyl ether into the aerosol can by a pressure filling method after sealing is finished.
Wherein, the stirring adopts a stirrer, and the grinding adopts a grinder.
In the embodiment, the organic silicon resin, the dispersing agent, the anti-settling agent and the high-temperature resistant pigment are mixed with each other to prepare the color paste, then the organic silicon resin, the glass powder, the color paste, the leveling agent, the diluent and the matte powder are sequentially mixed, color matching is carried out, filtering is carried out after color matching, and finally the dimethyl ether is filled into the air spray tank to be used as the propellant to prepare the high-temperature resistant self-spraying paint.

wherein the feed liquid comprises the following components: 25 parts of organic silicon resin; 10 parts of high-temperature resistant pigment; 8 parts of glass powder; 1 part of matte powder; 1.5 parts of anti-settling agent; 0.08 part of a dispersing agent; 0.15 part of a leveling agent; and 55 parts of a diluent.
The diluent comprises 12% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; 12% of ethyl acetate; 44% of butyl ester; and 32% of acetone.
The embodiment also comprises a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant self-spraying paint, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing organic silicon resin, high-temperature-resistant pigment, glass powder, matte powder, an anti-settling agent, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethyl acetate, butyl ester, acetone and dimethyl ether according to the components, pouring the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a stirrer, and then sequentially adding the ethyl acetate, the butyl ester and the acetone, stirring and mixing until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the diluent.
S2, dividing the organic silicon resin weighed in the step S1 into two parts according to a set proportion, pouring one part of the organic silicon resin into a stirrer for stirring, increasing the stirring speed to 1000r/S, adding glass powder, and stirring for 30 min.
And S3, pouring the other part of the organic silicon resin obtained in the step S2 into another stirrer, and then sequentially adding the dispersing agent and the anti-settling agent until the mixture is uniformly stirred, wherein the stirring speed is 600 r/S.
S4, adding high-temperature-resistant pigment into the solution stirred in the step S3 at the stirring speed of 600r/S until the solution is uniformly stirred, then increasing the rotating speed to 1000r/S, stirring for 1h, grinding to obtain color paste, detecting the color paste by scraping fineness after grinding is finished, and discharging the color paste and barreling for later use if the color paste is qualified; if the detection is unqualified, the color paste is reground until the detection is qualified.
S5, adding the color paste, the diluent, the flatting agent and the matte powder qualified in the step S4 into the raw materials stirred in the step S2 in sequence, stirring and toning, and toning through a spray plate until the color is qualified.

wherein the feed liquid comprises the following components: 20-30 parts of organic silicon resin; 5-15 parts of high-temperature resistant pigment; 6-10 parts of glass powder; 0.5-1.5 parts of matte powder; 0.5-2.5 parts of anti-settling agent; 0.06-0.1 part of dispersant; 0.1-0.2 part of a leveling agent; 50-60 parts of a diluent.
2. The high temperature resistant self-spraying paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the diluent comprises 10-20% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; 10-20% of ethyl acetate; 43-46% of butyl ester; 30-35% of acetone.
3. The high temperature resistant self-painting of claim 2, wherein: 70% of dimethyl ether; 30% of feed liquid.

The high temperature resistant self-spraying paint as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the feed liquid comprises the following components: 25 parts of organic silicon resin; 10 parts of high-temperature resistant pigment; 8 parts of glass powder; 1 part of matte powder; 1.5 parts of an anti-settling agent; 0.08 part of a dispersing agent; 0.15 part of a leveling agent; and 55 parts of a diluent.
5. The high temperature resistant self-painting of claim 2, wherein: 12% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; 12% of ethyl acetate; 44% of butyl ester; and 32% of acetone.
6. A process for the preparation of the high temperature resistant self-lacquering paint according to claim 2, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing organic silicon resin, high-temperature-resistant pigment, glass powder, matte powder, an anti-settling agent, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethyl acetate, butyl ester, acetone and dimethyl ether according to the components, pouring the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a stirrer, and then sequentially adding the ethyl acetate, the butyl ester and the acetone to stir and mix until the mixture is uniformly stirred to prepare a diluent;
s2, dividing the organic silicon resin weighed in the step S1 into two parts according to a set proportion, pouring one part of the organic silicon resin into a stirrer for stirring, increasing the stirring speed to 800-1200r/S, adding glass powder, and stirring for 20-40 min;
s3, pouring the other part of the organic silicon resin obtained in the step S2 into another stirrer, and then sequentially adding a dispersing agent and an anti-settling agent until the mixture is uniformly stirred, wherein the stirring speed is 500-700 r/S;
s4, adding the high-temperature-resistant pigment into the solution stirred in the step S3 at the stirring rotation speed of 500-1200 r/S until the solution is uniformly stirred, then increasing the rotation speed to 800-1200r/S, stirring for 0.5-1.5h, grinding to obtain color paste, detecting the color paste by scraping the fineness after grinding is finished, and discharging the color paste out of a barrel for standby if the color paste is qualified; if the color paste is unqualified, re-grinding the color paste until the color paste is qualified;
s5, sequentially adding the color paste, the diluent, the flatting agent and the matte powder which are qualified in the step S4 into the raw materials which are stirred in the step S2, stirring and toning, and toning through a spray plate until the color is qualified;
s6, filtering the material liquid after color mixing in the step S5, then filling the material liquid into an aerosol can in which glass beads are placed, sealing the aerosol can, and filling dimethyl ether into the aerosol can by a pressure filling method after sealing is finished.
7. The method for preparing the high-temperature-resistant self-spraying paint according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S2, the stirring speed is 1000r/min, and the stirring time is 30 min.
8. The method for preparing the high-temperature-resistant self-spraying paint according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S3, the stirring speed is 600 r/min.
9. The method for preparing the high-temperature resistant self-spraying paint as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the step S4, adding a high-temperature resistant pigment into the solution stirred in the step S3 at a stirring speed of 600 r/S; the rotation speed is increased to 1000r/s, and stirring is carried out for 1 h.
