Referring to fig. 14, a sterilization chamber 12 is fixed on one end wall of the exterior of the filling chamber 1, a plurality of uniformly distributed electric heating rods 1201 are arranged in the sterilization chamber 12, a heating pipe 1202 is arranged at one end of the interior of the filling chamber 1, one side of the heating pipe 1202 is communicated with the interior of the sterilization chamber 12 through a connecting pipe, a plurality of heating ports 1203 are formed in the other side of the heating pipe 1202, a fan 1204 is fixed on one end wall of the exterior of the sterilization chamber 12, an output end of the fan 1204 is communicated with the interior of the sterilization chamber 12, the electric heating rods 1201 heat air in the sterilization chamber 12 through the arrangement of the sterilization chamber 12, high-temperature air in the sterilization chamber 12 is conveyed into the filling chamber 1 through the heating pipe 1202 through the fan 1204, the sterile environment during sesame oil filling is guaranteed, and the production quality of sesame oil is improved.
The working principle is as follows:
when the filling machine is used, the conveying motor 403 is started to drive one of the driving columns to rotate, so that the other driving column and the conveying wheel 401 are matched to drive the conveying belt 402 to move, a tank body on the conveying belt 402 is conveyed, the adjusting cylinder 602 is started to enable the position of the filling head 7 in the adjusting groove 601 to be conveniently adjusted, the distance between a plurality of filling heads 7 is adjusted according to the specification of the tank body, air in the sterilization chamber 12 is heated through the electric heating rod 1201, the fan 1204 is started to convey high-temperature air in the sterilization chamber 12 into the filling chamber 1 through the heating pipe 1202, and the sterile environment during filling is ensured;
when a plurality of tank bodies move into the filling chamber 1, the positioning cylinder 1103 is started to push the positioning plate 1104 to move towards one side of the tank bodies, so that the tank bodies are positioned, then the lifting cylinder 603 is started, the lifting cylinder 603 pushes the lifting plate 6 to lift through the lifting rod, so that the bottom end of the filling head 7 on the lifting plate 6 is inserted into the tank bodies, then the filling cylinder 502 is controlled to push the sliding piston 501 to move downwards, so that the sesame oil in the oil storage chamber 5 can be conveniently input into the tank bodies through the filling pipe 701, and the filling process is completed;
after filling, controlling the positioning mechanism 11 to loosen the tank body, continuously moving the tank body on the conveying belt 402 into the capping chamber 2, positioning the tank body through the positioning mechanism 11 in the capping chamber 2, starting the capping cylinder 902 above the material taking chamber 10, pushing the clamping plates 905 on the clamping seats 903 to move to the sealing covers on the material taking chamber 10, then starting the two clamping cylinders 908 to push the sliding seats 904 to slide on the clamping seats 903, so as to drive the two clamping plates 905 to approach each other to clamp the sealing covers, starting the material taking cylinder to push the material taking plate 1002 to move upwards, and enabling the sealing covers 1001 to move out of the material taking chamber 10, so that the clamping mechanisms 9 can take materials from the sealing covers;
and then, starting the transposition motor 801 to enable the clamping mechanisms 9 clamped with the sealing covers on the transposition plate 8 to rotate to the upper parts of the plurality of tank bodies, starting the transmission motor 911 to drive one of the rotating rods 901 to rotate so as to drive one of the transmission gears 909 to rotate, driving the plurality of transmission gears 909 to rotate by matching with the transmission belt 910, driving the two clamping plates 905 to rotate through the plurality of rotating rods 901 so as to seal the sealing covers with the tank bodies, starting the transposition motor 801 to transpose the clamping mechanisms 9 on the two sides after sealing is completed, and repeating the operations.

An automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production comprises a filling chamber (1) and a capping chamber (2), wherein the filling chamber (1) is positioned on one side of the capping chamber (2), symmetrically distributed through grooves (3) are formed in the two sides of the filling chamber (1) and the capping chamber (2), a conveying platform (4) penetrates through the through grooves (3), the automatic filling instrument is characterized in that an oil storage chamber (5) is fixed at the top end inside the filling chamber (1), a lifting plate (6) is arranged below the oil storage chamber (5), a plurality of uniformly distributed adjusting grooves (601) are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the lifting plate (6) in a penetrating manner, filling heads (7) are arranged in the adjusting grooves (601), a transposition plate (8) is arranged inside the capping chamber (2), symmetrically distributed clamping mechanisms (9) are arranged on the two sides of the transposition plate (8), each clamping mechanism (9) comprises a plurality of rotating rods (901) rotatably connected with the bottoms of the transposition plate (8), a capping cylinder (902) is fixed at the bottom of the rotating rod (901), a clamping seat (903) is fixed at the output end of the capping cylinder (902), sliding seats (904) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the clamping seat (903), and a clamping plate (905) is fixed at the bottom of the sliding seat (904);
filling room (1) and the inside of covering room (2) all are equipped with positioning mechanism (11), and positioning mechanism (11) include two fixed plate (1101) that are located respectively and carry platform (4) top, and one side that two fixed plate (1101) kept away from each other is fixed with a plurality of location cylinders (1103), and the output of location cylinder (1103) passes fixed plate (1101) and is fixed with locating plate (1104).

The automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein both ends of the inner surface of the conveying table (4) are rotatably connected with driving columns, conveying wheels (401) are fixed on the outer surfaces of the driving columns, and conveying belts (402) are installed on the outer surfaces of the two conveying wheels (401).

The automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein a sliding piston (501) is slidably connected to the inner surface of the oil storage chamber (5), a filling cylinder (502) is fixed to the top of the outer portion of the filling chamber (1), and the output end of the filling cylinder (502) passes through the filling chamber (1) and the oil storage chamber (5) and is fixed to the top of the sliding piston (501).
4. The automatic filling apparatus for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein an adjusting cylinder (602) is fixed to one side wall inside the adjusting tank (601), and an output end of the adjusting cylinder (602) is fixed to an outer surface of the filling head (7).
5. The automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein a lifting cylinder (603) is fixed to the upper positions of two side walls inside the filling chamber (1), and the output end of the lifting cylinder (603) is fixed to the lifting plate (6).

The automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein a transposition motor (801) is fixed to the top end of the outer portion of the capping chamber (2), and an output end of the transposition motor (801) penetrates through the capping chamber (2) and is fixed to the top of the transposition plate (8).

The automatic filling apparatus for producing sesame oil according to claim 1, wherein two symmetrically distributed clamping cylinders (908) are fixed at the bottom of the clamping seat (903), and the output ends of the two clamping cylinders (908) are respectively fixed with one side of the two sliding seats (904).

The automatic filling instrument for producing the sesame oil according to claim 1, wherein a transmission gear (909) is fixed on an outer surface of the rotating rod (901), a transmission belt (910) is installed between outer surfaces of the transmission gears (909), an inner surface of the transmission belt (910) is meshed with the transmission gears (909), a transmission motor (911) is fixed on the top of the transposition plate (8), and an output end of the transmission motor (911) penetrates through the transposition plate (8) and is fixed with an end of one rotating rod (901).

The automatic filling instrument for sesame oil production according to claim 1, wherein a sterilization chamber (12) is fixed on one end wall of the exterior of the filling chamber (1), a plurality of uniformly distributed electric heating rods (1201) are arranged inside the sterilization chamber (12), a heating pipe (1202) is arranged at one end of the interior of the filling chamber (1), a plurality of heating ports (1203) are formed in the other side of the heating pipe (1202), and a fan (1204) is fixed on one end wall of the exterior of the sterilization chamber (12).
