The side beam 11 is arranged on the outer side of the support plate 1 corresponding to the longitudinal upright 41, the side beam 11 is connected with the longitudinal upright 41 in a longitudinally sliding fit manner and is connected with the steel wire rope 2, specifically, a hook can be fixedly connected to the lower end of the steel wire rope 2, and a hanging ring is arranged on the side beam 11 for hanging the hook, so that the steel wire rope 2 is connected and fixed with the side beam 11. The inner sides of the front cylindrical surface 43 and the rear cylindrical surface 43 are respectively provided with a positioning inclined surface 44 which is inclined outwards from top to bottom, the inclined strut sliding rod 13 is provided with a positioning ejector rod assembly 5 which is controlled in a linkage way with the rope pulley winding assembly 3, and after the supporting plate 1 is lifted in place, the positioning ejector rod assembly 5 stretches out and acts tightly against the positioning inclined surface 44.

In this embodiment, the positioning ejector rod assembly 5 includes an oil cylinder 51 and an ejector rod 52 mounted on a piston rod end of the oil cylinder 51, a mounting notch 135 is provided on the lower portion of the slide block 134 on the diagonal bracing slide bar 13, a free end surface of the ejector rod 52 has a bevel end 521 tightly matched with the positioning bevel 44, the oil cylinder 51 is fixedly mounted on the mounting notch 135, a bottom wall of the chute 45 has a back notch 451 extending longitudinally along a height direction of the longitudinal upright 41 and into which the ejector rod 52 extends, and the positioning bevel 44 is provided on a back of the chute 45 corresponding to the back notch 451; wherein, the oil cylinder 51 is controlled by the motor 31 of the rope pulley winding assembly 3 in a linkage way, and after the motor 31 drives the winding rope pulley 34 to rotate and the winding steel wire rope 2 lifts the supporting plate 1 to be lifted in place, the oil cylinder 51 stretches out; when the motor 31 drives the rope wheel 34 to wind the steel wire rope 2 to start lifting the supporting plate 1, the oil cylinder 51 retracts to enable the ejector rod 52 to be separated from the positioning inclined surface 44, and positioning and fixing of the supporting plate 1 are released. It should be noted that, the linkage control of the oil cylinder 51 and the motor 31 belongs to a conventional technical means in the electromechanical field, and a specific linkage control technical mechanism is not unfolded and stated here.
According to the automobile maintenance lifting platform, through a simple portal frame 4 structure, the side beams 11 of the support plate 1 are arranged on the outer sides of the longitudinal upright posts 41 of the portal frame 4, when the support plate 1 supports lifting or falling of an automobile, the support plate 1 is in sliding fit connection with three side cylindrical surfaces of the longitudinal upright posts 41 of the portal frame 4, and the support plate 1 can be stably kept and does not swing and shake when being wound and suspended by the steel wire rope 2; meanwhile, after the supporting plate 1 is lifted in place, the positioning inclined plane 44 can be arranged, the supporting plate 1 can be positioned and fixed by tightly propping against the positioning inclined plane 44 through the stretching action of the positioning ejector rod assembly 5, the positioning and fixing after the automobile is lifted in place is not only dependent on the pulling force applied to the steel wire rope 2 by the rope pulley winding assembly 3, but also is carried out by means of the lateral acting force applied to the positioning inclined plane 44 by the positioning ejector rod assembly 5, when the positioning ejector rod assembly 5 stretches out and props against the positioning inclined plane 44, the structure that the positioning inclined plane 44 inclines downwards from top to bottom leads to the fact that even if the supporting plate 1 has a sliding trend after being lifted in place, the upward locking and clamping capacity to the positioning ejector rod assembly 5 can be generated through the positioning inclined plane 44, the positioning ejector rod assembly 5 is guaranteed to be firmly propped against the positioning inclined plane 44, and the supporting plate 1 is stably positioned after being lifted in place, the maintenance operation is convenient, and the safety is high.
