The transmission of control instructions to the equipment can be carried out through the operation box 103, a push-back cam 14, a push-back angle cam 15, a material ejection cam 10 and a material pressing cam 11 are arranged on a driving shaft 9, the driving shaft 9 is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 4 through an intermediate transmission shaft 20 and a transmission part, the rotating movement is converted into corresponding different action strokes by the cam structure, the stroke instructions are transmitted to a final executing component through the cam structure, the purposes of reliable transmission and simplified driving structure are realized, in the above structure, the intermediate transmission shaft 20 is used as the basis for reflecting and providing recording stroke data only, a first disc 21 which respectively symbolizes the motion origin state of the output shaft of the driving motor 4 and a second disc 22 which is used for feeding packaging paper/packaging film of food are coaxially connected, because of the included angle which is staggered between the shielding parts 23, the position sensor can record stroke information respectively, the driving shafts 9 of two cam groups are connected with the intermediate transmission shaft 20 through the transmission part and the intermediate transmission part, the two cam groups can be directly connected with the driving shaft 20 or can be synchronously connected with the two driving shafts at the same station position and the two driving shafts 20, the two stations can be synchronously connected with the driving mechanism and the two driving shafts 20 or the two driving shafts can be synchronously connected with the driving mechanism and the driving mechanism at the two stations 20 respectively, the two stations can be synchronously connected with the position and the position sensor 4 or the position sensor is needed, in order to make the two actions of the "push-back" and the "push-back angle" in different work station sequences of almost the same work station in the food package more stable and accurate, wherein the "push-back" action is an action of pushing away the clamping block 80 used for clamping the work station at the work station and fully folding the corners of the package and discharging the package, the "push-back angle" is an action of pushing the sent package into the position of the clamping block 80 and simultaneously making the package to be folded and pre-folded, and the execution of the "push-back angle" action makes the package enter the work station to complete the pre-folding of the corners, and then the remaining corners of the package are fully folded and then sent out of the packaging work station under the execution of the "push-back" action; because the two actions are realized through the mutually nested back pushing guide rod 16 and the back inserting angle guide rod 17, the two guide rods have the mutual limiting function, so that the axial movement of the guide rods is more stable, the continuity and stability of the execution of the back pushing and back inserting angle actions are ensured, and the stability of the structure of the executing component is ensured.
The "pushing" and "pressing" actions are that before the food to be packaged and its packaging paper are overlapped in the position and enter the packaging paper folding procedure, they are required to be fed into the packaging folding station together, then the "pushing" action firstly feeds them into the station, then the "pressing" action will ensure that the packaging paper can be pushed to the position overlapped with the food after coming out of the previous procedure, in other words, the "pressing" action firstly makes the packaging paper fall into the position where the food is overlapped with it, then the "pushing" action feeds them into the subsequent paper folding procedure, and the combination of the execution of the actions and the aforementioned "pushing back" and "inserting angle" actions needs to be very tight to ensure the consistency of processing, the high efficiency of processing and the stability of processing, so that two driving shafts 9 driven by the same driving motor 4 and running synchronously are necessary.
Because the actions required for cutting paper and the actions required for compressing and releasing materials can be performed continuously with the actions described in the previous embodiment, the cutter cams 19 required for cutting paper and the pressing plate cams 18 required for compressing and releasing packages are respectively arranged on different driving shafts 9 according to the requirements of the required and overall structural balance, so that the stability of the overall structure and the continuity of the actions are ensured, and the adoption of an additional driving motor 4 and even a servo motor is avoided.
The back pushing cam 14 or the back inserting angle cam 15 is a guiding groove disc cam, a swing arm mechanism formed by sequentially connecting a V-shaped swing arm 24, a first connecting rod 25, a first linear swing arm 26 and a second connecting rod 27 is connected with a driving block 107 for driving a back deriving rod 16 or a back inserting angle guide rod 17, the driving block 107 is further provided with a nesting hole 32 for the guide rod to pass through, two ends of the back pushing rod 16 or the back inserting angle guide rod 17 are respectively penetrated into a conducting seat 33 on the same fixing piece, through the structure, the mutually restricted and matched relation of the back deriving rod 16 or the back inserting angle guide rod 17 is well realized, meanwhile, the rotation action of the cam is well converted into non-uniform change motion on a straight line, and the motion required by the efficient and continuous completion of a subsequent executing structure is matched, so that the stability and the high efficiency of stroke control are realized.
The material pushing cam 10 or the material pushing cam 11 is a guide groove disc cam, a swing arm mechanism formed by sequentially connecting a second linear swing arm 28, a third connecting rod 29 and an end connecting piece 30 is connected with the corresponding material pushing rod guide rod 12 or the end part of the material pushing rod 13, the material pushing rod guide rod 12 and the material pushing rod 13 are all penetrated in a fixedly arranged protective sleeve 34, by utilizing the structure, the actions of material pushing and material pushing are well converted into non-uniform variable motions on a straight line by the rotation action of the cam, and the actions are efficiently and continuously completed by matching with the follow-up execution structure, so that the output requirement of corresponding strokes required by food packaging is met.
The output shaft of the driving motor 4 and the middle transmission shaft 20 are in transmission through the transmission chain 31, the middle transmission shaft 20 and the driving shaft 9 of the pushing angle inserting cam group are in meshing transmission through the bevel gear 47, the driving shaft 9 of the pushing angle inserting cam group and the driving shaft 9 of the ejection angle pressing cam group are in transmission through at least one pair of transmission chains 31, the driving motor 4 can drive the operation of different cam groups through only a single output shaft, unstable conditions such as dislocation and the like can not occur in the execution of the action are guaranteed, and the stability and safety of stroke control are guaranteed.
The position sensor is also arranged at the position of the shielding part 23 of the first wafer 21 or the second wafer 22, which is independently corresponding to the position of the shielding part, so that the specific position change states of the first wafer 21 and the second wafer 22 can be conveniently recorded, and the controller can conveniently recognize and make corresponding control commands to adjust the operation and stop of the whole stroke control structure.
The film pulling motor 39 drives the transmission roller 46 to rotate, so that the pulling wheel 40 works to transfer the packaging paper/packaging film on the paper supporting roller 42, the packaging paper/packaging film is transferred to the cutting device 41, the cutter cam 19 drives the cutter pull rod 51 to move, so that the movable cutter 49 is driven to reciprocate, the packaging paper/packaging film is cut off through the combination of the reciprocating movement of the movable cutter 49 and the fixed cutter 50, and the tension swing arm 43 can be pulled at the film pulling motor 39 through the braking device 37 of the tension spring-brake belt combined structure, so that the releasing operation of the packaging paper/packaging film on the paper supporting roller 42 is stopped.
The food material blocks are transmitted to the lower part of the material detection photoelectric 63 through the electric guide rail 53, the food material blocks are sensed by the material detection photoelectric 63 and the feeding motor 54 is controlled to work, the feeding motor 54 drives the feeding push plate 56 to move, the feeding push plate 56 moves on the travel path of the feeding push plate 56, and the food material blocks are continuously pushed to the lower part of the feeding channel 69 through the reciprocating motion of the feeding push plate 56.
The cut packaging paper/packaging film is conveyed to the lower part of the feeding channel 69 and covers the top surface of the food block, the liftout cam 10 drives the liftout rod 13 to move upwards, so as to drive the food block and the packaging paper/packaging film to move upwards, during the upward movement of the food block and the packaging paper/packaging film, the two sides of the packaging paper/packaging film are abutted against the side folding guide plates 64, so that the two sides of the packaging paper/packaging film swing downwards and fold towards the two sides of the food block, the food block moves upwards under the drive of the liftout rod 13, the two ends of the packaging paper/packaging film are abutted against the bottom ends of the double-end folding guide plates 65, so that the two ends of the food block fold, and then the four corners of the packaging paper/packaging film form side folding angles, the food block continues to move upwards, four side folding angles of the wrapping paper/wrapping film enter the first side folding groove 76 and the second side folding groove 77, the side folding angle in the second side folding groove 77 folds toward the wrapping paper/wrapping film at the end face of the food block, after the folding action of the side folding angle in the second side folding groove 77 toward the end face of the food block occurs, the side folding angle in the first side folding groove 76 folds toward the end face of the food block so as to cover the outer sides of the side folding angle in the second side folding groove 77, the two side folding angles at the two ends of the food block are mutually overlapped on the two ends of the food block under the action of the first transition groove 78, during the upward movement of the food block, the pressing cam 11 drives the pressing rod guide rod 12 to move downward so as to drive the pressing rod 74 to move downward to press the wrapping paper/wrapping film on the surface of the food block, and moves upwards along with the food block when the food block moves up and down, so that the packaging paper/packaging film can not deviate when entering the folding process, and the stability of the packaging paper/packaging film in the folding process is improved.

After the food material blocks are wrapped, the food material blocks are continuously conveyed in the discharging guide plate 8, the wrapping paper/wrapping film is better attached to the food material blocks through heating of the heating ironing plate 7, the pressing plate cam 18 drives the sliding rod 90 to reciprocate up and down, the pressing plate 93 is driven to reciprocate up and down to squeeze the food material blocks, the wrapping paper/wrapping film is further attached to the food material blocks, and the wrapping firmness of the wrapping paper/wrapping film to the food material blocks is improved; pulling the unlocking rod 95 makes the unlocking rod 95 slide in the sliding groove 97, so that the unlocking rod 95 is pulled out of the buckle, and then the clamping handle 102 and the unlocking rod 95 are pulled to enable the pressing plate seat 92 to swing by taking one end of the pressing plate seat 92 as a swing center, so that the pressing plate 93 is turned out of the discharging guide plate 8, and the pressing plate 93 can be turned out for inspection when special conditions occur in the discharging guide plate 8.
