Referring to fig. 1 and 4 together, a method for laser welding the transparent balloon provided by the present application will now be described. The application provides a laser welding method of a transparent balloon, which is used for welding an encapsulation film 10 at a notch 201 of a transparent balloon 20 to cover the notch. The transparent balloon 20 of the application comprises a balloon body 21 with a hollow structure inside and a catheter 22 communicated with the inside of the balloon body 21, and a notch 201 is formed in the welding side 211 of the balloon body. Here, the side of the balloon body 21 where the notch 201 is formed is defined as a "welding side 211", and the other side of the balloon body 21 opposite to the welding side 211 in the bonding direction is defined as a "non-welding side 212". The "pressing direction" refers to a direction in which the balloon body 21 is pressed by the pressing jig during welding, and is the "Z" axis direction shown in fig. 1. The "X-axis direction" shown in fig. 1 refers to the longitudinal direction of the balloon body, and the "Y-axis direction" shown in fig. 1 refers to the width direction of the balloon body.
Referring to fig. 1, the laser welding method for the transparent balloon provided by the present application includes steps S100, S200, and S300.
S100, pressing the packaging film at the notch of the balloon body by using a pressing jig to seal the notch, wherein the width of the light blocking sheet is smaller than that of the pressed catheter.
In step S100, the balloon body 21 may be circular, elliptical, or square, and the catheter may be circular, elliptical, or square. Because sacculus body 21 can take place deformation after the pressfitting, wholly be the platykurtic, sacculus body 21 has certain tensile in width direction, and then makes the width of pipe 22 after the pressfitting be greater than the width before the pressfitting. The width W1 of the light blocking sheet 30 is set to be smaller than the width W2 of the catheter 22 after being pressed, so as to ensure that the light blocking sheet 30 can smoothly extend into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22 in the subsequent process. Specifically, the pressing jig can be made of glass.
Step S100 "pressing the encapsulation film at the notch of the balloon body with the pressing jig to cover the notch" may specifically include the steps of:
and S110, placing the packaging film on the welding side of the balloon body to seal the notch.
S120, pressing the packaging film and the balloon body by the pressing jig.
As shown in fig. 5, the packaging film 10 is firstly placed on the welding side 211 of the balloon body 21 to cover the gap 201, and then the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 21 are pressed by the pressing jig, so that the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 21 can be pressed, and the subsequent laser welding operation is facilitated.
S200, placing the light blocking sheet into the balloon body through the catheter, and enabling the light blocking sheet to be opposite to the packaging film, wherein the size of the light blocking sheet is larger than that of the packaging film so as to completely cover the packaging film.
In step S200, since the balloon body 21 is deformed into a flat shape under the pressing of the pressing jig, the distance between the welding side 211 and the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21 is smaller, in order to avoid soldering the solder side 211 of the capsule body 21 to the encapsulation film 10, meanwhile, the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21 is also welded together, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the light-blocking sheet 30 is placed inside the balloon body 21 through the catheter 22, and the light-blocking sheet 30 is opposite to the packaging film 10, the welding side 211 and the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21 can be isolated from each other, which can act as a laser shielding, when the laser passes through the welding side 211 of the balloon body 21 to reach the light blocking sheet 30, the laser energy is absorbed or reflected by the light blocking sheet 30, so that the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21 is prevented from being welded together due to the fact that the laser irradiates the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21.
Since the laser irradiation position is mainly located on the periphery of the packaging film 10, and the size of the light blocking sheet 30 is set to be larger than that of the packaging film 10, the light blocking sheet 30 can completely cover the position of the packaging film 10, and it can be ensured that no laser penetrates through the light blocking sheet 30 and irradiates the non-welding side 212 of the balloon body 21.
S300, utilizing laser to penetrate through the packaging film and focus on a contact welding surface between the packaging film and the balloon body, so as to weld the packaging film and the welding side of the balloon body into a whole.
In step S300, the laser penetrates through the packaging film 10 and focuses on the contact welding surface between the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 211, so that the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 21 begin to melt after absorbing the laser energy at the contact welding surface, and the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 21 are welded together, so that the packaging film 10 covers the notch 201 of the balloon body 21.
The application provides a laser welding method of a transparent balloon, which utilizes a pressing fixture to press a packaging film at a gap of a balloon body to seal the gap, wherein the width of a light-blocking sheet is smaller than that of a pressed catheter, then the light-blocking sheet is placed in the balloon body through the catheter and is opposite to the packaging film, the size of the light-blocking sheet is larger than that of the packaging film to completely cover the packaging film, finally laser penetrates through the packaging film and is focused on a contact welding surface between the packaging film and the balloon body to weld the packaging film and the welding side of the balloon body into a whole, due to the arrangement of the light-blocking sheet, the welding side and the non-welding side of the balloon body can be separated to play a role of blocking the laser, when the laser penetrates through the welding side of the balloon body to reach the light-blocking sheet, the laser energy is absorbed or reflected to avoid the laser irradiating the non-welding side of the balloon body to cause the non-welding side of the balloon body to be welded together, thereby effectively improving the yield of the product.
Referring to fig. 3, the step S200 of placing the light blocking sheet into the balloon body through the catheter and facing the encapsulation film, wherein the size of the light blocking sheet is larger than that of the encapsulation film to completely cover the encapsulation film, specifically includes steps S210, S220, and S230.
S210, placing a plurality of light blocking sheets into the balloon body from the catheter.
S220, splicing the multiple light blocking sheets together along the width direction of the balloon body, wherein the width of a single light blocking sheet is smaller than that of the catheter after pressing, the length of the single light blocking sheet is larger than or equal to that of the packaging film, and the overall width of the spliced multiple light blocking sheets is larger than that of the packaging film.
And S230, adjusting the position of each light blocking sheet, so that the spliced light blocking sheets completely cover the packaging film.
Because the notch 201 of the balloon body 21 is generally large, the size of the catheter 22 is small, and in order to achieve that the light blocking sheet 30 placed in the small-caliber catheter 22 can completely cover the packaging film 10, the width W1 of the single light blocking sheet 30 adopted in the present application is smaller than the width W2 of the catheter 22 after being pressed, and the length L1 of the single light blocking sheet 30 is greater than or equal to the length L3 of the packaging film 10, after the light blocking sheet 30 is placed in the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22, the light blocking sheets 30 are spliced together along the width direction of the balloon body 21, so that the whole width W4 of the spliced light blocking sheets 30 is greater than or equal to the width W3 of the packaging film 10, thereby achieving the light blocking effect, and being simple and convenient to operate.
It should be noted that the widths of the light blocking sheets 30 may be the same or different, and may be set according to actual needs, for example, in one embodiment, the widths of the light blocking sheets 30 may be the same, and in another embodiment, the widths of the light blocking sheets 30 may also be different. However, the width W1 of the single light blocking sheet 30 is ensured to be smaller than the width W2 of the pressed catheter 22, so that the light blocking sheet 30 can smoothly extend into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22, and meanwhile, the total width W4 of the spliced light blocking sheet 30 is ensured to be larger than or equal to the width W3 of the packaging film 10, so that the laser can be completely shielded.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in one embodiment of the present application, the catheters 22 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the balloon body 21 along the length direction, and the step S210 of placing the light-blocking sheets into the balloon body from the catheters specifically includes placing the light-blocking sheets into the balloon body from the catheters on two sides respectively.
Wherein, the light blocking sheets 30 are respectively arranged from the two sides of the balloon body 21, so that the portability of the operation is further improved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in one embodiment of the present application, the width W1 of a single light-blocking sheet 30 may be smaller than the width W2 of the catheter 22 after being pressed, the length L1 of the single light-blocking sheet 30 may be greater than or equal to the length L3 of the packaging film 10, and the overall width W4 of two light-blocking sheets 30 spliced together along the width direction of the balloon body 21 is greater than or equal to the width W3 of the packaging film 10. Step S200 "placing the light blocking sheet into the balloon body through the catheter, and facing the light blocking sheet to the encapsulation film, wherein the size of the light blocking sheet is larger than that of the encapsulation film to completely cover the encapsulation film" may specifically include steps S240, S250, S260, and S270.
S240, placing one of the light blocking sheets into the balloon body from the catheter on one side of the balloon body.
And S250, placing the other light blocking sheet into the balloon body from the catheter on the other side of the balloon body.
And S260, splicing the two light blocking sheets together along the width direction of the balloon body.
S270, adjusting the positions of the two light blocking sheets, so that the spliced two light blocking sheets completely cover the packaging film.
The two light blocking sheets 30 are spliced, one light blocking sheet 30 is placed into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22 on one side of the balloon body 21, and the other light blocking sheet 30 is placed into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22 on the other side of the balloon body 21, so that the operation portability can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the light blocking sheet 30 may have a handle 31, and the handle 31 extends along a length direction of the light blocking sheet 30. The light blocking sheet 30 is placed in the balloon body 21 through the catheter 22 by the handle 31. By adding the handle 31, the light blocking sheet 30 can be conveniently placed inside the balloon body 21 and the position of the light blocking sheet 30 can be moved, so that the light blocking sheet 30 can completely block the position of the packaging film 10.
Referring to fig. 2, step S300 "uses laser to penetrate the packaging film and focus on the contact welding surface between the packaging film and the balloon body to weld the packaging film and the welding side of the balloon body into a whole" and then includes steps S400 and S500.
S400, withdrawing the pressing jig from the balloon body.
And S500, taking out the light blocking sheet from the balloon body through a catheter.
After welding, the pressing fixture can be removed, and the light-blocking sheet 30 is taken out from the balloon body 21 through the catheter 22. It should be noted that, after the pressing fixture is removed, the balloon body 21 can slowly recover the original shape, and only the light blocking sheet 30 needs to be taken out of the catheter 22 within a preset time, so that the situation that the light blocking sheet 30 cannot be taken out after the catheter 22 recovers the shape is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present application, the light-blocking sheet 30 may be a metal sheet, such as stainless steel, which can achieve effective light-blocking effect and avoid affecting the balloon.
It should be noted that the size of the packaging film 10 needs to be larger than the size of the notch, so that the packaging film 10 can completely cover the notch 201. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present application, the packaging film 10 may be configured to be slightly larger than the size of the notch 201. The sealing film 10 may be made of transparent plastic.

wherein, the radius of the catheter 22 on both sides of the balloon body 21 is 0.7mm before pressing, and the width W2 of the catheter 22 is 2mm after pressing. The notch 201 of the balloon body 21 has a length of 6mm and a width of 3 mm. The length L1 of the single light blocking sheet 30 is 7mm, the width W1 is 1.8mm, the light blocking sheet 30 can be inserted into the guide tube 22, and the width W4 of the spliced light blocking sheet 30 is 3.6mm which is larger than the width of the encapsulation film 10, so that the encapsulation film 10 can be completely covered.
First, the sealing film 10 is placed on the welding side 211 of the balloon body 21 to cover the notch 201.
Then, the packaging film 10 and the balloon body 21 are pressed by using a pressing jig, so that the balloon body 21 is deformed to change the width of the catheter 22 to 2 mm.
Then, one of the light-blocking sheets 30 is placed into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22 on one side of the balloon body 21, the other light-blocking sheet 30 is placed into the balloon body 21 from the catheter 22 on the other side of the balloon body 21, and the two light-blocking sheets 30 are spliced together along the width direction of the balloon body 21.
Finally, the positions of the two light blocking sheets 30 are adjusted by the handle 31, so that the light blocking sheets 30 can completely cover the packaging film 10 after being spliced.
