Claims (5)

1. An intelligent cleaning and disinfecting device for endocrine medical instruments is characterized by comprising a machine body, a receiving module, a cleaning module, a disinfecting module and a storage module, wherein the receiving module is respectively arranged in the machine body and used for sequentially receiving the medical instruments, the cleaning module is used for preliminarily flushing and cleaning the medical instruments received by the receiving module, the disinfecting module is used for disinfecting the medical instruments cleaned by the cleaning module, the storage module is used for recovering and storing the medical instruments cleaned by the disinfecting module,
wherein, the receiving module comprises a receiving cavity arranged in the body, a receiving window of an opening structure which leads part of the side cavity area of the receiving cavity to be communicated with the outside of the body, a closing mechanism which is movably matched with the receiving bin to control the communication condition of the receiving window and the outside of the body, and a clamping mechanism which is matched and arranged on the closing mechanism to fix the medical apparatus entering the receiving cavity from the receiving window,
specifically, the opening and closing mechanism comprises guide rails which are respectively arranged on the opening edges of two sides of the receiving cavity, an inner baffle which is slidably matched with the receiving window through the guide rails, an outer baffle which is connected with one end surface of the moving box which is positioned outside the machine body and can cover an opening area which is shielded by the corresponding receiving window, a clamping groove which is arranged on the outer wall of the machine body and is used for clamping and matching the edge of the outer baffle, and a limiting slide which is arranged inside the moving box and used for adjusting the position of the medical instrument received from the outside of the machine body, wherein the inner baffle is connected with one end surface of the moving box which is positioned in the receiving cavity so as to prevent the moving box from falling off the receiving cavity, and the clamping mechanism is matched, connected and matched with the bottom of the limiting slide way so as to receive and fix the medical apparatus entering the receiving cavity from each limiting slide way.

The cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 2, wherein the disinfecting module comprises a disinfecting chamber disposed in the machine body and working independently of the receiving chamber, a transferring mechanism for transferring the medical instruments cleaned in the receiving chamber into the disinfecting chamber, an ozone generating device for inputting ozone into the disinfecting chamber, a filter screen transversely disposed in the disinfecting chamber for receiving the medical instruments fitted on the clamping mechanism, a fixing plate fixedly connected to one end of the filter screen, a fixing frame surrounding and connected to a part of the inner chamber wall of the disinfecting chamber for fixedly supporting the bottom of the area near the outer edge of the filter screen, a hot air blower for drying the disinfecting chamber by hot air, and an exhaust fan for exhausting the air flow in the disinfecting chamber to the outside of the machine body.

The cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 3, wherein the transfer mechanism comprises a through channel for communicating the receiving chamber with the disinfecting chamber, a linear sliding table fixed across the top area of the receiving chamber, the through channel and the disinfecting chamber, a slider driven by the linear sliding table for linear reciprocating motion, a telescopic driving rod arranged at the top of the slider in a connecting way and extending towards the lower part of the linear sliding table at the telescopic end of the bottom of the slider, a movable plate horizontally fixed on the telescopic end of the telescopic driving rod, electromagnetic coils uniformly embedded in the movable plate, and a controller for controlling the communication condition of the electromagnetic coils and a power supply.

The cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 4, wherein the storage module comprises a storage chamber which is operated independently of the disinfecting chamber and the receiving chamber, a connecting passage which is arranged to connect the disinfecting chamber and the storage chamber, and a transfer mechanism which is used for transferring the disinfected medical instrument in the disinfecting chamber from the disinfecting chamber to the storage chamber by controlling the connection between the connecting passage and the disinfecting chamber, wherein the connecting passage is arranged opposite to one side edge of the filter screen, and the filter screen is arranged to be capable of being slidably fitted in the connecting passage.
