the treatment component (2) comprises a flushing spray head (21) connected with the flushing component (3), a medicine spraying spray head (22) connected with the medicine spraying component (4) and an oxygen blowing pipe (23) connected with the oxygen treatment component;
the driving mechanism (5) is arranged in the diagnosis and treatment cavity (11) and connected with the shell (1) for driving the treatment assembly (2) to move;
an infrared imager (6) which is arranged in the diagnosis and treatment cavity (11) and is used for infrared imaging of the buttocks of the child patient;
an information processor (7) for processing the infrared images of the buttocks of the child to determine the positions of the buttocks;
and the controller (8) is used for controlling the driving mechanism (5) to drive the treatment assembly (2) to move according to the red hip position so as to treat the red hip position.
2. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the driving mechanism (5) is used for driving the treatment assembly (2) to move in two directions which are perpendicular to each other on the horizontal plane.

The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 2 wherein: the driving mechanism (5) comprises a first linear motor (51) and a second linear motor (52) with guide rails perpendicular to each other, the treatment assembly (2) is connected to the mover of the first linear motor (51), and the guide rails of the first linear motor (51) are connected to the mover of the second linear motor (52).
4. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the flushing assembly (3) comprises a constant-temperature water tank (31), and the flushing nozzle (21) is connected with the constant-temperature water tank (31) through a water pipe.
5. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the medicine spraying assembly (4) comprises a medicine liquid tank (41), the medicine spraying nozzle (22) is communicated with the medicine liquid tank (41) through a liquid conveying pipe, and a pressure pump is arranged on the liquid conveying pipe.
6. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the shell (1) is provided with a notch (13) for placing legs of an infant.
7. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 6 wherein: the notch (13) is provided with a bandage (16) for fixing the legs of the infant, so that the legs of the infant are in a state of separating when the legs of the infant are fixed.
8. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the shell (1) is made of transparent materials.
9. The infant red buttocks treatment device of claim 1 wherein: the edge of the treatment opening (12) is provided with a protection pad.
