The waste gas generated in the stirring process is treated, the fan 14 is turned on, air enters the stirring box 9 from the air inlet 11 through the air inlet pipe 13, the waste gas is blown out from the stirring box, passes through the air guide pipe 17 from the waste gas outlet 12 and then blows into the filter box 20 through the waste gas inlet 21, then the water pump 25 of the water box 24 enables water to pass through the second water outlet 27 and enter the outer connecting pipe 30 through the second water pipe 28 and then enter the atomizing nozzle 19, the bottom of the stirring shaft 5 is connected with the connecting pipe 18, the connecting pipe 18 is connected with the atomizing nozzle 19, the atomizing nozzle 19 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the stirring shaft 5, so that the water is fully contacted with the waste gas, then impurities are filtered through the filter screen 31, when the filter screen 31 needs to be replaced, one end of the first spring 52 is extruded, the supporting plate 50 moves towards the fixed groove 49, the fixed block 51 slides on the sliding groove 53, the other end of the filter screen 31 is popped out of the fixed groove 49 under the action of the first spring 52, the filter screen 31 can be detached, and after a new filter screen 31 is replaced, the filter screen 31 is placed in the fixing groove 49 in alignment, the first spring 52 is pressed, so that the other end of the filter screen 31 is clamped in the fixing groove 49, and the filter screen 31 is completely installed. The purified exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust port 32, and the water for purifying the exhaust gas is filtered and discharged through the water discharge port 33.
