the sensing end is connected to the detection end and respectively located on two handles of the arm strength rod, the sensing end comprises a sensing assembly, the sensing assembly comprises a plurality of first sensing units and a plurality of second sensing units, the first sensing units are located on the side faces of the handles of the arm strength rod, the side faces of the handles are close to the spring, the first sensing units are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the side faces of the handles of the arm strength rod, the second sensing units are located on the side faces of the handles of the arm strength rod, the side faces of the handles are far away from the spring, and the second sensing units are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the side faces of the handles of the arm strength rod; the first induction units and the second induction units on the two handles of the arm power bar can mutually induce and generate a first induction signal and a second induction signal;
the counting end is respectively connected with the detection end and the induction end; the counting end includes counting module and display screen, counting module disposes initial value and counting strategy, when user's both hands held two handles of arm power stick, the sense terminal generates pressure transmission signal and sends to the counting end, when two handles of bending to arm power stick of arm power stick are close to each other, and when mutual induction generated the second sensing signal between the second sensing unit on the first sensing unit on two handles between the mutual induction generated first sensing signal, two handles, the counting strategy is automatic to add on the initial value and generates the count value to send the count value to the display screen.
