Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition and traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cold-dampness pain and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cold-dampness pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Because of climate, lifestyle and other reasons, more and more people suffer pain on joints and bones, such as cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbago and scelalgia and the like, the diseases seriously affect the life quality, activity capacity, working capacity and the like of people, and the treatment period is long, so that huge economic burden can be brought. In modern medicine, the diseases are often treated by means of surgery, physiotherapy and the like, but after the treatment is finished, the diseases are easy to relapse after a period of time, and cannot be radically treated.
In traditional Chinese medicine, six pathogenic factors are often considered to cause diseases, and the six pathogenic factors are commonly called wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire. Six pathogenic factors can act on the body alone to cause diseases, or two or more pathogenic factors can attack the body simultaneously to cause diseases. In painful diseases, cold, dampness and blood stasis are the main causative factors. Pathogenic characteristics of cold: cold is a pathogenic yin and is liable to damage yang qi; cold stagnation; cold nature is induced. Pathogenic characteristics of dampness: dampness is a yin evil, which is easy to block qi movement and damage yang qi; wet heavy turbidity; wet sticky; the dampness tends to attack yin-qi. Therefore, in six pathogenic factors, cold-dampness is liable to cause painful diseases in the human body. The cold evil in human body can firstly invade the muscular exterior to cause the closing of the striae and sweat pores, and the symptoms of fever, aversion to cold, no sweat and the like, and secondly, the cold evil invades the channels and collaterals to cause the symptoms of contracture and urgency of tendons and collaterals, obstruction of qi and blood, contracture and pain of joints, difficulty in flexing and stretching and the like. Cold is a yin evil, which is liable to hurt yang qi and attack by cold, which is liable to slow the circulation of qi, blood and body fluids of human body, congeal and block, causing pain arthralgia. Therefore, in daily life, more and more people are bothered by arthralgia and myalgia, and most of people are caused by cold entering the body. Besides cold entering the body, damp pathogen is also the cause of joint and bone pain, and is also yin pathogen, which is easy to block qi movement and damage yang qi, and stagnation of damp pathogen is easy to cause heavy feeling, and the head is heavy while the limbs are heavy. Stasis may also cause pain, the exclusion of which is not studied here.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine of China is excavated, and the research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating various diseases caused by cold and damp evil become necessary and urgent.
