Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cold-dampness pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Because of climate, lifestyle and other reasons, more and more people suffer pain on joints and bones, such as cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbago and scelalgia and the like, the diseases seriously affect the life quality, activity capacity, working capacity and the like of people, and the treatment period is long, so that huge economic burden can be brought. In modern medicine, the diseases are often treated by means of surgery, physiotherapy and the like, but after the treatment is finished, the diseases are easy to relapse after a period of time, and cannot be radically treated.
In traditional Chinese medicine, six pathogenic factors are often considered to cause diseases, and the six pathogenic factors are commonly called wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire. Six pathogenic factors can act on the body alone to cause diseases, or two or more pathogenic factors can attack the body simultaneously to cause diseases. In painful diseases, cold, dampness and blood stasis are the main causative factors. Pathogenic characteristics of cold: cold is a pathogenic yin and is liable to damage yang qi; cold stagnation; cold nature is induced. Pathogenic characteristics of dampness: dampness is a yin evil, which is easy to block qi movement and damage yang qi; wet heavy turbidity; wet sticky; the dampness tends to attack yin-qi. Therefore, in six pathogenic factors, cold-dampness is liable to cause painful diseases in the human body. The cold evil in human body can firstly invade the muscular exterior to cause the closing of the striae and sweat pores, and the symptoms of fever, aversion to cold, no sweat and the like, and secondly, the cold evil invades the channels and collaterals to cause the symptoms of contracture and urgency of tendons and collaterals, obstruction of qi and blood, contracture and pain of joints, difficulty in flexing and stretching and the like. Cold is a yin evil, which is liable to hurt yang qi and attack by cold, which is liable to slow the circulation of qi, blood and body fluids of human body, congeal and block, causing pain arthralgia. Therefore, in daily life, more and more people are bothered by arthralgia and myalgia, and most of people are caused by cold entering the body. Besides cold entering the body, damp pathogen is also the cause of joint and bone pain, and is also yin pathogen, which is easy to block qi movement and damage yang qi, and stagnation of damp pathogen is easy to cause heavy feeling, and the head is heavy while the limbs are heavy. Stasis may also cause pain, the exclusion of which is not studied here.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine of China is excavated, and the research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating various diseases caused by cold and damp evil become necessary and urgent.

The cold-dampness pain symptoms mentioned in the application mainly comprise at least one of cervical spondylosis, cold-dampness scapulohumeral periarthritis, cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation, degenerative knee arthritis, cold-dampness lumbago and backache, eczema and infertility caused by cold uterus.
The application also provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cold-dampness pain, which is prepared from the raw materials comprising the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cold-dampness pain.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the Chinese medicinal preparation comprises one or more of decoction, pill, tablet, granule, and paste.
The application also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cold-dampness pain, which comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, extracting to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, when the Chinese medicinal preparation is decoction, the extracting includes: adding water into the raw materials, soaking, decocting twice, and mixing decoctions.
Preferably, the soaking time is from 10min to 20min, with typical but non-limiting preferred embodiments being 10min, 12min, 15min, 18min or 20min. The time for each decoction is 15min to 20min, typical but non-limiting preferred embodiments are 15min, 16min, 17min, 18min, 19min or 20min. More preferably, the time of each decoction is 15min.

In the treatment process, the inventor finds that the treatment effect of the prescription of the example 3 is better than that of the prescription of the example 1, the body function of the patient is changed actively soon after the administration of the prescription, the treatment effect of the prescription of the example 2 is slightly poorer than that of the other two prescriptions, and the recovery condition of the body function of the patient is slower after the administration of the prescription of the patient, which mainly means that the dosage of all the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in the prescription of the example 2 is less, and the treatment effect is correspondingly weaker. The prescription of the embodiment 3 has strong damp-dispelling effect, enhances the effect of strengthening the body resistance by tonifying the kidney and has obvious curative effect.
In addition, a few patients with severe cold dampness can loose stool, increase defecation times and qi loss (flatus) after taking the medicine, and the medicine belongs to normal reaction and can be taken in a reduced amount. When the cold and dampness in the body are removed, the stool gradually returns to normal.
The effect of the formulation of the present application on the treatment of cold-dampness pain is further described below in connection with specific cases, and the formulation of the present application may be referred to as: a formula for eliminating dampness, strengthening kidney and refreshing body.
1. Cold dampness type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc
1.1 case sources: the number of patients in the clinic is 240, 125 and 115; age 23-65 years old; disease type: the single-side disc herniation type 188 cases and the double-side disc herniation type 52 cases are subjected to statistical analysis, and the difference has no statistical significance.
1.2 inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnosis basis of lumbar disc herniation in the traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis curative effect standard: in the past, chronic strain exists, and is once suffered from wind cold, rheumatism and the like; symptoms such as chronic lumbago and the like exist before the onset of the disease; the pain is changed from waist to buttocks and lower limbs, and is enhanced after movement, and is confirmed by clinical examination; (2) normal consciousness and voluntary participation in the study.

1.4 curative effect judgment index: (1) After treatment, the waist and leg diseases of the patient completely disappear, and the lower limbs are straightened and raised by more than 70 degrees to be cured; after treatment, the waist and leg diseases of the patient are basically improved, and the lower limbs are straightened and raised by more than 70 degrees; after treatment, the patients had no improvement in the symptoms of waist and leg and even had exacerbations.
1.5 treatment procedure: the medicine treatment is carried out on patients for 1 to 12 weeks by using the prescription for eliminating dampness, strengthening the kidney and refreshing the body; meanwhile, the patient can massage the spine and adjust the spine by combining the whole spine massage and the pulse-invigorating and bone-setting manipulation during the medicine taking period. Most patients take the medicine for 2-4 weeks, and cure and stop the medicine, part of the patients need 4-6 weeks, and a few patients need 11-12 weeks of traditional Chinese medicine to remove cold dampness. No significant adverse reactions were found during the dosing period.
