Put into central venous catheter's arm fixing device through periphery vein, its characterized in that: the device comprises an installation control platform and an arm restraint fixer, wherein the installation control platform comprises a control rack (1), a fixer operating mechanism and a fixer mounting plate (2), the control rack (1) is used for being installed on a tube placing bed (29), the fixer operating mechanism is installed in the control rack (1), the fixer mounting plate (2) is installed at the output end of the fixer operating mechanism, the arm restraint fixer is installed on the fixer mounting plate (2), and the fixer operating mechanism is used for driving the arm restraint fixer to move outwards from the bottom of the tube placing bed (29) to the side of the bed or reversely move to the bottom of the bed from the side of the bed; the arm restraint fixator comprises a U-shaped mounting frame (3), an upper arm support (4), an upper arm fixing plate (5), an upper arm restraint belt (6), a forearm support (7), a forearm fixing plate (8) and a forearm restraint belt (9), wherein the bottom of the U-shaped mounting frame (3) is fixedly mounted on the fixator mounting plate (2), the rear end of the upper arm support (4) is mounted at the upper end of a rear fork arm of the U-shaped mounting frame (3) through a first bolt shaft (10) capable of being adjusted in an elastic mode, the front end of the upper arm support (4) is mounted at the upper end of a front fork arm of the U-shaped mounting frame (3) through a second bolt shaft (11) capable of being adjusted in an elastic mode, and the upper arm support (4) can be adjusted in a rotating mode around the first bolt shaft (10) and the second bolt shaft (11); the upper arm fixing plate (5) is installed on the upper arm support (4), an upper arm restraint belt (6) is installed on the side edge of the upper arm fixing plate (5), the rear end of the forearm support (7) is hinged with the front end of the upper arm support (4) through a belt locking hinge assembly, and the forearm support (7) and the upper arm support (4) can be adjusted in a relative rotation mode; the forearm fixing plate (8) is arranged on the forearm bracket (7), and the side edge of the forearm fixing plate (8) is provided with a forearm restraint strap (9).

An arm fixation device for placement via a peripheral vein into a central venous catheter as in claim 1, wherein: the upper arm support (4) comprises a first rear fixing piece (4.1), a first front fixing piece (4.2) and two first slide bars (4.3), the two first slide bars (4.3) are arranged in parallel, the first rear fixing piece (4.1) is fixedly installed at the rear ends of the two first slide bars (4.3), the first front fixing piece (4.2) is fixedly installed at the front ends of the two first slide bars (4.3), two first slide cylinders (5a) are arranged at the bottom of the upper arm fixing plate (5), the two first slide cylinders (5a) are respectively installed on the two first slide bars (4.3) in a sliding mode, and a first locking hand wheel (4.4) used for locking the first slide bars (4.3) is installed on each first slide cylinder (5 a); the front arm support (7) comprises a second rear fixing piece (7.1), a second front fixing piece (7.2) and two second sliding rods (7.3), the two second sliding rods (7.3) are arranged in parallel side by side, the second rear fixing piece (7.1) is fixedly installed at the rear ends of the two second sliding rods (7.3), the second front fixing piece (7.2) is fixedly installed at the front ends of the two second sliding rods (7.3), two second sliding barrels (8a) are arranged at the bottom of the front arm fixing plate (8), the two second sliding barrels (8a) are respectively slidably installed on the two second sliding rods (7.3), and a second locking hand wheel (7.4) used for tightly fixing the second sliding rods (7.3) is installed on each second sliding barrel (8 a); the hinge assembly with lock is mounted on the first front fixing plate (4.2) and the second rear fixing plate (7.1).

An arm fixation device for placement via a peripheral vein into a central venous catheter as in claim 2, wherein: the arm restraint fixer also comprises a hand fixing plate (16), a hand restraint belt (17), a double-cylinder sliding seat (18), a fourth locking hand wheel (19) and a fifth locking hand wheel (20), the double-cylinder sliding seats (18) are slidably arranged at the front parts of the two second sliding rods (7.3), two fourth locking hand wheels (19) used for tightly fixing the second sliding rods (7.3) are arranged on the double-cylinder sliding seats (18), ball socket seats (18a) are arranged on the upper surfaces of the double-cylinder sliding seats (18), the lower surface of the hand fixing plate (16) is provided with a ball head (16a), the ball head (16a) is arranged in a ball socket seat (18a), a fifth locking hand wheel (20) used for tightly fixing the ball head (16a) is arranged at the bottom of the double-cylinder sliding seat (18) corresponding to the ball socket seat (18a), a hand restraint strap (17) is arranged on the side edge of the hand fixing plate (16).
