Under the condition that the winder does not have motor braking, the two first folding organ sunshade curtains 5a and/or the shorter second folding organ sunshade curtain 5b automatically fall under the action of self gravity to release the covering of the cigarette frame, and the second folding organ sunshade curtain 5b slides downwards into the sunshade curtain storage box 6; the longer second folded organ sunshade curtain 5b is firstly horizontally and reversely recycled under the driving of a synchronous belt and a draw hook thereof, when a steel edge strip 5c of the folded organ sunshade curtain reaches the position of a star-shaped roller device, the folded organ sunshade curtain in the horizontal direction is completely opened, the steel edge strip is pushed by the back of the draw hook to enter a vertical plane and slide downwards into a sunshade curtain storage box 6 under the action of gravity; when the folding organ sunshade screen falls automatically, the transmission steel wire 7 is pulled downwards, the winder rewinds the transmission steel wire, and meanwhile, the transition rubber wheel 19 is driven to rotate, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy through the charging module 22, and the generated electric energy is sent into the power supply battery 21 to be stored, so that automatic charging is realized.
After the sun-shading curtain falls down, when no current is generated during reverse charging, the control module stops supplying power to the electromagnet, and the spring piece resets after no magnetic attraction, so that the winder is reconnected with the motor, and the winding function is realized.
The automatic sun-shading curtain realizes automatic pulling up and putting down of the sun-shading curtain through automatic temperature and humidity monitoring, realizes an automatic sun-shading function, ensures that the moisture of tobacco leaves stored in the tobacco frame cannot be dissipated too quickly, and can also effectively prevent the tobacco leaves from mildewing. The internet of things communication module is added into the intelligent tobacco frame, so that the temperature and humidity of tobacco leaves in the tobacco frame and the state of the sunshade can be transmitted to an upper system by using lower energy consumption, remote monitoring is realized, and manual intervention can be timely performed when a problem occurs.

the second steel wire traction assembly comprises a second lower fixed pulley (18 b) and a second upper fixed pulley (16 b) which are respectively arranged at the top and the lower part of the outer side surface of the channel steel at two sides, a winder (9) arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the lower cross beam, a driving device for driving the winder and arranged below the bottom plate, and a steel edge strip which spans the second lower fixed pulley (18 b) and is then drawn to the second upper fixed pulley (16 b), and two ends of the steel edge strip are respectively connected with the second folding organ sunshade curtain and a transmission steel wire (7) of the winder;
the winder is a winding wheel (9 b) with a central winding shaft (9 a), and a transmission gear (10) is arranged at the inner end of the central winding shaft; the driving device comprises a motor (11), a motor gear (12) which is sleeved at the front end of an output shaft of the motor and is opposite to the transmission gear, a transmission gear sleeve (13) sleeved outside the motor gear, and an electromagnet (14) arranged outside the transmission gear sleeve; the transmission gear sleeve (13) can move horizontally to connect the motor gear (12) with the transmission gear (10), one end of the transmission gear sleeve close to the winding wheel is sleeved with an outer frame, a reset spring piece (15) is installed on the outer frame, and the electromagnet (14) is electrically connected with a control module (20) arranged below the bottom plate;
a transmission synchronous belt (24) is arranged on the inner side of the beam at the top ends of the guardrails on the two sides, and overhanging drag hooks (24 a) are arranged on the surface of the synchronous belt at equal intervals;
the top of the channel steel at the two sides is provided with a star-shaped roller device (17) which is coaxial with the first upper fixed pulley (16 a) and is arranged at the inner side of the channel steel, and each vertex angle of the star-shaped roller device is provided with a roller (17 a);
the cigarette frame is provided with a pin type temperature and humidity detection device which can be inserted into the geometric center of the cigarette frame, the front side and the rear side of the cigarette frame are also respectively provided with the pin type temperature and humidity detection device, the temperature and humidity detection device is electrically connected with the control module (20), and the control module is connected with an upper system in a wireless mode.

A1. when the pin type temperature and humidity detection devices inserted into the geometric center position of the tobacco frame and the pin type temperature and humidity detection devices arranged on the front side and the rear side of the tobacco frame detect that the temperature and the humidity of the center position and/or the surface layer of tobacco leaves in the tobacco frame are too high and the humidity are reduced, temperature and humidity signals are transmitted to a control module (20), the control module compares the received temperature and humidity information with the temperature and humidity threshold values of the center position and the surface of the tobacco leaves preset by a system, and if the temperature and humidity variation of the tobacco leaves exceeds the threshold values, the foldable organ sunshade curtain is controlled to be lifted to shield the tobacco frame; the control module can control only two first folding organ sunshade curtains to lift, or only two second folding organ sunshade curtains to lift, or lift the two first folding organ sunshade curtains and the two second folding organ sunshade curtains simultaneously according to the central position of the tobacco leaves and the temperature and humidity conditions of the surface layer;
