Description

Double-frequency disposable conversion anti-counterfeit label and method based on liquid metal circuit
Technical Field

This disposable conversion antifalsification label adopts liquid metal to make antenna circuit, because the easy destructiveness of liquid metal antenna circuit, prevents that the label from being maliciously shifted the secondary and using. The flexible material is also easily destroyed when being torn by force due to the thin thickness.
The RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is an open type RFID uhf antenna circuit. The NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32 employs an embedded NFC high-frequency antenna circuit.

When the external magnetic field is removed, the protrusion 11 is inserted into the accommodating recess 31 again and abuts against the bottom of the accommodating recess 31, the protrusion 11 is attached to the bottom of the accommodating recess 31 without a gap, and the wire provided in the protrusion 11 is in contact with and connected to the NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the dual-frequency disposable conversion label is designed with a dual-core dual-frequency conversion structure and a single-core dual-frequency conversion structure, so as to realize disposable conversion of the dual-frequency disposable conversion label and enrich the use functions of the anti-counterfeit label.
The dual-core dual-frequency conversion structure is different from the single-core dual-frequency conversion structure in that the selection of the tag chip is different from the connection mode of the antenna circuit. The dual-core dual-frequency conversion structure requires that the RFID ultrahigh frequency chip 13 is an RFID tag chip compatible with ultrahigh frequency 860-960MHz, and the NFC high frequency chip 33 is an NFC tag chip compatible with high frequency 13.56 MHz; the one-chip dual-frequency conversion structure requires that the dual-frequency chip 14 is an RFID chip compatible with both the UHF 860-960MHz and the HF 13.56 MHz.
Fig. 3b and 3d are schematic diagrams illustrating connection between the RFID uhf chip 13 and the NFC hf chip 33 of the dual-core dual-frequency conversion structure and the RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 and the NFC hf antenna circuit 32, respectively.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating that the dual-frequency chip 14 under the one-core dual-frequency conversion structure is respectively connected with the RFID ultrahigh-frequency antenna circuit 12 and the NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32 through wires arranged in the protrusion 11.
The bottom of the first antenna layer 1 is coated with a secondary lyophilic metal coating at a position facing the RFID ultrahigh frequency antenna circuit 12, a strong lyophilic metal coating is coated in the circuit groove 311, and the parts of the non-joule magnetostrictive magnetic sheet 4, the air through hole 21 and the upper surface of the second antenna layer 3 except the circuit groove 311 are coated with a lyophobic metal coating.
The strong affinity liquid metal coating has strong adsorption force to the liquid metal. The lyophobic metal coating has substantially no adsorptive force on the liquid metal. The secondary lyophilic metal coating has weaker adsorption force on the liquid metal than the strong lyophilic metal coating, and is easily damaged.
As shown in fig. 3a and 3c, the RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is made of liquid metal, and is printed on the lower surface of the first antenna layer 1 by a sub-liquid metal coating, so that the stability is not high, and the RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is easily deformed and damaged by external force. The NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32 is also a liquid metal, and exists in the circuit groove 311 at the bottom of the accommodating groove 31 in the middle of the second antenna layer 6 by virtue of a strong-affinity liquid metal coating, and the circuit groove 311 is protected by an external flexible material in a normal state, so that the NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32 is relatively stable, and the circuit cannot be easily damaged by external stress.
The RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is printed on the lower surface of the first antenna layer 1 by a liquid metal circuit printer and connected to the RFID uhf chip 13.
As shown in fig. 5, the state of the dual-frequency one-time convertible tag is an initial normal state, two non-joule magnetostrictive magnetic sheets 4 are respectively embedded in the first antenna layer 1, the flexible material isolation layer 2 and two sides of the middle of the second antenna layer 4, the flexible materials of the outer contour entity part of the tag are tightly connected and can not be damaged, only the liquid metal on the RFID ultrahigh frequency antenna circuit 12 exists as an antenna circuit carrier, the circuit groove 311 is a hollow groove, and only the circuit form does not have an actual carrier. The protrusion 11 is closely fitted over the circuit recess 311. At this time, the tag is connected with the RFID ultrahigh frequency antenna circuit 12, and medium and long distance information identification can be realized.
As shown in fig. 6, the tag is switched by applying a strong magnetic field, and the state of the tag is switched at this time. Non-joule magnetostriction magnetic sheet 4 will expand rapidly under outside high magnetic field effect, because the constraint effect of label structure and flexible material's deformability, first antenna layer 1, flexible material isolation layer 2 will receive the effect of non-joule magnetostriction magnetic sheet 4 expanding force with second antenna layer 3 for air vent 21 height-increasing in flexible material isolation layer 2, and then make protruding 11 and circuit recess 311 end laminating state. Non-joule magnetostrictive magnetic sheet 4, air vent 21, second antenna layer 3 upper surface are coated with and are dredged liquid metal coating, and non-joule magnetostrictive magnetic sheet 4 is little because of air vent 21 constraint power, will mainly expand to protruding 11 directions, and then produce the contact with RFID hyperfrequency antenna circuit 12, promote unstable liquid metal substrate and continue the inflation, stop until touchhing protruding 11. At this time, the liquid metal on the RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is all pushed into the receiving groove 31 on the upper surface of the second antenna layer 3. In this state, the NFC high-frequency antenna circuit 32 is not yet formed because no antenna circuit structure has failed completely.
As shown in FIG. 7, the tag is now in the post-transition final state. After the conversion state is finished, the external strong magnetic field is removed, the non-joule magnetostrictive magnetic sheet 4 will contract again, the flexible material will restore to the initial state structure, and the protrusion 11 and the bottom of the accommodating groove 31 enter the attaching state again. The liquid metal material scattered in the accommodating groove 31 on the upper surface of the second antenna layer 6 is compacted into the circuit groove 311 by the protrusions 11, and at the moment, the high-frequency antenna is effective, so that the tag is represented as an NFC tag and has a near field communication identification function. The RFID uhf antenna circuit 12 is destroyed and no substantial circuit carrier is present and fails.
The process is an irreversible process, and once the ultrahigh frequency tag is converted into the high frequency tag, the ultrahigh frequency tag cannot be recovered. Meanwhile, in view of the structural characteristics of the RFID ultrahigh frequency antenna circuit 12 and the NFC high frequency antenna circuit 32, the dual-frequency one-time conversion anti-counterfeit tag has the following characteristics:
1. when the label is in an ultrahigh frequency state, medium and long distance identification can be realized, a label circuit is easy to damage, and the label circuit can be directly failed due to strong external force interference after secondary malicious transfer.
