Claims (10)

1. A developer layer thickness regulating apparatus for a printer developing unit, comprising:
thickness adjustment doctor blade (1), comprising: a connecting portion (2) and a bending portion (3), the bending portion (3) being a bending structure extending at a predetermined angle from a developing roller contact portion with the developing roller (4) toward a position away from the developing roller (4);
a sealing member (5) which is an elastic material adapted to the shape of the developing roller (4); the sealing element (5) comprises: an arc-shaped sealing connection part (6) which is concave towards the developing roller (4) and is connected with the developing roller (4), and a sealing extension part (7) which extends towards a direction away from the developing roller (4); the bending part (3) is connected with the sealing extension part (7) in an inserting way;
the sealing extension (7) of the sealing element (5) is fixedly connected with the shell fixing bracket (11);
a gap sealing gasket (10) arranged between the connecting part (2) and the sealing element (5), wherein the surfaces of the gap sealing gasket (10) are respectively tightly attached to the connecting part (2) and the sealing element (5);
the sealing element (5) comprises: a high-density sponge material at a side far away from the developing roller (4), and a felt material layer which is arranged on the high-density sponge material and is arranged corresponding to the developing roller (4); the high-density sponge material and the felt material layer are fixed together through a glue pressing device;
the gap sealing gasket (10) is made of elastic material, and the density of the gap sealing gasket (10) is smaller than the density value of the sealing element (5).
2. A developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developer unit according to claim 1, wherein the sealing extension (7) is provided with a mating fixing groove (8) mating with the bending portion (3).
3. A developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developer unit according to claim 2, wherein the plug-in fixing groove (8) has a depth value of at least 1/4 of the bending length of the bending portion (3).
4. A developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member (5) is provided at both end positions of the thickness regulating blade (1).

The developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thickness regulating blade (1) is provided in a rotation direction of the developing roller (4), and the developing roller (4) rotates toward a lower surface direction of the bent portion (3); the developing roller (4) applies a pressing force toward the arc-shaped sealing connection portion (6) so as to be tightly fitted toward the bent portion (3).
6. A developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member (5) is a sponge material; and/or the thickness adjusting scraping blade (1) is beryllium bronze, stainless steel or phosphor bronze.
7. A developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion (2) of the thickness regulating blade (1) is fixedly connected to the blade fixing bracket (9).
8. The developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to claim 7, wherein the bent angle of the connecting portion (2) and the bent portion (3) is an arc rounded angle in elastic contact with the developing roller (4).
9. A printer developer unit, comprising:
the developer layer thickness regulating device for a printer developing unit according to any one of claims 1 to 8; the method comprises the steps of,
a developing roller (4).
10. A printer, comprising: the printer developer unit of claim 9.
