本发明公开了微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,涉及清洁用品技术领域。包括包裹层,本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层内部填充有配方珠,所述配方珠为镁球、电气石陶瓷球、亚硫酸钙球和银离子球中任意一种或者多种的混合物,所述包裹层能够自由透水。本发明通过配方珠的设计,可有效去除水中余氯和重金属,同时在使用过程中,能够有效促使镁球表面氧化物脱落,使其能够在循环使用的过程中,性能不受影响,同时可增加水中负电位,提高清洁效果,其相对于传统的镁颗粒来说,由于镁球表面的氧化物会脱落,因此会使得镁球表面长期保持光亮,其使用的时间更加持久,且在使用的过程中其无需保持洗衣包长期干燥。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁用品技术领域,具体为微纳米氢气泡洗衣包。
背景技术
生活中,常见的洗衣添加物有洗衣粉、洗衣液、洗衣剂和香皂等,但是此类的洗衣添加物,都不能长久多次使用,需要进行反复购买,同时其对衣物具有一定的损害,还会对水体造成污染,清除衣物上的细菌和异味不够彻底,可能引起室内异味和霉菌,产生臭味,进而给室内晾晒带来各种烦恼,其长期使用后洗衣槽、排水管和下水管内易产生污垢和霉菌。
为了解决上述技术问题,市面上出现了镁颗粒洗衣包,但是在日常使用过程中,洗衣包中的镁颗粒极易在其表面形成氧化膜而使得镁颗粒失效,因此现提出一种微纳米氢气泡洗衣包以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,包括包裹层,本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层内部填充有配方珠,所述配方珠为镁球、电气石陶瓷球、亚硫酸钙球和银离子球中任意一种或者多种的混合物,所述包裹层能够自由透水。
本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层外部设置有便于悬挂的悬挂带。
本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层呈扁平的空心面包状结构或者空心球状结构。
本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层自内而外依次设置有纱网层、海绵层、第一网格层和第二网格层,所述纱网层、海绵层、第一网格层和第二网格层之间采用缝纫连接。
本技术方案中优选的,所述包裹层为塑料壳状结构,其外部均匀的设置有透水孔。
本技术方案中优选的,所述配方珠其各成分的重量份为85%的镁球、5%的电气石陶瓷球、5%的亚硫酸钙球和5%的银离子球。

如图1所示,本实施例提出一种微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其包括包裹层1,该包裹层1呈空心球状结构,包裹层1内部填充有配方珠2,该配方珠2由重量份为85%的镁球、5%的电气石陶瓷球、5%的亚硫酸钙球和5%的银离子球所组成,由图1可知,该包裹层1自内而外依次设置有纱网层101、海绵层102、第一网格层103和第二网格层104,为了便于纱网层101、海绵层102、第一网格层103和第二网格层104之间的连接,可以采用缝纫的工艺将纱网层101、海绵层102、第一网格层103和第二网格层104依次缝纫连接,在本实施例中纱网层101采用的是纱网,第一网格层103和第二网格层104均采用的是纺织网,而海绵层102采用的是海绵,由于呈纱网、纺织网和海绵均能够透水,因此由其所组成的包裹层1也能够透水。
在本实施例中需要注意的是,为了便于该产品的日常使用,所选用的纱网其孔径需要远小于配方珠2的直径,所选用的纺织网的孔径可以为配方珠2直径的1/2至1/3。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本实施例提出一种微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其包括包裹层1,该包裹层1呈扁平的空心面包状结构,其内部填充有与实施例相同的配方珠2,该包裹层1自内而外依次设置有纱网层101、海绵层102、第一网格层103和第二网格层104,所述纱网层101、海绵层102、第一网格层103和第二网格层104沿边缘缝纫固定,且其边缘还缝纫有便于悬挂的悬挂带3,通过悬挂带3可以方便使用者在不使用此产品时,能够将该发明产品悬挂在晾晒架上进行晾干保存,同时扁平状的结构设计能够使得包裹层1内部的配方珠2能够与水具有较大的接触面积,能够起到较好的清洁效果。
实施例三:
如图3所示,本实施例提出一种微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其包括包裹层1,该包裹层1呈空心球状结构,其顶部设置有便于悬挂的悬挂带3,其外部开设有用于透水的透水孔105,其内部放置有与实施例一配方一致的配方珠2,从图3可知,包裹层1由是两个半球形塑料壳拼接而成,在实际制作的过程中,可在其中一个半球形塑料壳的底部开设内螺纹,在另一个半球形塑料壳的底部开设外螺纹,这样可以使得包裹层1由两个半球形塑料壳螺纹连接而成,而塑料外壳式的包裹层1相对于纱网包式的包裹层1来说,其使用寿命更加长久,因此在长期使用过程中,使用者可以通过拧开半球形塑料壳往其内部添加损耗的配方珠2的方式来提升本发明产品的使用寿命。
同时在本实施例中,需要知道的是,为了达到更好的洗衣效果,可以在半球形塑料壳的外部增设凸起,以增加该发明产品在洗衣服时与衣服产生的摩擦力,从而达到更好的洗衣效果,同时透水孔105的尺寸需要与配方珠2的直径相适配。
在实施例一至实施例三中,需要知道的是,此三种实施例中均采用的相同配方的配方珠2,其中配方珠2由重量份为85%的镁球、5%的电气石陶瓷球、5%的亚硫酸钙球和5%的银离子球所组成,而该配方珠2中的镁球主要用于产生微纳米气泡级别的氢气气泡,氢气气泡可有效保护衣物,修复纤维损伤,产生一定量的碱性离子,与水混合,起到表面活性剂的作用,能够清洁衣物上的细菌与异味,同时可瓦解洗衣槽、排水管和下水管内的污垢和霉菌,而配方珠2中的电气石陶瓷球能够增加水中碱性氢氧根离子含量,增强清洁效果,亚硫酸钙球能够去除自来水中余氯,进一步的起到保护衣物的作用,通过添加银离子球来达到软化水质、去除水中重金属和减少镁球表面镁的氧化物的目的,从而增加本发明产品的使用寿命,其相对于传统的镁颗粒洗衣包来说,镁球表面能够长期保持光亮,因此其不同于传统镁颗粒洗衣包,需要长时间保持干燥,以降低镁颗粒表面氧化物生成的速度,进而维持洗衣包的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,包括包裹层(1),其特征在于:所述包裹层(1)内部填充有配方珠(2),所述配方珠(2)为镁球、电气石陶瓷球、亚硫酸钙球和银离子球中任意一种或者多种的混合物,所述包裹层(1)能够自由透水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其特征在于:所述包裹层(1)外部设置有便于悬挂的悬挂带(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其特征在于:所述包裹层(1)呈扁平的空心面包状结构或者空心球状结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其特征在于:所述包裹层(1)自内而外依次设置有纱网层(101)、海绵层(102)、第一网格层(103)和第二网格层(104),所述纱网层(101)、海绵层(102)、第一网格层(103)和第二网格层(104)之间采用缝纫连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其特征在于:所述包裹层(1)为塑料壳状结构,其外部均匀的设置有透水孔(105)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微纳米氢气泡洗衣包,其特征在于:所述配方珠(2)其各成分的重量份为85%的镁球、5%的电气石陶瓷球、5%的亚硫酸钙球和5%的银离子球。
