Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly plastic composition and a plastic product thereof, relates to the technical field of degradable plastics, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly plastic composition containing a mixture of kenaf powder and thermoplastic resin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of degradable plastics, in particular to an environment-friendly plastic composition and a plastic product thereof.
Background
Plastics are one of the main causes of environmental pollution in the 21 st century. Plastic materials are convenient to use, but can cause serious environmental pollution problems after being discarded in large quantities. Therefore, biodegradable plastics that do not cause environmental pollution are becoming more and more important.
Kenaf fiber has been used in the manufacture of clothes and bags because kenaf fiber has been used in the construction of clothes and bags because kenaf has a stem divided into a shell portion and a core, the shell portion having a relatively high cellulose content and resulting in long and strong fibers.
However, to date, no eco-friendly plastic composition comprising a mixture of kenaf powder and a thermoplastic has been disclosed.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly plastic composition, and solves the problem of providing a biodegradable plastic.
(II) technical scheme
In order to realize the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, an environmentally friendly plastic composition is provided, which is a mixture comprising kenaf powder and a thermoplastic resin.
Further, the thermoplastic resin is at least one of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, modified polyphenylene ether, polyamide 6, polyamide 610, polyamide 66, polyphenylene sulfide, ABS, polycarbonate, polyurethane, polybutylene terephthalate, polyacetal, polysulfone, polyarylsulfone, polyphenylsulfone, polyethersulfone, polyetheretherketone, polyamideimide, polyetherimide, polytetrafluoroethylene, and polyketone.
Further, the kenaf powder is prepared by mixing kenaf shells and kernels according to a mass ratio of 1-10: 1 to 10.
Furthermore, the particle size of the kenaf powder is 100-150 mu m.
Furthermore, the mass fraction of the kenaf powder is 25-35%, and the mass fraction of the thermoplastic resin is 65-75%.
Further, the kenaf powder generates negative ions. The presence of polyphenols and negative ions of kenaf itself makes kenaf antibacterial and deodorant.
In a second aspect, a plastic article is provided, which is made from the above-mentioned environmentally friendly plastic composition.
