In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for controlling a water purifying apparatus is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example for the water purifying apparatus 102 in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
and step S202, determining the mode of the water purifying device.
The water purifying equipment is equipment capable of filtering colloid, organic matters, silt, impurities and the like in water, and most of the water purifying equipment adopts a reverse osmosis process. The reverse osmosis process is a process of separating solutes in a solution from a solvent by means of a reverse osmosis membrane which allows only water to permeate therethrough but not other substances under a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure of the solution. By utilizing the separation characteristic of the reverse osmosis membrane, impurities such as dissolved salt, colloid, organic matters, bacteria, microorganisms and the like in water can be effectively removed. Unfiltered water is also referred to as raw water, and filtered water is also referred to as pure water. The water purification apparatus may include at least one filter element, and the type of filter element includes, but is not limited to, an activated carbon filter element, a reverse osmosis membrane, an ultrafiltration membrane, a softening resin, a mineral filter element, and the like. The filter element in the water purification device is called a pure water filter element. In one particular example, the pure water filter element may be referred to as a reverse osmosis membrane filter element.
The water purifying device is in a mode for representing the current working process to be executed by the water purifying device, and the mode can comprise a water using mode, a flushing mode and the like. For example, when the water purification apparatus is in the water use mode, pure water that a user is filtering using the water purification apparatus is characterized. In the production of the filter element, the surface and the inner deep layer of the pure water filter element are coated with a protective liquid in order to ensure the safety and the effect of purifying water. Also, as the use time of the water purifying apparatus increases, the pure water filter element may be clogged. Therefore, when the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode, the pure water filter element of the water purifying equipment needs to be flushed according to the representation.
In one embodiment, the manner of determining that the mode in which the water purification apparatus is in the flushing mode may include: acquiring the power-on operation information of the water purifying equipment according to the power-on operation of the water purifying equipment; and when the water purifying equipment is determined to be in the first power-on operation according to the power-on operation information, determining that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode.
When the user carries out the primary installation to water purification unit, for having guaranteed water quality of water, water purification unit's washing needs to be carried out. Generally, when the water purifier is initially installed, a user performs a power-on operation and a water-passing operation on the water purifier. Under the condition of power-on operation, the controller can detect that the water purifying equipment is powered on, and data self-check can be carried out while the water purifying equipment is powered on every time. Namely, the controller can acquire the power-on operation information of the water purifying equipment according to the power-on operation of the water purifying equipment. The power-on operation information may include historical water production, historical power-on times, and the like. And if the controller detects that the data of any one of the power-on operation information is not 0, determining that the water purifying equipment is not in power-on operation for the first time, and if the data of the power-on operation information is 0, determining that the water purifying equipment is in power-on operation for the first time and determining that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode.
It should be noted that the water purification apparatus may be mainly determined by the power-on operation in the flushing mode. It is understood that the determination may also be made by a water-passing operation. When the water passing operation is performed, if the user turns on the faucet, the controller can detect that the water purifying equipment passes water. At this time, the controller can acquire water passing operation information of the water purifying equipment according to the water passing operation of the water purifying equipment; and when the water purifying equipment is determined to be in the first water-passing operation according to the water-passing operation information, determining that the water purifying equipment is in the flushing mode. The water use operation information may include historical water passing times and the like. And if the controller detects that the water passing operation information is not 0, determining that the water purifying equipment is not in water passing operation for the first time. And if the water passing operation information is detected to be 0, determining that the water purifying equipment is in water passing operation for the first time, and determining that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode.
In this embodiment, the controller may improve the determination efficiency of the washing mode by detecting information of the power-on operation or the water-on operation to determine whether the water purifying apparatus is in the washing mode. Then, can realize washing the water purification equipment when the water purification equipment first installation operation, effectively guarantee outlet water quality of water.
In one embodiment, the determining that the mode in which the water purification apparatus is in is the flushing mode may include: acquiring configuration operation information for configuration operation of a water purification apparatus; and when the configuration operation information carries the reset operation information, determining that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode.
The configuration operation may be operation information for a specific key on the water purifying apparatus. Can set up special button on water purification unit, this special button can be used for resetting. After the user has changed new pure water filter core, need press this special button and reset, then, water purification unit side can start and get into after the start-up and wash the mode. Specifically, the controller may acquire configuration operation information for configuration operation of the water purifying apparatus; and when the configuration operation information carries the reset operation information, determining that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode.
In this embodiment, the controller may improve the determination efficiency for the washing mode by detecting the reset operation information to determine whether the water purifying apparatus is in the washing mode. Then, can realize washing water purification unit when water purification unit has changed the pure water filter core after reseing, effectively guarantee out water quality of water.
Step S204, under the condition that the water purifying equipment is in a flushing mode, controlling the connection or disconnection of a water return branch based on the flushing control logic of the water purifying equipment so as to flush the pure water filter element; the water return branch flushes the raw water side of the pure water filter element under the condition of being switched off; and the return water branch is used for flushing the raw water side and the water production side of the pure water filter element under the condition of conduction.
Referring to fig. 3, a filtration membrane of the pure water filter core is used as a boundary, one side of the filtration membrane is raw water, and the other side is filtered pure water. The side of the pure water filter element into which the raw water 400 flows is referred to as the raw water side, and the side of the pure water 500 flows out is referred to as the water producing side. The inlet 30 into which the raw water flows is referred to as a raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the outlet 40 from which the pure water flows out is referred to as a pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element. Under the condition that water purification unit is in the mode of washing, wash the pure water filter core, also wash the former water side and the product water side of pure water filter core promptly. The flushing control logic, i.e. the controller, controls the water purification apparatus to perform a flushing process of flushing.
In one embodiment, in the case that the water purifying apparatus is provided with a pure water filter element, please refer to fig. 3, the water outlet 35 for the wastewater is referred to as a wastewater outlet of the pure water filter element, i.e. the pure water filter element is further provided with a wastewater outlet 35. The water purification apparatus further includes a return water branch 300. One end of the return water branch 300 is located at an upstream of the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end is located at a downstream of the pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element. When the water purifying apparatus is provided with the pure water filter element, one end of the return water branch 300 may be connected to the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end may be connected to the pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element. Therefore, the pure water entering the water return branch 300 from the water production side of the pure water filter element can flow back to the raw water side to form waterway circulation.
Specifically, the return water branch road is under the circumstances of shutoff, and the return water branch road does not switch on promptly, and the raw water gets into the raw water side from the raw water inlet of pure water filter core, and then, the water after washing can flow from the waste water outlet to the realization is washed the raw water side of pure water filter core. The return water branch road is under the condition that switches on, the return water branch road switches on formation water route circulation promptly, the raw water flows in the raw water side from the raw water inlet of pure water filter core, then, the filtration of the filtration membrane through the pure water filter core, produce the pure water on producing the water side, the realization is washed the product water side of pure water filter core, the pure water flows back to the raw water side via the backward flow branch road, the realization is strengthened washing the raw water side of pure water filter core, the return water branch road is under the condition that switches on promptly, can wash the raw water side and the product water side of pure water filter core simultaneously.
In one embodiment, when the water purifying apparatus is further provided with other filter elements, for example, referring to fig. 4, the water purifying apparatus further includes a pre-filter element disposed upstream of the pure water filter element, and a post-filter element disposed downstream of the pure water filter element. The pre-filter element can perform primary filtration on raw water 100 flowing into the water inlet 10 of the pre-filter element, and the raw water after the primary filtration flows out from the water outlet 20 of the pre-filter element, so that the raw water flows into the pure water filter element. The rear cartridge may further filter the pure water flowing into its water inlet 50 again, the further filtered pure water flowing out of its pure water outlet 60 and thus out of the pure water port 200 for use by the user. Then, when the water purifying apparatus is further provided with other filter elements, one end of the return water branch 300 is located at the upstream of the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end is located at the downstream of the pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element, and it may be that one end of the return water branch 300 is connected to the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end is connected to the pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element. Therefore, the pure water entering the water return branch 300 from the water production side of the pure water filter element can flow back to the raw water side to form waterway circulation.
In one embodiment, when the water purifying apparatus is further provided with other filter elements, for example, referring to fig. 5, the water purifying apparatus further includes a pre-filter element disposed upstream of the pure water filter element, and a post-filter element disposed downstream of the pure water filter element. Then, in the case that the water purifying apparatus is further provided with other filter elements, one end of the water returning branch 300 is located at the upstream of the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end is located at the downstream of the pure water outlet 40 of the pure water filter element, at this time, it is also possible that one end of the water returning branch 300 is still connected to the raw water inlet 30 of the pure water filter element, and the other end is connected to the pure water outlet 60 of the post-filter element. So, can make the pure water of the product water side of pure water filter core, flow into rearmounted filter core earlier and further filter, from the pure water delivery port of rearmounted filter core via the return water branch road, flow back to the former water side of pure water filter core, form the water route circulation.
It can be understood that the front filter element and the rear filter element of the water purifying device are easier to wash out the protective liquid or the blockage compared with the pure water filter element. Therefore, in this embodiment, the pure water filter element is mainly washed.
In this embodiment, through the kind and the number difference according to the filter core that contains in the water purification unit, correspond and set up different return water branches, all can realize the pure water backward flow to can wash simultaneously the product water side and the raw water side of pure water filter core, can also wash rearmounted filter core, improve and wash the effect.
In one embodiment, the return water branch can be further provided with a plurality of valves for controlling the connection or disconnection of the return water branch and controlling the flow direction of water, so that the different sides of the pure water filter element can be washed. Wherein, can select according to actual technical needs to the type and the material of valve. In one specific example, the valves on the return branch may be a return solenoid valve and a check valve. Wherein, the check valve can allow water to flow in one direction and prevent water from flowing in the opposite direction. The return solenoid valve can be controlled to control the flow direction, flow rate, speed and the like of water. When the water return branch is in a conducting state, the backflow electromagnetic valve and the check valve are both opened, and when the water return branch is in a shutting state, the backflow electromagnetic valve and the check valve are both closed.
In this embodiment, the valve is arranged on the return water branch, and the opening or closing of the valve is controlled, so that the connection or disconnection of the return water branch can be controlled, and the flow direction of water can be controlled, thereby improving the control accuracy and reducing the control difficulty.
In one embodiment, based on the flushing control logic of the water purification device, the water return branch is controlled to be switched on or off to flush the pure water filter element, and the method comprises the following steps: controlling to shut off a water return branch, and performing first-stage flushing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element; when the first-stage flushing meets the first-stage flushing ending condition, controlling to conduct a return water branch, and performing second-stage flushing on the raw water side and the water production side of the pure water filter element; and when the second stage washing meets the second stage washing ending condition, controlling to stand and soak the pure water filter element so as to carry out third stage washing on the pure water filter element.
In order to improve the washing efficiency of the water purification equipment, the surface of the pure water filter element and the deep protective liquid in the pure water filter element are washed out, the water purification equipment can be provided with a plurality of washing stages, the three washing stages are included as an example, the stage of only washing the raw water side of the pure water filter element is called as first-stage washing, the first-stage washing can also be called as positive washing and concentrated discharging, and at the moment, the water return branch is in a turn-off state. The stage of washing the raw water side and the product water side of the pure water filter element is called as second-stage washing, and can also be called as pure water backflow washing, and at the moment, the backwater branch is in a conducting state. And simultaneously, the stage of soaking and washing the raw water side and the water producing side of the pure water filter element is called as third-stage washing, also called as standing and soaking, and at the moment, the return water branch is in a turn-off state.
It can be understood that, in practical applications, the sequence of the three rinsing stages of the water purifying apparatus can be arranged and combined arbitrarily, and can be determined according to the type, number and the like of the pure water filter elements. For example, the order may be any of the following: positive flushing concentration discharge, pure water reflux flushing, standing soaking, positive flushing concentration discharge, standing soaking, pure water reflux flushing, pure water reflux concentration discharge, standing soaking, pure water reflux flushing, standing soaking, positive flushing concentration discharge, pure water reflux flushing, standing soaking, pure water reflux flushing, and positive flushing concentration discharge.
The three rinsing stages are positive rinsing to discharge the concentrated solution, pure water reflux rinsing and standing soaking, namely first stage rinsing, second stage rinsing and third stage rinsing. The controller firstly controls to turn off the water return branch and carries out first-stage flushing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element; when the first-stage flushing meets the first-stage flushing ending condition, controlling to conduct a return water branch, and performing second-stage flushing on the raw water side and the water production side of the pure water filter element; and when the second stage washing meets the second stage washing ending condition, controlling to stand and soak the pure water filter element so as to carry out third stage washing on the pure water filter element. It can be understood that when the third stage flushing meets the condition of the third stage flushing ending, the pure water filter element can be flushed ending, and the first stage flushing can also be carried out again, so that the flushing effect of the water purifying device is further enhanced.
In one embodiment, based on the flushing control logic of the water purification device, the water return branch is controlled to be switched on or off to flush the pure water filter element, and the method comprises the following steps: controlling to turn off a water return branch, performing first-stage flushing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element, and determining that a first-stage flushing ending condition is met when the flushing time of the first-stage flushing reaches a first preset time; controlling and conducting a backwater branch, performing second-stage washing on a raw water side and a produced water side of the pure water filter element, and determining that second-stage washing ending conditions are met when the washing duration of the second-stage washing reaches a second preset duration and the washing times reach preset times; and controlling to stand and soak the pure water filter element to carry out third-stage washing on the pure water filter element, determining that the third-stage washing ending condition is met when the washing time of the third-stage washing reaches a third preset time, returning to control to turn off the water return branch, and carrying out the first-stage washing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element until the preset cycle number is reached, and finishing the washing of the pure water filter element.
The first predetermined time, the second predetermined time, the third predetermined time, the predetermined number of times and the predetermined cycle number may be set according to actual technical requirements, for example, may be determined according to a concentration variation of the protective solution in the discharged water or the steeped water, or according to an effluent quality parameter of the water purification apparatus, and the concentration variation of the protective solution and the effluent quality parameter may be calculated after being detected by using a sensor. The parameters of the effluent quality can specifically include the total amount and concentration of solid matters.
The first stage flushing, namely positive flushing concentration discharging, is used for discharging the protective liquid at the raw water side of the pure water filter element. The second stage flushing, namely the pure water backflow flushing, can be understood that pure water is required to be continuously generated in the pure water backflow flushing process, namely the second stage flushing can further comprise positive flushing concentration, so that the protective liquid on the water production side of the pure water filter element is discharged, and the protective liquid on the raw water side is discharged in an enhanced mode. In the second-stage rinsing process, the rinsing duration of the second-stage rinsing may specifically include the duration of the pure water back-flow rinsing and the duration of the positive-flushing concentration discharge. When the number of times of rinsing in the second stage of rinsing is one, namely the pure water backflow rinsing-positive flushing concentrated flushing operation in the second stage of rinsing is one, the number of times of pure water backflow rinsing-positive flushing concentrated flushing in the second stage of rinsing is the preset number of times of rinsing in the second stage. And the third stage of washing, namely standing and soaking, is used for further soaking and discharging the protective liquid of the pure water filter element. And sequentially carrying out first-stage flushing, second-stage flushing and third-stage flushing as one-time flushing, circularly flushing until reaching the preset cycle number, and discharging the protective solution soaked from the raw water side and the water production side through the circular flushing.
It should be noted that the cyclic flushing may also include a multi-stage cyclic flushing. For example, if only one stage of the circulation flushing is included, the flushing mode of the water purifying apparatus may be referred to as a shallow fast flushing mode. If the water purification apparatus includes more than one stage of the circulation flushing, the flushing mode of the water purification apparatus may be called a deep flushing mode, i.e., shallow fast flushing in which the first stage of the circulation flushing is performed first, and then deep flushing in which the subsequent stage of the circulation flushing is performed. When the circulation washing operation reaches the preset circulation times, the water purifying equipment can enter a standby state, and then, a user can normally use the water purifying equipment.
In one specific example, a cyclic rinse in which the rinse process comprises one phase is taken as an example. For this flushing process, the first predetermined period of time may be denoted as a, and a may be set to 1-10 minutes. The time period for the pure water back flushing may be denoted as b, the time period for the positive flushing to discharge the rich water may be denoted as c, and the predetermined number of times may be denoted as m times. b may be set to 1-60 minutes, c may be set to 1-10 minutes, and m may be set to 1-10 times. The third predetermined period of time may be denoted as d, which may be set to 1-6 hours. The predetermined number of cycles may be represented as n, which may be set to 1-10 times.
Specifically, step 1, controlling to turn off a water return branch, and performing first-stage flushing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element, namely flushing and discharging the concentrate for a minutes. And 2, controlling to conduct a backwater branch, and performing second-stage washing on the raw water side and the water production side of the pure water filter element, wherein the second-stage washing specifically comprises circulating pure water backflow for b minutes and positive flushing concentration discharge for c minutes, and the total m times are realized. And then, step 3, controlling the pure water filter element to be statically placed and soaked for d hours. And 4, circularly and sequentially operating the steps 1 to 3, namely returning to the step 1 until the preset cycle times are reached for n times, and finishing the washing of the pure water filter element.
In this embodiment, the pure water filter element of the water purification apparatus is flushed in stages, and the pure water filter element is flushed in one stage in a circulating manner. Wherein, can wash the discharge through just dashing the protection liquid of arranging the concentrate and can wash the former water side, wash through the pure water backward flow with just dashing the concentrated switching operation of arranging, can wash the discharge with the protection liquid of producing the water side, can also further strengthen the washing effect of former water side, soak through stewing and can further soak the discharge with the protection liquid, and the back is circulated and is washed, the protection liquid that the discharge was soaked to effectively improve water purification unit's washing efficiency and washing effect.
In a specific example, the flushing process includes more than one stage of cyclic flushing, specifically including two stages of cyclic flushing. For the first stage of the cyclic flush in the flush procedure, i.e., shallow fast flush. The first predetermined period of time may be denoted as a, and a may be set to 1-10 minutes. The duration of the pure water back flushing may be denoted as e, the duration of the positive flushing for discharging the rich water may be denoted as f, and the predetermined number of times may be denoted as x times. e may be set to 1-60 minutes, f may be set to 1-10 minutes, and x may be set to 1-10 times. The third predetermined length of time may be expressed as g. g may be set to 1-6 hours, the predetermined number of cycles may be set to y, and y may be set to 1-10 times. For a second stage of the cyclic flushing in the flushing process, i.e. deep flushing. The first predetermined period of time may be denoted as a, and a may be set to 1-10 minutes. The third predetermined period of time may be denoted as d. d may be set to 1-6 hours, the predetermined number of cycles may be set to n, and n may be set to 1-10 times. Wherein b, c and m are respectively larger than e, f and x, and n is larger than y.
Specifically, step 1, controlling to turn off a water return branch, and performing first-stage flushing on the raw water side of the pure water filter element, namely flushing and discharging the concentrate for a minutes. And 2, controlling to conduct a backwater branch, and performing second-stage washing on the raw water side and the water production side of the pure water filter element, wherein the second-stage washing specifically comprises circulating pure water backflow for e minutes and positive flushing concentration discharge for f minutes, and the total number of times is x. And then, step 3, controlling the pure water filter element to be statically placed and soaked for g hours. And 4, circularly and sequentially operating the step 1 to the step 3, namely returning to the step 1 until the preset cycle times of y times are reached, and continuously executing the step 5. And 5, controlling to turn off the water return branch, and flushing the raw water side of the pure water filter element at the first stage again, namely flushing and discharging the concentrate for a minutes. And 6, controlling to conduct a backwater branch, and performing second-stage washing on the raw water side and the water producing side of the pure water filter element again, wherein the second-stage washing specifically comprises circulating pure water backflow for b minutes and positive flushing concentration discharge for c minutes, and the total number of times is m. And then, step 7, controlling the pure water filter element to be statically placed and soaked for d hours. And (5) circularly and sequentially running the step 5 to the step 7, namely returning to the step 5 until the preset circulation times are reached for n times, and finishing the washing of the pure water filter element.
In this embodiment, it can be considered that steps 1 to 4 in the first major cycle are shallow rapid washing of the protective solution in the pure water filter element. And 5 to 8, deeply washing the protective liquid in the pure water filter element, wherein the time is longer, the circulation times are more, and the washing effect of the water purification equipment can be further enhanced.
It should be noted that the different flushing processes are in parallel, and can be selected and set according to actual conditions such as the type of the water purifying equipment, the type and number of the filter elements included in the water purifying equipment. It is to be understood that in the above embodiment, the phase rinsing end condition is determined by the rinsing time length, and the phase rinsing end condition may be determined according to other parameters such as the rinsing water flow rate.
In one embodiment, in practical applications, in order to avoid the influence of the rinsing process on the water usage of the user, the priority of the water usage of the user may be set to be highest, the rinsing process is stopped when the user uses the water, and the rinsing process is continuously performed when the user stops using the water. Specifically, in the process that the water purification equipment washes the pure water filter element, water use state information of the water purification equipment is obtained; when the water purifying equipment is determined to be in the water using state according to the water using state information, determining that the water purifying equipment washes the pure water filter element, and washing an unexecuted part in the control logic; and when the water purifying equipment is determined not to be in the water using state according to the water using state information, controlling the water purifying equipment to continuously wash the pure water filter element based on the unexecuted part in the washing control logic.
The water use state information is used for representing the water use condition of a user, and can be determined according to the opening condition of the water faucet. And if the water faucet is detected to be started, determining that the water purifying equipment is in a water using state, stopping executing the flushing control logic, storing the executed part and determining the unexecuted part. And if the tap is detected to be closed, determining that the water purifying equipment is not in a water using state, and controlling the water purifying equipment to continuously flush the pure water filter element based on the unexecuted part.
In this embodiment, through setting up user's water priority highest, can ensure that the user can use water in the washing process of water purification equipment, can further improve user's water experience. When the user does not use water, the pure water filter element is continuously washed according to the unexecuted part in the washing control logic, the washing control logic does not need to be executed again from the beginning, and the washing efficiency of the water purifying equipment can be further improved.
In the control method of the water purifying equipment, the water purifying equipment comprises a pure water filter element and a return water branch; one end of the backwater branch is positioned at the upstream of the raw water inlet of the pure water filter element, and the other end of the backwater branch is positioned at the downstream of the pure water outlet of the pure water filter element.
