Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of an automated bagging apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the bagging apparatus 100 includes a bag storage mechanism 110, a bag opening mechanism 120, and a bag opening mechanism 130. The pouch mechanism 110 is configured to store a folded pouch, such as a plastic pouch, and the bag opening mechanism 120 is configured to grasp the pouch from the pouch mechanism 110 and open it, and the bag opening mechanism 130 is configured to receive the open pouch from the bag opening mechanism 120 and to open the open pouch into a predetermined shape, such as an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape.
The bag means 110 is designed as a bag trough consisting of a base plate and a plurality of limiting plates, in which the folded bags lie flat. The bag comprises a closed bottom and a mouth to be opened.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the bag opening mechanism 120 is configured to open the grasped bag such that the opened bag is opened in a horizontal direction. Accordingly, the bag opening mechanism 130 is configured to receive a bag opened in the horizontal direction from the bag opening mechanism 120 and switch the received bag from a state opened in the horizontal direction to a state opened vertically upward to receive a product, such as a color box containing the product. Such a design enables arranging the bag opening mechanism 120 and the bag opening mechanism 130 side by side in the horizontal direction, thereby enabling a relatively compact bagging apparatus in the vertical direction.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the bag-opening mechanism 130 comprises a plurality of bag-opening portions 131, for example four bag-opening portions 131a, 131b, 131c, 131d, the plurality of bag-opening portions 131 being configured to be movable, in particular rotatable, in order to enable the received bag to be opened into a predetermined shape. For example, after the bag-opening mechanism 130 receives the opened bag, the bag-opening portion 131 is then extended into the opened bag, and the bag is opened to a predetermined shape by the rotation of the bag-opening portion 131.
Here, each bag stay 131 is configured, for example, as a bag stay, and each bag stay includes a first rod portion 1311 extending obliquely or vertically with respect to its rotation axis and a second rod portion 1312 extending along its rotation axis.
Further, the bag opening mechanism 130 includes a first support plate 132 and a second support plate 133. The plurality of pocket portions 131 are movably mounted on the first support plate 132. The first support plate 132 is rotatably mounted on the second support plate 133 such that the bag-supporting portions 131 on the first support plate 132 can rotate between a bag-receiving position as shown in fig. 2, in which the plurality of bag-supporting portions 131 can horizontally extend into the bag opened by the bag opening mechanism 120 and open the bag into a predetermined shape, and a bag-holding position as shown in fig. 1, in which the opened bag can be held open vertically upward in a predetermined shape, so that the product can be put vertically downward from above into the vertically upward opened bag opened by the bag opening mechanism 130. For this purpose, for example, a placement opening 1321 is provided in the first support plate 132, so that the product is placed vertically downward from above into the bag that is opened by the bag opening mechanism 130 through the placement opening 1321.
For example, a drive assembly 137, such as a cylinder drive assembly or a motor drive assembly, is mounted on the second support plate 133 for driving the first support plate 132 to rotate between the bag receiving position and the bag retaining position.
As shown in fig. 2, for driving the bag supporting portions 131 to rotate, for example, a separate rotation driving portion 134 may be provided on the first support plate 132 corresponding to each bag supporting portion 131, and the rotation driving portion 134 is configured to drive the corresponding bag supporting portion 131 to rotate so that the bag supporting portion 131 can open the bag. For example, the respective bag-opening portions 131 can be gathered together by rotation of the respective rotary driving portions 134 so as to be able to extend into the bag opened by the bag-opening mechanism 120 and can be opened to each other so as to open the bag into a predetermined shape.
Of course, in other embodiments, one rotation driving part may be provided for the plurality of bag supporting parts 131, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Here, the rotation driving part 134 may include a cylinder driving structure or a motor driving structure, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment, the bag opening mechanism 120 is configured to open the grasped bag such that the opened bag opens vertically upward. Accordingly, the bag-opening mechanism 130 is configured to receive a vertically upwardly open bag from the bag-opening mechanism 120 and to hold the received bag vertically upwardly open to receive a product. Such a design enables the bag opening mechanism 120 to be arranged above the bag opening mechanism 130, thereby enabling a more compact bagging apparatus in the horizontal direction. At this time, the first support plate and the bag opening mechanism are configured to be movable relative to each other so that the plurality of bag-opening portions can extend in the vertical direction into the bag opened by the bag opening mechanism and open the bag into a predetermined shape.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bag opening mechanism 130 further includes a first support base 135, and the second support plate 133 is mounted on the first support base 135 in such a manner as to be movable in a vertical direction and/or movable in a horizontal direction. For example, the second support plate 133 is configured to be movable in a vertical direction so that the first support plate 132 mounted thereon, together with the bag-opening portion 131, can be moved in a vertical direction so that the bag-opening portion 131 can be aligned with the bag-opening mechanism 120 to receive an opened bag.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, a vertically extending slide rail 1351 and a vertical driving assembly (e.g., a driving cylinder or a driving motor) 1352 are installed on the first support base 135, and the second support plate 133 is movably installed on the first support base 135 along the slide rail 1351, and the vertical driving assembly 1352 is used to drive the second support plate 133 to move along the slide rail 1351.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the bag-opening mechanism 130 further includes at least one auxiliary suction cup set 136, the auxiliary suction cup set 136 configured to hold the bags opened by the plurality of bag-opening portions 131. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the bag-opening mechanism 130 includes a first auxiliary suction cup group 136a and a second auxiliary suction cup group 136b mounted on the first support plate 132 opposite to each other, the first auxiliary suction cup group 136a and the second auxiliary suction cup group 136b being respectively configured to be movable, particularly rotatable, so as to be able to turn the bag opened by the plurality of bag-opening portions 131, thereby holding the bag from opposite sides.
In other embodiments, four sets of auxiliary suction cups may also be movably, and in particular rotatably, mounted on the first support plate 132 to hold the bag from four sides.
Here, the auxiliary suction cup set 136 may include a plurality of vacuum suction cups or magnetic suction cups.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bag opening mechanism 120 includes a bag taking assembly 121, a bag clamping assembly 122, and a bag opening assembly 123.
The bag taking assembly includes a bag taking suction cup group, such as a vacuum suction cup group 1211, and a suction cup driving part 1212, the bag taking suction cup group 1211 being configured to hold a bag and being disposed above the bag storing mechanism 110, the suction cup driving part 1212 being configured to drive the bag taking suction cup group 1211 to move in a vertical direction such that the bag taking suction cup group 1211 can suck a bag bottom portion of the bag in the bag storing mechanism 110 up to a predetermined height in the vertical direction.
The bag clamping assembly 122 is configured to be movable in a horizontal direction so that a bag bottom portion of a bag sucked up from the taken bag suction cup group 1211 is movable downward toward a bag mouth portion of the bag. The bag-clamping assembly 122 includes a clamping portion 1221 and a support plate 1222, the clamping portion 1211 configured to clamp a mouth portion of the bag to the support plate 1222. Two clamping portions 1211 configured as clamping cylinders are provided for pressing the bag mouth portions of the bag from both sides, respectively. The bag-clamping assembly 122 can be moved toward the bag-expanding mechanism 130 along a horizontally extending rail 1224, for example, under the drive of a drive portion 1223.
The bag opening assembly 123 includes an upper suction cup set, such as an upper vacuum cup set 1231 and a lower suction cup set, such as a lower vacuum cup set 1232, opposite to each other and a second support base 1233, and the upper suction cup set 1231 and the lower suction cup set 1232 are mounted on the second support base 1233 in a vertically movable manner with respect to each other. Here, the bag clamping assembly 122 is further configured to convey the clamped bag mouth portion in a horizontal direction between the upper suction cup group 1231 and the lower suction cup group 1232 so that the upper suction cup group 1231 and the lower suction cup group 1232 can cooperate with each other to open the bag from the bag mouth portion.
In some embodiments, the upper set of suction cups 1231 is configured to be vertically movable relative to the lower set of suction cups 1232, while the lower set of suction cups 1232 is configured to be vertically immovable. In other embodiments, the upper and lower suction cup sets 1231, 1232 are each configured to be movable relative to one another in a vertical direction.
In a further embodiment, the bag opening assembly is further configured to be movable in a horizontal direction relative to the bag-opening mechanism 130 so that an opened bag can be transported to the bag-opening mechanism 130.
An exemplary working procedure of the bagging apparatus 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: first, the suction cup driving part 1212 drives the bag taking suction cup group 1211 to vertically move downward so as to suck the bag bottom portion of one plastic bag from the bag storing mechanism 110, and then the suction cup driving part 1212 drives the bag taking suction cup group 1211 to vertically move upward so as to suck the bag bottom portion up to a predetermined height so that the bag bottom portion is located above the horizontal plane in which the bag clamping assembly 122 is located. The bag clamping assembly 122 holds the plastic bag with its support plate 1222 from the bag bottom portion of the plastic bag below, slides in the horizontal direction up to the bag mouth portion of the plastic bag, and then clamps the bag mouth portion of the plastic bag to the support plate 1222 by the clamping portion 1221. Next, the bag clamping assembly 122 together with the plastic bag clamped thereto continues to move in the horizontal direction toward the bag opening assembly 123 until the clamped plastic bag is positioned with its bag mouth portion directly above the lower suction cup group 1232 so that the lower suction cup group 1232 sucks the bag mouth portion from below. Then, the upper suction cup group 1231 is moved downward in the vertical direction until it approaches the pocket portion so as to suck the pocket portion from above. After the upper and lower suction cup groups 1231 and 1232 suck the bag mouth portion from above and below, respectively, the clamping part 1221 is released, and the bag clamping assembly 122 moves back in the horizontal direction, returning to the original position. Then, the upper suction cup group 1231 is moved upward in the vertical direction so as to be engaged with the lower suction cup group 1232 to pull the mouth of the plastic bag open. At the same time, the second support plate 133 is moved downward in the vertical direction, and then the first support plate 132 is turned left by 90 degrees so that the bag-supporting portion 131 is in the bag-receiving position. Then, the bag opening assembly is moved in a horizontal direction toward the bag opening mechanism 130 so as to cover the opened plastic bag on the bag opening portion 131 of the bag opening mechanism 130, and then the bag opening portion 131 is rotated to open the plastic bag into a predetermined shape and hold it. After the bag-supporting portion 131 supports the plastic bag, the first and second auxiliary suction cup groups 136a and 136b are optionally rotated such that the suction cups thereof are turned toward the plastic bag supported by the bag-supporting portion 131, thereby auxiliary holding the plastic bag from opposite sides. The upper and lower suction cup sets 1231, 1232 are then released and the bag opening assembly 123 is moved horizontally away from the bag opening mechanism 130 back to the original position. Then, the second support plate 133 is moved up to a predetermined height in the vertical direction, and then the first support plate 132 is turned down by 90 degrees so that the mouth of the opened plastic bag is opened vertically upward, waiting for the product group to be put in.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the bagging apparatus 100 is disposed below a support floor 150 of the bag-opening mechanism 130, the support floor 150 being configured to support bags, particularly bags containing groups of products, that are opened by the bag-opening mechanism 130. For example, two tuck bars 1411 are moved in a horizontal direction X along a slide 1413 relative to a second tuck assembly by a drive, such as a drive cylinder or drive motor 1412. The two tuck bars 1411 are moved in a vertical direction Z by a drive, such as a drive cylinder or drive motor 1414. The two tuck bars 1411 translate relative to one another under the drive of a drive, such as a drive cylinder or drive motor 1415.
The second tuck assembly 142 includes a tuck flap 1421 configured to move horizontally relative to the at least two tuck bars 1411 to tuck a second side of the bag aperture. For example, the tuck flap 1421 is moved relative to the first tuck flap assembly along a slide rail 1423 in a horizontal direction X under the drive of a drive, such as a drive cylinder or drive motor 1422.
An exemplary working procedure of the bag folding mechanism 140 provided in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: after the product group is assembled into the bag opened by the bag opening mechanism 130, the bag with the product group is supported on the support base 150 while the bag opening portion 131 of the bag opening mechanism 130 remains open. Then, the driving portion 1412 drives the two bag folding bars 1411 to move in the horizontal direction X toward the bag folding plate 1421 while the bag opening portions 131a and 131b near the bag opening side, that is, near the first side of the bag opening, are rotated back (rotated close to each other) and the auxiliary suction cup group 136b near the first side of the bag opening is released, so that the bag folding bars 1411 can fold the first side of the bag opening. Subsequently, the driving portion 1414 drives the two bag folding bars 1411 to move vertically upward, and then the driving portion 1422 drives the bag folding plate 1421 to move in the horizontal direction X toward the two bag folding bars 1411 while the bag opening portions 131c and 131d near one side of the bag folding plate 1421, that is, near the second side of the bag opening, are rotated back (rotated close to each other) and the auxiliary suction cup group 136a near the second side of the bag opening is released, so that the bag folding plate 1421 can fold the second side of the bag opening. Next, the driving portion 1415 drives the two bag bars 1411 to move closer to each other and the driving portion 1414 drives the two bag bars 1411 to move vertically downward so as to draw in both sides adjacent to the first side of the bag mouth. Subsequently, the driving portion 1422 drives the bag folding plate 1421 to move away from the two bag folding bars 1411 in the horizontal direction X, and the bag folding operation is completed. Finally, when the additional motion mechanism reaches above the folded bag containing the product group, the drive 1412 drives the two bag folding bars 1411 to move back in the horizontal direction X.
