the cleaning part comprises a gas storage tank, a gas pipe is arranged on the gas storage tank, a valve is connected to the gas pipe in series, one end of the gas pipe is provided with a gas bag, a through hole is formed in the gas bag, the through hole is communicated with the gas pipe, the gas bag is communicated with a vacuum pump, the through hole is used for placing one end of the evaporator, and the evaporator is sealed or loosened through the through hole by inflating and deflating the gas bag.
Optionally, the upper compressing portion comprises a first cylinder, the first cylinder is mounted on the top frame, and a first compressing plate is arranged at the telescopic end of the first cylinder.

the cleaning part comprises a gas storage tank 21, a gas pipe 22 is arranged on the gas storage tank 21, a valve 23 is connected on the gas pipe 22 in series, a gas bag 24 is arranged at one end of the gas pipe 22, a through hole 25 is formed in the gas bag 24, the through hole 25 is communicated with the gas pipe 22, the gas bag 24 is communicated with a vacuum pump, the through hole 25 is used for placing one end of the evaporator, and the evaporator is sealed or loosened by the through hole 25 through inflation and deflation of the gas bag 24.

During operation, the motor 43 drives the cutting knife 44 to rotate, the second cylinder 41 works to drive the motor 43 to move up and down, and then the cutting knife 44 is driven to move up and down, and the cutting operation of the evaporator is completed.
In some embodiments, a plurality of through holes 25 are formed in the air bag 24 from top to bottom, a plurality of branch pipes 9 are arranged at one end of the air pipe 22, and the branch pipes 9 are matched with the plurality of through holes 25.

In some embodiments, the apparatus includes a side press for securing the plurality of evaporators from the side.
Optionally, the side pressing portion includes two side pressing units symmetrically arranged, each side pressing unit includes a third cylinder, and a telescopic shaft of the third cylinder is provided with a second pressing plate 5.

Claims (8)
1. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device, comprising: a platform, a top frame, an upper pressing part, a cutting part and a cleaning part, wherein,
the platform is provided with a cutting groove;
the upper pressing part is used for pressing the evaporator;
the cutting part is used for cutting the end part of the evaporator;
the cleaning part comprises a gas storage tank, a gas pipe is arranged on the gas storage tank, a valve is connected to the gas pipe in series, one end of the gas pipe is provided with a gas bag, a through hole is formed in the gas bag, the through hole is communicated with the gas pipe, the gas bag is communicated with a vacuum pump, the through hole is used for placing one end of the evaporator, and the evaporator is sealed or loosened through the through hole by inflating and deflating the gas bag.
2. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein said upper compressing portion includes a first cylinder mounted on said head frame, said first cylinder having a first compressing plate at its telescopic end.
3. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting part includes a second cylinder, the second cylinder is installed on the top frame, a connecting plate is provided at a telescopic end of the second cylinder, a motor is provided at a bottom of the connecting plate, and a cutting knife is provided on a rotating shaft of the motor.
4. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein a plurality of through holes are provided in said air bag from top to bottom, and a plurality of branched tubes are provided at one end of said air tube, said branched tubes being engaged with said plurality of through holes.
5. An air conditioner evaporator cutting apparatus as set forth in claim 3 including side press sections for securing a plurality of evaporators from the side.
6. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as set forth in claim 5, wherein said side pressing portion includes two symmetrically disposed side pressing units, said side pressing units include a third cylinder, and a second pressing plate is provided on a telescopic shaft of said third cylinder.
7. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein one side of the platform is provided with a vertical plate, the vertical plate being provided with a sponge for absorbing debris after spraying water thereon.
8. An air conditioner evaporator cutting device as set forth in claim 1 wherein a barometer is connected in series with said air tube.
