Abstract
The invention discloses a fireproof paint spraying device, which comprises: the movable storage box is used for containing fireproof paint, and a stirring device and a feeding pump are arranged in the movable storage box; the folding arm is vertically arranged and can stretch and is arranged on the movable storage box; the protection piece is arranged at the upper end of the folding arm, a through groove used for being sleeved outside the steel beam to be sprayed is formed in the upper portion of the protection piece, nozzles are arranged on two opposite side walls of the through groove, the nozzles are connected to the feeding pump through feeding pipelines, a material collection cavity is formed in the protection piece, and a plurality of through holes communicated with the material collection cavity are formed in the bottom of the through groove; and the feed back pipeline is connected with the aggregate cavity and the movable storage box. The invention solves the problems of time and labor waste and high loss rate of the existing spraying construction process of the steel structure fireproof paint.

Technical Field

Background

Further, the lower end of the folding arm is rotatably mounted on the movable storage box through a slewing bearing.
Further, the folding arm includes:
the lower end of the lower arm section is arranged on the slewing bearing in a turnover mode, and a first turnover jack used for driving the lower arm section is connected between the lower end of the lower arm section and the slewing bearing; and

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a fire retardant coating material spraying apparatus, including: a mobile storage bin 1, a folding arm 2, a guard 3 and a return line 4.
In this embodiment, the movable storage tank 1 is used for containing fire retardant coating, wherein, a stirring device and a feeding pump are installed in the movable storage tank.
Specifically, the stirring device is a stirrer.
The folding arm 2 is arranged on the movable storage box 1. The folding arm 2 is arranged vertically. The folding arm 2 is telescopic.
The guard 3 is mounted to the upper end of the folding arm 2. A through groove is formed in the upper portion of the protection member 3. Referring to fig. 5, the through groove is used to be sleeved outside the steel beam 5 to be sprayed. Nozzles 31 are mounted on opposite side walls of the through slot. The nozzle 31 is connected to a feed pump via a feed line. The shield 3 is internally formed with a collection cavity 30. The bottom of the through groove is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the aggregate cavity 30.
The return pipe 4 is connected to the aggregate cavity 30 and the mobile storage bin 1.
The spraying method of the fireproof coating spraying equipment comprises the following steps:
s1: put in fire prevention coating and water in proportion in portable storage box, constantly stir fire prevention coating through agitating unit, prevent that coating from solidifying, improve the mobility of coating.
In addition, the recovered coating is purified and then enters the movable storage box for reuse.
S2: the movable storage box moves to the position below the steel bar to be sprayed.
S3: and adjusting the length of the folding arm and rotating the protection piece to enable the through groove of the protection piece to be sleeved outside the steel beam to be sprayed.
S4: and adjusting the position of a nozzle of the protection part according to the type of the steel beam to be sprayed, so that the nozzle is aligned to a construction station of the steel beam to be sprayed.
S4: and starting the feeding pump to spray the spray nozzle, wherein the sprayed overflow material enters the aggregate cavity of the protection part through the through hole and enters the movable storage box through the return pipeline to be circularly stirred and recycled.
The fireproof coating spraying equipment integrates the functions of pre-mixing, spraying and recycling of the coating, is high in fireproof coating spraying construction efficiency for steel beams, can recycle the coating and reduce loss, reduces labor input, avoids worker climbing construction, reduces the use of a movable frame or a crank arm vehicle, reduces potential safety hazards, and ensures the safety of constructors.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower end of the folding arm 2 is rotatably mounted to the portable hopper 1 by a pivoting support.
In the present embodiment, the mobile storage bin 1 includes: the storage box comprises a storage box body 1, two supporting frames 12 and an electric roller 13.
Wherein, the two supporting frames 12 are arranged at two opposite sides of the material storage box body 1. The electric roller 13 is mounted on the lower portion of the support frame 12.
As a better implementation mode, a cross beam is connected between the tops of the two supporting frames, and the storage box body is arranged at the lower part of the cross beam.
In the present embodiment, the folding arm 2 includes: a lower arm segment 21 and an upper arm segment 22.
In particular, the lower end of the lower arm section 21 is mounted to the slewing bearing in a reversible manner. A first overturning jack for driving the lower arm section 21 is connected between the lower end of the lower arm section 21 and the slewing bearing. The lower end of the upper arm section 22 is hinged to the upper end of the lower arm section 21. The upper end of the upper arm segment 22 is hinged to the guard 3. A second overturning jack for driving the upper arm section 22 is connected between the upper end of the lower arm section 21 and the lower end of the upper arm section 22. A third turning jack for driving the guard 3 is connected between the upper end of the upper arm section 22 and the guard 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of nozzles 31 are mounted to each side wall of the through slot of the guard. The plurality of nozzles 31 are arranged in a vertical direction. The nozzle 31 is angularly adjustably mounted to the side wall.

Claims (6)
1. A fire retardant coating material spraying apparatus, comprising:
the movable storage box is used for containing fireproof paint, and a stirring device and a feeding pump are arranged in the movable storage box;
the folding arm is vertically arranged and can stretch and is arranged on the movable storage box;
the protection piece is arranged at the upper end of the folding arm, a through groove used for being sleeved outside the steel beam to be sprayed is formed in the upper portion of the protection piece, nozzles are arranged on two opposite side walls of the through groove, the nozzles are connected to the feeding pump through feeding pipelines, a material collection cavity is formed in the protection piece, and a plurality of through holes communicated with the material collection cavity are formed in the bottom of the through groove; and
and the return pipeline is connected with the aggregate cavity and the movable storage box.
2. The fire retardant coating material dispensing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said folding arm is pivotally mounted at its lower end to said portable storage bin by a pivot bearing.
3. A fire retardant coating material dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said folding arm comprises:
the lower end of the lower arm section is arranged on the slewing bearing in a turnover mode, and a first turnover jack used for driving the lower arm section is connected between the lower end of the lower arm section and the slewing bearing; and
the lower end of the upper arm section is hinged to the upper end of the lower arm section, the upper end of the upper arm section is hinged to the protection piece, a second overturning jack used for driving the upper arm section is connected between the upper end of the lower arm section and the lower end of the upper arm section, and a third overturning jack used for driving the protection piece is connected between the upper end of the upper arm section and the protection piece.
4. The fireproof paint spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mobile storage bin comprises:
a material storage box body;
the two supporting frames are arranged on two opposite sides of the material storage box body; and
and the electric roller is arranged at the lower part of the supporting frame.
5. The fireproof paint spraying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the nozzles are installed at each side wall of the through groove, and the plurality of the nozzles are arranged in a vertical direction.
6. The fireproof paint spraying apparatus of claim 5, wherein the nozzle is angularly adjustably mounted to the side wall.
