the spraying mechanism comprises two spray guns, two first travelling frames, a pressurizing pump and a paint storage cylinder; the spray guns are tubular, the two spray guns are respectively positioned at two sides of the workpiece, one surface of the spray gun facing the workpiece is provided with a plurality of spray openings, and the plurality of spray openings are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the spray gun; the spray gun is provided with a paint inlet which is sequentially connected with the booster pump and the paint storage cylinder; the two first travelling frames are respectively arranged at two ends of the spray gun, and the two ends of the spray gun are respectively connected with the two first travelling frames;
the two travelling mechanisms are respectively arranged on the two first travelling frames; the travelling mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively positioned at two sides of the workpiece and are in friction transmission with the workpiece; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are hinged to the first travelling frame;
the driving mechanism is connected with one of the driving wheels to drive the driving wheel to rotate, so that the first walking frame drives the two spray guns to move from front to back.
2. The steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus of claim 1 wherein: the travelling mechanism further comprises a second travelling frame, a travelling plate, two follower wheels and two reset springs; two limit posts are arranged between the upper and lower second walking frames; the two limiting columns are respectively positioned at two sides of the workpiece, and the limiting columns are arranged in parallel with the spray gun; the upper and lower second walking frames are connected through two limit posts; the second walking frame is arranged behind the first walking frame;
the two follower wheels are coaxially arranged with the two limit posts respectively; the follower wheel is in friction transmission with the workpiece; the two follower wheels are rotatably connected to the second walking frame;
the walking plate is positioned on one side of the workpiece, and two ends of the walking plate are respectively hinged with the first walking frame and the second walking frame;
the other side of the workpiece is provided with a distance sensor which can be arranged in a telescopic way and always has a trend of elongation; two ends of the distance sensor are respectively hinged with the first walking frame and the second walking frame; a controller is arranged on the pressurizing pump; when the length of the distance sensor is changed, the controller changes the paint feeding pressure of the spray gun which is positioned on the same side of the workpiece as the distance sensor after the preset time length; the longer the distance sensor is, the larger the paint inlet pressure of the spray gun which is positioned on the same side of the workpiece with the distance sensor is;
one end of each of the two return springs is connected with the walking plate, and the other end of each of the two return springs is connected with the first walking frame and the second walking frame respectively.
3. The steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cleaning assembly comprises two cleaning rollers and a plurality of cleaning transmission assemblies; the two cleaning rollers are respectively positioned at two sides of the workpiece and are coaxially arranged with the follow-up wheels at the same side; the cleaning roller is positioned at the rear side of the spray gun; the cleaning roller is connected with the follower through a cleaning transmission assembly, and when the follower rotates, the cleaning transmission assembly drives the cleaning roller to synchronously rotate.

A steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the cleaning transmission assembly comprises a transmission wheel and a reversing wheel; the driving wheel is fixedly arranged at the end part of the cleaning roller, and the reversing wheel is meshed with the driving wheel and the follower wheel.
5. The steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus of claim 4 wherein: the stirring assembly comprises two stirring rods and a stirring transmission assembly; the two stirring rods are respectively arranged in the two spray guns,
and can rotate relative to the spray gun; when the spray gun moves from front to back, the stirring transmission assembly is driven by the driving mechanism to enable the stirring rod to rotate in the spray gun.
6. A steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5 wherein: the backup pad is vertical to be set up, and two spray guns are located the front and back both sides of work piece respectively.

The steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus of claim 6 wherein: the first walking frame and the second walking frame can stretch out and draw back along the front-back direction, and both include the extension spring that sets up along the front-back direction, and the extension spring in the first walking frame makes two spray guns be close to each other or has such trend, and the extension spring in the second walking frame makes two cleaning rollers be close to each other or has such trend.
8. The steel structure surface paint spraying apparatus of claim 6 wherein: the fixture comprises two sliding carriages, a plurality of stay bars, a plurality of fixing bolts and a plurality of limit bolts; the two sliding carriages are arranged on the supporting plate in a front-back sliding way; the support rods are horizontally arranged and can be installed on the sliding frame in an up-down sliding mode, and the fixing bolts are respectively in threaded fit with one ends of the support rods, facing the workpiece; the limit bolts are used for keeping the stay bars at a vertical height.
