In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
The application of the principles of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, a process for producing boxed thick paste bean curd supplemented with soybean polypeptide produced by fermentation according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
firstly, marinating, namely, marinating the raw materials after stirring and grinding to form initial set bean curd in a storage container; according to the requirements of different bean curd, gypsum is added to form the old bean curd, or gluconolactone is added to form the lactone bean curd, and the required length of the lactone bean curd needs to be reduced so as to prevent the influence on the taste.
Secondly, the feeding unit 1 is used for placing the primary coagulated bean curd on the corresponding main rail 100, moving along the coagulating main rail 100 for curing and coagulating, inserting two groups of material crushing rods 11 into the bottom end of the primary coagulated bean curd, vertically reciprocating to crush the whole primary coagulated bean curd to form crushed bean curd, and arranging a plurality of groups of crushing rods and a plurality of groups of first air cylinders in a crossed manner;
after the production system determines the production model, the height of the extrusion plate 10 is adjusted and confirmed through the measuring rod 12, the upper belt cloth 9 is driven along with the first rail 7 and the second rail 8, the lower belt cloth 6 is driven along with the main rail 100, the running directions of the upper belt cloth and the lower belt cloth are the same, and meanwhile, the crushed bean curd is clamped and extruded through the first rail 7, the extrusion plate 10 and the second rail 8 in sequence;
step five, the upper belt cloth 9 rotates upwards to pass through the upper killing part after running along with the crushed bean curd, the upper belt cloth 9 returns to the first rail 7 after sequentially recording the steaming area 13 and the upper high temperature area 14, and the lower belt cloth 6 rotates downwards after running along with the crushed bean curd to pass through the spraying area 15 and the lower high temperature area 16 and returns to the feeding unit to bear the initial setting bean curd;
the spraying area 15 comprises an upper spraying frame 40 and a lower spraying frame 41, the upper spraying frame 40 comprises a connecting plate 42, the connecting plate 42 is connected with the main track 100, spraying pipes 43 are mounted on the connecting plate 42, two groups of spraying pipes 43 are symmetrically mounted, the spraying pipes 43 are bending pipes and are rotatably connected with the connecting plate 42, a driving cylinder 44 is further mounted on the connecting plate 42, a sliding block 45 is mounted at the output piston end of the driving cylinder 44, a sliding groove 46 is formed in the connecting plate 42 at the position of the sliding block 45, the sliding block 45 is mounted in the sliding groove 46, one end of each group of spraying pipes 43 is connected with the sliding block 45, and the driving cylinder 44 is suitable for driving the two groups of spraying pipes 43 to rotate;
step six, a cutting unit 4, cutting the formed bean curd by a longitudinal cutter 17, then synchronously cutting the bean curd by a transverse cutter 18 downwards, arranging a plurality of groups of transverse cutters 18 in an equidistant distribution, feeding the formed bean curd to a blanking plate 26 in batches along with the operation of a secondary track 200 to a baffle 30, and enabling the formed bean curd to fall into a mounting box 20:
seventhly, the materials are conveyed to the feeding push rod 32 along with the discharging belt 27, the three groups of mounting boxes 20 are pushed by the feeding push rod 32 to enter the positioning grooves 34, each group of positioning grooves 34 is divided into three groups and one line, the counter 35 drives the output end of the ascending cylinder 36 to ascend upwards through the three groups of mounting boxes 20, and drives the clamping plate 37 to ascend the next mounting box 20, so that synchronous mounting is realized;
and step eight, after stable heat sealing, the heat sealing machine 33 is driven to a sterilization cooling machine 38, then the bean curd is placed in a cooling tank 39 to be rapidly cooled by low-temperature water, the temperature of the low-temperature water is about 10 ℃, and then the bean curd is transported to a refrigeration house to be refrigerated to finish the production of the whole bean curd.
The full-automatic production line for the boxed thick pulp bean curd added with the soybean polypeptide prepared by the fermentation method comprises a main rail 100, wherein a first conveyor belt is arranged on the main rail 100, and a lower belt cloth 6 is arranged on the first conveyor belt;
the feeding unit 1, the feeding unit 1 comprises a crushed material rod 11, and the crushed material rod 11 is suitable for being arranged above the lower belt cloth 6 and crushing the transported initial setting bean curd;
the forming unit 2 comprises a first rail 7 and a second rail 8, upper belt cloth 9 is arranged outside the first rail 7 and the second rail 8, the first rail 7 is obliquely arranged, and the distance between the upper belt cloth 9 and the lower belt cloth 6 is reduced along the conveying direction of the main rail 100;
the forming unit 2 further comprises an extrusion plate 10, a threaded telescopic rod 47 is mounted on the extrusion plate 10, the extrusion plate 10 is mounted at the bottom output end of the threaded telescopic rod 47 and is suitable for being downwards extruded on the upper belt cloth 9, the extrusion plate 10 is located between a second rail 8 and a first rail 7, the extrusion plate 10 is suitable for limiting the forming height of the broken bean curd, a measuring rod 12 is mounted on the outer side of the extrusion plate 10, and the measuring rod 12 is suitable for displaying the height of the extrusion plate 10;
the forming unit 2 further comprises an upper sterilizing part and a lower sterilizing part, the upper sterilizing part is positioned at the upper part of the forming unit 2 and comprises a cooking area 13 and an upper thermal area 14, and the upper belt cloth 9 is suitable for driving formed bean curd to advance and then sequentially enter the cooking area 13 and the upper thermal area 14 for sterilization and cleaning;
the lower sterilizing part is arranged at the lower part of the forming unit 2 and comprises a spraying area 15 and a lower high-temperature area 16, the spraying area 15 is suitable for spraying and cleaning the lower cloth 6, and the lower cloth 6 is suitable for being transmitted to the feeding unit 1 through the spraying area 15 and the lower high-temperature area 16 to bear the initial setting bean curd;
the secondary rail 200, the cutting and boxing unit 3 is installed on the secondary rail 200 in the transmission direction, the secondary rail 200 is suitable for transporting the formed bean curd on the main rail 100 to the cutting and boxing unit 3, and the cutting and boxing unit 3 is suitable for cutting and boxing the formed bean curd; the main track 100 and the secondary track 200 are supported on the basis of an integral rack, and a collection rack is arranged on the lower side of the spraying area 15 and is suitable for collecting waste liquid.
As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, the cutting and boxing unit 3 comprises a cutting part and a boxing part, wherein the cutting part comprises a longitudinal cutter 17 and a transverse cutter 18, the longitudinal cutter 17 is suitable for longitudinally cutting the formed bean curd, and the transverse cutter 18 is suitable for transversely cutting the longitudinally cut bean curd into independent blocks; the boxing unit part comprises a box falling machine 19, a mounting box 20 is placed in the box falling machine 19, and the mounting box 20 is suitable for loading independent blocky bean curd.
The cutting and boxing unit 3 further comprises a first support frame 23, the first support frame 23 is suitable for being installed on a frame of the secondary rail 200, a parallel plate 24 is installed at the lower end of the first support frame 23, the longitudinal cutter 17 and the transverse cutter 18 are fixedly connected with the bottom of the parallel plate 24, the longitudinal cutter 17 is perpendicular to the transverse cutter 18, a second air cylinder 25 is installed on the first support frame 23, the output end of the second air cylinder 25 is suitable for penetrating through the first support frame 23 to be connected with the parallel plate 24 downwards, and the second air cylinder 25 is suitable for driving the parallel plate 24 to move upwards and downwards. The transverse cutters 18 are arranged into a plurality of groups, and can be cut into strips through the longitudinal cutters 17, and the transverse cutters 18 are cut into blocks. Meanwhile, the lower cutter ensures the molding effect, and a spray pipe 43 can be added on the parallel plate 24 to ensure that the cutter is not stuck.
The box loading part further comprises a blanking plate 26, a discharging belt 27 is arranged below the box falling machine 19, the discharging belt 27 is suitable for conveying the mounting box 20, and the blanking plate 26 is suitable for being attached to one end of the secondary track 200; a second support frame 28 is further arranged between the box loading part and the cutting part, the second support frame 28 is suitable for being arranged on a rack of the secondary rail 200, a third air cylinder 29 is arranged on the second support frame 28, the output end of the third air cylinder 29 is suitable for penetrating through the second support frame 28 and downwards and is connected with a baffle 30, the baffle 30 is suitable for limiting formed bean curd to enter the mounting box 20 in batches, and the input end of the secondary rail 200 is connected with a stepping motor, so that the secondary rail 200 intermittently advances to ensure stable feeding and achieve the effect of stably dropping the box.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, a heat-sealing unit 4, the heat-sealing unit 4 being adapted to heat-seal closed the boxed bean curd; the heat sealing unit 4 comprises a heat sealing conveyor belt 31, a feeding push rod 32, a positioning frame and a heat sealing machine 33, wherein a plurality of groups of regular positioning grooves 34 are formed in the positioning frame, the positioning grooves 34 are suitable for bearing the mounting box 20, the positioning frame is mounted on the heat sealing conveyor belt 31, and the feeding push rod 32 is suitable for pushing the mounting box 20 into the positioning grooves 34;
the counter 35 and the ascending cylinder 36 are installed on one side of the feeding push rod 32, the output end of the ascending cylinder 36 faces downwards, the cylinder body of the ascending cylinder 36 is installed on the heat-sealing conveyor belt 31, the clamping plate 37 is installed on the output end of the ascending cylinder 36, the counter 35 is suitable for lifting the clamping plate 37 and clamping the corresponding mounting box 20 after reaching the rated number, and the heat sealing machine 33 is suitable for heat-sealing the opened mounting box 20. The number of the mounting boxes 20 for material loading is limited to 3 by the ascending air cylinder 36, and then the mounting boxes are pushed into the positioning groove 34 by the feeding push rod 32.
A sterilizing unit 5, the sterilizing unit 5 being installed at the rear end of the heat-sealing unit 4 and adapted to sterilize the sealed boxed bean curd.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the upper belt cloth 9 and the lower belt cloth 6 at the forming unit 2 are relatively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the broken bean curd, a second rail 8 is arranged in parallel with the main rail 100 and is positioned above the main rail 100, and the second rail 8 and the main rail 100 rotate in opposite directions; the horizontal length of the second rail 8 is greater than 1/2 of the horizontal length of the forming unit 2, so that the forming time is ensured, and the height of the formed bean curd is limited.
The material crushing rods 11 are arranged in two groups, a first air cylinder 21 is arranged on each group of material crushing rods 11, the output end of each first air cylinder 21 is fixedly connected with each material crushing rod 11, the first air cylinders 21 are suitable for driving the material crushing rods 11 to move, the bottom ends of the material crushing rods 11 are provided with a plurality of groups of cutting columns 22, and the plurality of groups of cutting columns 22 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed at the bottoms of the material crushing rods 11;
the sterilizing unit 5 comprises a sterilizing cooler 38, and the finished boxed bean curd on the heat-sealing conveyor belt 31 is conveyed into the sterilizing cooler 38 after being heat-sealed; a cooling tank 39 is arranged on one side of the sterilizing cooler 38 back to the heat sealing machine 33, low-temperature water is stored in the cooling tank 39, and the cooling water is suitable for quickly cooling the finished boxed bean curd.
The first rail 7, the second rail 8, the main rail 100 and the secondary rail 200 are all driven to drive the roller shafts to drive the conveyor belt to rotate, the conveyor belt is further provided with upper belt cloth 9 and lower belt cloth 6, and the steering effect is achieved through rollers at corresponding turning points.
The bean curd sequentially undergoes: the initial setting bean curd, the broken bean curd, the formed bean curd and the storage are stored in the mounting box 20, and the single bean curd mounting is completed.

firstly, marinating, namely, marinating the raw materials after stirring and grinding to form initial set bean curd in a storage container;
secondly, a feeding unit (1) places the primary setting bean curd on a corresponding main rail (100), the primary setting bean curd is cured and solidified through movement along the main rail (100), two groups of crushing rods (11) are inserted into the bottom end of the primary setting bean curd, the primary setting bean curd is broken into whole pieces through vertical reciprocating movement to form broken bean curd, and multiple groups of crushing rods and a first air cylinder are arranged and are arranged in a crossed mode;

the spraying area (15) comprises an upper spraying frame (40) and a lower spraying frame (41), the upper spraying frame (40) comprises a connecting plate (42), the connecting plate (42) is connected with the main track (100), spraying pipes (43) are installed on the connecting plate (42), two groups of spraying pipes (43) are installed symmetrically, the spraying pipes (43) are bending pipes and are all rotatably connected with the connecting plate (42), a driving cylinder (44) is also installed on the connecting plate (42), a sliding block (45) is installed at the output piston end of the driving cylinder (44), a sliding groove (46) is formed in the connecting plate (42) located at the sliding block (45), the sliding block (45) is installed in the sliding groove (46), one end of each group of the spraying pipes (43) is connected with the sliding block (45), and the driving cylinder (44) is suitable for driving the two groups of the spraying pipes (43) to rotate;
