本发明公开了一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,包括预浸泡、回色、清理等步骤,经过处理的昆虫复眼可恢复原有颜色并持续4小时左右,可用于标本的观察和拍照,为拍摄样本并记录下复眼的颜色提供重要的证据,作为证据基础可以为后人的研究提供重要的形态学基础,为定种及近似种的鉴定提供证据,在科研和快速鉴定方面发挥重要作用。

一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及昆虫研究技术领域,具体涉及一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法。
背景技术
作为昆虫研究者,要想捕捉双翅目虻科和长足虻科等苍蝇眼中的鲜艳色彩,必须在采集后不久就拍摄它们,因为这些类群的昆虫死后不久,它们的眼睛就会开始失去光泽。眼睛颜色的变化可以通过冷冻来延迟,但降解会立即开始,并在昆虫解冻后加速。在干燥的标本中,虻科独特的复眼颜色图案、横条纹和弯曲图案都随着昆虫的致死而消失了。而复眼在一些双翅目类群中是鉴定种类的重要特征,复眼的颜色和物种关系之间有着千丝万缕的联系,在鉴定至科、属、种的过程中,是关键的构造。而一张完整的昆虫整体照片,及复眼的局部照片,也是发表高质量论文的重要环节。
通常情况下,野外采集的昆虫在制作标本后,带回实验室进行进一步研究。因此在研究时,复眼通常已经失去原有色彩,这个问题一直没有良好的方法解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,解决了昆虫在被制作成标本后,复眼通常已经失去原有色彩,导致记录或描述数据不充分的问题,使用该方法处理过的昆虫,拍照后即可得到全彩图像,使得描述或评价更加客观和充分。
本发明提供了一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,并含有如下技术方案:
(S1)还软:将昆虫浸泡在温水中(昆虫在温水中可使身体迅速变软,视虫体大小也可以用较高温度的水节约时间);其中,当虫体为2mm左右时选用35℃的水,当虫体为4cm时选用70℃,处理双翅目昆虫时水温最高不超过70℃。
(S2)保湿:在容器中加入饱和的洗衣粉溶液,用于降低水的表面张力。润湿昆虫复眼(加入洗衣粉产生泡沫的量应很小,其目的是在不需要大量冲洗的情况下提高昆虫的润湿性;可以用洗衣粉,加了肥皂从水槽里取一小块高尔夫球大小的泡沫,将该团泡沫放在装有温水的小容器(约150ml)上)。
(S3)回色:视标本大小及受损程度,浸泡10min~4h,直至复眼恢复原有颜色;其中,浸泡时间与虫体大小、受损程度成正比,当虫体为2mm左右时浸泡10min,当虫体为4cm左右时浸泡4h。
(S4)清理:用清水轻轻地冲洗浸泡后的昆虫头部,然后小心地吸干水渍(去除污渍,保持干燥情况下为拍照记录或后续研究做准备)。
通常情况下,眼睛的颜色会恢复,并可持续4小时左右,修复后的复眼颜色可用来拍摄样本并记录下复眼的颜色。
本发明的双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,解决了昆虫死后复眼失色的问题,具有以下优点:

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,并含有如下技术方案:
(1)还软:将昆虫浸泡在温水中(昆虫在温水中可使身体迅速变软,视虫体大小也可以用较高温度的水节约时间);其中,当虫体为2mm左右时选用35℃的水,当虫体为4cm时选用70℃,处理双翅目昆虫时水温最高不超过70℃。
(2)保湿:在容器中加入饱和的洗衣粉溶液,用于降低水的表面张力。润湿昆虫复眼(加入洗衣粉产生泡沫的量应很小,其目的是在不需要大量冲洗的情况下提高昆虫的润湿性;可以用洗衣粉,加了肥皂从水槽里取一小块高尔夫球大小的泡沫,将该团泡沫放在装有温水的小容器(约150ml)上)。
(3)回色:视标本大小及受损程度,浸泡10min~4h,直至复眼恢复原有颜色;其中,浸泡时间与虫体大小、受损程度成正比,当虫体为2mm左右时浸泡10min,当虫体为4cm左右时浸泡4h。
(4)清理:用清水轻轻地冲洗浸泡后的昆虫头部,然后小心地吸干水渍(去除污渍,保持干燥情况下为拍照记录或后续研究做准备)。
通常情况下,复眼的颜色会恢复,并可持续4个小时左右,修复后的复眼颜色可用来拍摄样本并记录下复眼的颜色。
进一步地,该方法适用于多数双翅目(通常为2mm~4cm)受损膜复眼的回复颜色,此方法在长足虻科、虻科等昆虫上已得到验证并取得了良好的效果,如图1、图2所示。不仅复眼的颜色可以恢复,在一些复眼具有金属光泽的类群中,其金属光泽也可得到一定程度的恢复。
进一步地,该方法同理可用于其他复眼颜色具光泽的昆虫(如蜻蜓等),由于蜻蜓个体较大可能需要更长的时间,可视具体情况而定。

Claims (3)

1.一种双翅目昆虫复眼回色的处理方法,其特征在于,该方法包含如下步骤:
(S1)还软:将昆虫浸泡在温水中;其中,当虫体为2mm左右时选用35℃的水,当虫体为4cm时选用70℃,处理双翅目昆虫时水温最高不超过70℃;
(S2)保湿:在容器中加入饱和的洗衣粉溶液,用于降低水的表面张力。润湿昆虫复眼;
(S3)回色:视标本大小及受损程度,浸泡10min~4h,直至复眼恢复原有颜色;其中,浸泡时间与虫体大小、受损程度成正比,当虫体为2mm左右时浸泡10min,当虫体为4cm左右时浸泡4h;
(S4)清理:用清水轻轻地冲洗浸泡后的昆虫头部,然后小心地吸干水渍;
处理后的昆虫复眼可恢复原有颜色,并持续4h左右。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的处理方法在双翅目昆虫受损膜复眼回色上的应用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的双翅目昆虫包括长足虻科和虻科昆虫。
