The range hood is a common kitchen appliance and is used for ensuring the cleanness of kitchen air in the cooking process. In the prior art, some range hoods are provided with air curtain devices, and the air curtain which is used for generating normal-temperature drying through air supply of a fan prevents oil smoke from escaping. A cleaning system is installed in some range hoods, parts such as impellers are cleaned, and when the range hoods need to be cleaned, an external water box is usually needed. Therefore, the range hood has a complex structure, high cost and inconvenient use.
Based on this, referring to fig. 1, some embodiments of the present application provide a range hood 100 including a smoke collecting hood 1, a water storage box 2, a volute assembly 3, a washing device 4, and an air curtain device 5.
The fume collecting hood 1 is provided with a fume inlet 101, and the fume collecting hood 1 is covered above the cooker. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the smoke collecting cover 1 may include a cover 102, the cover 102 may include a smoke collecting plate 1021 and a side wall 1022 surrounding the smoke collecting plate 1021 and connected to an edge of the smoke collecting plate 1021, and the smoke inlet 101 may be opened on the smoke collecting plate 1021. Therefore, the smoke collecting plate 1021 and the side wall 1022 can enclose a cavity with an opening facing the stove, so that waste burnt by the stove and oil smoke generated by cooking can be collected conveniently.
In order to discharge the waste generated by the combustion of the cooker and the cooking fume generated by cooking outdoors, as shown in fig. 2, the volute component 3 includes a volute 301 and an impeller 302 arranged in the volute 301, and the volute 301 is connected with the fume collecting hood 1. Based on this, in order to enable the volute component 3 to absorb oil smoke, the volute component 3 may further include a fan 303, the fan 303 may be connected with the volute 301 through a threaded connection, and the impeller 302 may be in transmission connection with an output shaft of the fan 303. The impeller 302 rotates under the driving action of the fan 303, sucks the oil smoke into the volute 301, discharges the oil smoke out of the volute 301 from the smoke discharge port 304 communicated with the volute 301, and discharges the oil smoke to the outside through the smoke discharge pipe connected with the smoke discharge port 304.
On this basis, in order to support and fix the volute component 3 and the smoke collecting cover 1, as shown in fig. 1, the range hood 100 may further include a frame 6, which is enclosed outside the volute component 3 and located on the smoke outlet side of the cover body 102 of the smoke collecting cover 1. The lower end of the frame 6 is connected with the edge of the smoke inlet 101 of the smoke collecting cover 1, and the volute 301 in the volute component 3 can be connected with the frame 6 through a threaded connection piece, i.e. the volute 301 is indirectly connected with the smoke collecting cover 1 through the frame 6. An air channel is formed in the frame 6, so that oil smoke can enter the air channel enclosed by the frame 6 from the smoke inlet 101, and then is sucked into the volute 301 and discharged from the smoke outlet 304.
After the range hood 100 is used for a long time, oil stains are accumulated on the volute 301 and the impeller 302, and in order to clean the volute 301 and the impeller 302, as shown in fig. 4, the water storage box 2 has a first air inlet 201, a first air outlet 202 and a first water outlet 203. For example, the water storage box 2 can be connected with the smoke collecting hood 1; alternatively, the water storage box 2 may be connected to the frame 1, and may be used. As shown in fig. 5, one end of the cleaning device 4 is connected to the first water outlet 203, and the other end is connected to the volute 301 (shown in fig. 2). The cleaning device 4 is used for spraying the liquid in the water storage box 2 into the volute 301. Therefore, when the water storage box 2 contains the cleaning liquid (such as hot water), the cleaning device 4 can spray the cleaning liquid into the volute 301 to clean the volute 301 and the impeller 302, so that the range hood 100 does not need to be cleaned manually by a user, and the use convenience of the user is improved.
In order to prevent the oil smoke from escaping and improve the comfort of the user, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the air curtain device 5 is communicated with the first air outlet 202 (as shown in fig. 4) of the water storage box 2, and the other end of the air curtain device has a first air outlet 501 (as shown in fig. 6), and the first air outlet 501 is arranged at the edge of the smoke collection cover 1. For example, the first air outlet 501 may be located inside the smoke collecting hood 1; alternatively, the first air outlet 501 may be located outside the fume collecting hood 1, and all of them may be used. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first air outlet 501 may be provided at a front edge of the smoke collecting hood 1, and arranged in a straight line in a left-right direction of the range hood 100; alternatively, the first air outlet 501 may be disposed at the front edge, the left edge and the right edge of the exhaust fume collecting cover 1.
In order to control the range hood 100, as shown in fig. 1, the range hood 100 further includes a controller (not shown in the figure) and an operation panel 7, and the controller and the operation panel 7 are disposed on the smoke collecting hood 1, so that a user can conveniently operate and control the range hood 100.
In summary, according to the range hood 100 provided by the invention, the smoke inlet 101 is arranged on the smoke collecting hood 1, the volute 301 is connected with the smoke collecting hood 1, and the impeller 302 is arranged inside the volute 301, so that when the impeller 302 rotates, waste generated by combustion of the stove and oil smoke generated by cooking can enter the volute 301 from the smoke inlet 101 on the smoke collecting hood 1, and the waste and the oil smoke are discharged from the smoke outlet of the volute 301 under the action of the impeller 302, thereby ensuring the cleanness of air in a kitchen; the water storage box 2 is provided with the first air inlet 201 and the first air outlet 202, one end of the air curtain device 5 is communicated with the first air outlet 202, and the other end of the air curtain device is provided with the first air outlet 501 arranged at the edge of the smoke collecting hood 1, so that when cold water or ice water is filled in the water storage box 2, the air curtain device 5 can generate a low-temperature air curtain with water vapor at the edge of the smoke collecting hood 1, and not only can the effect of collecting oil smoke to isolate the oil smoke from a user be achieved, but also the effect of cooling can be achieved, and the comfort of the user is improved; be equipped with first delivery port 203 through water storage box 2, belt cleaning device 4's one end is linked together with first delivery port 203, and the other end is connected with spiral case 301 for also liquid (like hot water) in the water storage box 2 drenches in spiral case 301, makes belt cleaning device 4 can utilize liquid (like hot water) in the water storage box 2 to wash spiral case 301 and impeller 302, has guaranteed the cleanness of lampblack absorber 100. Therefore, the range hood 100 has a function of generating a cooling air curtain and also has a function of cleaning the volute 301 and the impeller 302.
In addition, through communicating belt cleaning device 4 and air curtain device 5 with water storage box 2 simultaneously, make water storage box 2 both can hold cold water or frozen water, make air curtain device 5 produce the moist air curtain of low temperature, can hold cleaning fluid (like hot water) again, make belt cleaning device 4 wash spiral case 301 and impeller 302, therefore, need not to dispose the water storage box separately for air curtain device 5 and belt cleaning device 4, therefore belt cleaning device 4 and air curtain device 5's installation space has been saved, the structure of lampblack absorber 100 has been simplified, the cost is reduced, and the user of being convenient for uses.
In order to enhance the effect of the air curtain on isolating the oil smoke and the comfort of the user, referring to fig. 8 (fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 7), in some embodiments, the range hood 100 further includes an ultrasonic atomization device 8. The ultrasonic atomization device 8 is arranged in the water storage box 2 and is used for atomizing the liquid in the water storage box 2 into fog drops. So design, when the air curtain device 5 of lampblack absorber 100 is opened, can make ultrasonic atomization device 8 open simultaneously, ultrasonic atomization device 8 atomizes into the fog droplet with the water in the water storage box 2, along with the air current from the first gas outlet 202 of water storage box 2 spout behind flowing to first exhaust vent 501, make the air curtain that air curtain device 5 produced have the water smoke, can strengthen the effect of isolated oil smoke, in addition, when containing frozen water in the water storage box 2, the water smoke in the air curtain can also cool down to near the air of top of a kitchen range, reinforcing user's comfort level. On this basis, set up ultrasonic atomization device 8 in water storage box 2, can also save ultrasonic atomization device 8's installation space for lampblack absorber 100's structure is compacter.
As one possible implementation, referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the ultrasonic atomization device 8 includes a holder 801 and at least one ultrasonic atomization structure 802. The bracket 801 is connected with the inner wall of the water storage box 2. The ultrasonic atomizing structure 802 includes a conduit 8021, a siphon cotton 8022 and an atomizing plate 8023. The conduit 8021 is connected with the bracket 801 and communicated with the inner cavity of the water storage box 2; the conduit 8021 has opposing first and second ends 80211, 80212. The siphon cotton 8022 is filled in the conduit 8021, and the end of the siphon cotton 8022 close to the first end 80211 is in contact with the bottom wall of the water storage box 2. The atomizing plate 8023 is disposed at the second end 80212 of the conduit 8021 and contacts the siphon cotton 8022. Therefore, the bracket 801 supports the conduit 8021 in the water storage box 2, the siphon cotton 8022 filled in the conduit 8021 keeps moisture in the siphon water storage box 2, and the atomizing sheet 8023 in contact with the siphon cotton 8022 atomizes liquid (such as water) in contact with the atomizing sheet 8022 into mist drops after being electrified, so that the air curtain generated by the air curtain device 5 is provided with water mist, the effect of isolating oil smoke can be enhanced, and in addition, when ice water is filled in the water storage box 2, the water mist in the air curtain can also cool air near a cooking bench, so that the comfort of a user is enhanced.
Illustratively, the bracket 801 may be connected to the bottom wall of the water storage box 2; alternatively, the bracket 801 may be connected to a side wall of the water storage box 2, and both may be used.
Illustratively, the conduit 8021 may be connected to the stent 801 by a threaded connection; alternatively, the conduit 8021 may be integrally formed with the stent 801, and may be used.
Illustratively, the conduit 8021 may extend in the height direction of the water storage box 2; alternatively, the conduit 8021 may extend in other directions, and may be used.
Illustratively, the atomizing plate 8023 can be snap-fit to the second end 80212 of the conduit 8021; alternatively, the atomizing plate 8023 can be disposed on the second end 80212 of the conduit 8021 in other manners, and all of them can be applied.
Illustratively, a filter screen is further disposed between the siphon cotton 8022 and the atomizing plate 8023, so that the liquid (e.g., water) contacted by the atomizing plate 8023 can be filtered to protect the atomizing plate 8023.
For example, the first air outlet 202 may be disposed above the ultrasonic atomization structure 802, so as to facilitate the water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomization structure 802 to be discharged out of the water storage box 2 in time.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the number of the ultrasonic atomization structures 802 is two, and the bottom wall of the water storage box 2 is obliquely arranged along the connecting line of the first ends 80211 of the two conduits 8021. Here, the oblique setting means an oblique setting with respect to a horizontal plane. So design, when the liquid in water storage box 2 is less, 2 diapire lower departments of water storage box can converge liquid for the ultrasonic atomization structure 802 that is located 2 diapire lower positions of water storage box still can produce water smoke, has guaranteed air curtain device 5's performance, and then has guaranteed lampblack absorber 100's performance.
For example, the bottom wall of the water storage box 2 may be inclined at an angle α of 0.5 °.
Illustratively, two conduits 8021 may be arranged parallel to each other, thus facilitating the design of the stent 801 and facilitating the mounting of the ultrasonic atomization structure 802 with the stent 1.
To increase the comfort of the user, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the water storage box 2 includes a first box 204, a first cover 205, and a carrier tray 206 (shown in fig. 10). The first container 204 has a first opening 2041. The first cover 205 is disposed on the first opening 2041. The carrying tray 206 is disposed in the first box 204 and located at the first opening 2041, and the carrying tray 206 has a plurality of holes. By the design, ice blocks can be placed on the bearing tray 206 and melt under the action of air flow to form ice water, the ice water drops to the bottom of the first box body 204 from the leakage holes in the bearing tray 206 and can be atomized into fog drops by the ultrasonic atomization device 8, so that an air curtain generated by the air curtain device 5 contains cool water mist, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the first air inlet 201, the first air outlet 202 and the first water outlet 203 may be opened on a side wall of the first box 204, wherein the first air inlet 201 and the first air outlet 202 may be as far as possible to prevent water mist generated by the ultrasonic atomization device 8 from escaping out of the water storage box 2 through the first air inlet 201.
For example, the edge of the carrying tray 206 may correspond to the center point of the first air inlet 201, so that part of the air flow entering the water storage box 2 from the first air inlet 201 may pass through the carrying tray 206, and when ice cubes are placed on the carrying tray 206, the melting speed of the ice cubes 206 may be accelerated, and the cooling effect of the air curtain is ensured.
For example, sealing rubber strips are arranged on the peripheral sides of the first cover 205 and the first box 204 and located between the first cover 205 and the first box 204 to ensure the sealing performance of the water storage box 2.
As a possible implementation, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the air curtain device 5 includes an air outlet pipe 502 and a first driving pump 503. The air outlet pipe 502 is arranged at the edge of the fume collecting hood 1 and extends along the edge of the fume collecting hood 1; a plurality of first air outlet holes 501 (as shown in fig. 6) are formed in the side wall of the air outlet pipe 502, and the first air outlet holes 501 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air outlet pipe 502. The first driving pump 503 is connected between the first air outlet 202 and the air outlet pipe 502, and is used for driving the air flow from the water storage box 2 to the air outlet pipe 502. By the design, the air flow can be driven by the first driving pump 503 to flow from the water storage box 2 to the air outlet pipe 502, and the air curtain is sprayed out from the first air outlet holes 501 to form an even air curtain, so that the air curtain is simple and convenient to operate and easy to realize.
Illustratively, the first driving pump 503 may be an electromagnetic air pump.
Illustratively, the diameter of the first air outlet hole 501 is not less than 2mm (e.g., the diameter of the first air outlet hole 501 may be 2mm or 3mm or 4 mm).
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the driving airflow from the water storage box 2 to the air outlet pipe 502 may also be realized by a fan connected between the first air outlet 202 and the air outlet pipe 502.
In order to make the whole structure of the range hood 100 more compact, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the smoke collecting cover 1 includes the aforementioned cover body 102, a surrounding plate 103, a connecting frame 104, and a top plate 105 (as shown in fig. 2). The housing 102 has a smoke inlet 101. The shroud 103 is arranged around the enclosure 102. The connecting frame 104 is disposed around the cover 102 and connected between the edge of the cover 102 and the enclosing plate 103. The top plate 105 is positioned on the smoke outlet side of the housing 102; the top plate 105 covers the opening of the enclosing plate far away from the connecting frame 104. The housing 102, the enclosing plate 103 and the top plate 105 enclose an accommodating cavity 106 (as shown in fig. 11), and the water storage box 2, the air outlet pipe 502, the first driving pump 503 and part of the cleaning device 4 are located in the accommodating cavity 106. So design can make water storage box 2 and wind curtain device 5 all be located and hold chamber 106, in addition, can also make partly belt cleaning device 4 be located and hold chamber 106, and another part belt cleaning device 4 is located frame 6, so, can make the structure of the complete machine of lampblack absorber 100 compacter, and the outward appearance aesthetic property of complete machine is good.
Illustratively, the enclosure 103 may include a front panel 1031, a back panel 1032, a left side panel (not shown in the drawings), and a right side panel 1033, wherein the controller and operation panel 7 may be provided on the front panel 1031.
Illustratively, the connecting frame 104 may be a ring-shaped plate, an inner circumferential edge of the connecting frame 104 is connected with an edge of the cover 102, and an outer circumferential edge of the connecting frame 104 is connected with an edge of the enclosing plate 103.
For example, in the case that the water storage box 2 includes the first box 204, the first cover 205 and the carrying tray 206, the first box 204 may be connected to the top plate 105 in a snap-fit manner, the top plate 105 may be provided with an avoiding opening of the water storage box 2, and the first cover 205 is located on a side of the top plate 105 away from the cover 102, so that the first cover 205 is convenient to open to add water or ice to the water storage box 2.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the connection frame 104 includes a first connection frame 1041 located on the air inlet side of the scroll assembly 3, i.e., the first connection frame 1041 is connected between the front panel 1031 and the housing 102, and the first connection frame 1041 may be perpendicular to the axis of the impeller 302. The first connecting frame 1041 is provided with a plurality of second air outlets 1042 (as shown in fig. 3). The air outlet pipes 502 are connected to the first connection frame 1041, and the first air outlet holes 501 correspond to the second air outlet holes 1042 one by one. By such design, the air outlet pipe 502 can be located in the accommodating cavity 106, and the first connection frame 1041 can enable the air flow in the air outlet pipe 502 to pass through the first connection frame 1041 from the second air outlet 1042 without arranging an avoiding groove connected with the air outlet pipe 502, and an air curtain is formed below the exhaust fume collecting hood 1. The structural connection is reliable, the strength of the connecting frame 104 is ensured, and the integral strength of the fume collecting hood 1 is further ensured.
To prevent oil smoke from entering the interior of the air curtain device 5, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the air curtain device 5 further includes a driving member 504, a connecting rod 505, and a plurality of latches 506. The driving member 504 is connected to the hood 1. A link 505 is connected to the drive end of the driver 504. One end of the locking member 506 penetrates through the air outlet pipe 502 to be connected with the connecting rod 505, and the other end is positioned in the air outlet pipe 502. A blocking member 506 is used to close or open a first air outlet 501 under the action of the driving member 504. So design, can be under the condition that does not need the air curtain, make the shutting 506 seal first exhaust vent 501, prevent that the oil smoke from entering into inside the air curtain device 5 from first exhaust vent 501, perhaps accumulate at first exhaust vent 501 and form the greasy dirt and drip on the top of a kitchen range.
Illustratively, the actuating member 504 may be an electromagnetic lock, which is connected to the surface of the front panel 1031 facing the receiving chamber 106 via a bracket 507 and a threaded connection.
Illustratively, the connecting rod 505 may have a plate shape, and extend in parallel and in the same direction as the air outlet pipe 502.
For example, as shown in fig. 12, the locking member 506 is in a rod shape, and one end of the locking member 506 away from the connecting rod 505 is provided with a positioning shoulder, when the locking member 506 closes the first air outlet 501, the end of the locking member 506 is matched with the first air outlet 501, and the end surface of the positioning shoulder is abutted with the inside of the air outlet pipe 502. For another example, when the locking member 506 closes the first air outlet 501, the end surface of the locking member 506 away from the connecting rod 505 may be flush with the surface of the first connecting frame 1041 away from the accommodating cavity 106, so that the step surface formed between the end surface of the locking member 506 and the surface of the first connecting frame 1041 may be prevented from causing oil stains to easily accumulate and drip onto the cooking bench, and the appearance of the range hood 100 is smooth and beautiful.
In order to make the air curtain airflow as clean as possible, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments the range hood 100 further comprises an air intake box 9. As shown in fig. 8, the air intake box 9 includes a second box 901, a second cover 902, and filter cotton 903. The second box 901 has a second opening 9011, a second air outlet 9012 is further formed in the second box 901, and the second air outlet 9012 is communicated with the first air inlet 201. The second cover 902 covers the second opening 9011, and a plurality of second air inlets 9021 (shown in fig. 7) are formed on the periphery of the second cover 902. The filter cotton 903 is disposed at the second opening 9011. So design, when opening air curtain device 5 and producing the air curtain, the air current enters into the box 9 from the second air inlet 9021 of box 9 of admitting air, and in second gas outlet 9012 and first air inlet 202 entered into water storage box 2 again, at this in-process, filter pulp 903 filters the air current, prevents to have harm user's health such as tiny dust in the air curtain of lampblack absorber 100. In addition, the second air inlet 9021 is opened on the periphery of the second cover 902, so that dirt above the air inlet box 9 can be prevented from directly falling into the air inlet box 9 from the second air inlet 9021. In addition, through the first air inlet 202 department intercommunication box 9 that admits air at water storage box 2, when filter pulp 903 does not filter the tiny dust in the air current completely, second box body 901 can play the effect of storing tiny dust, and simultaneously, can also hold substances such as active carbon in the second box body 901, play the effect that purifies the flavor to the air current.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, in the case that the smoke collecting hood 1 includes the hood body 102, the enclosing plate 103, the connecting frame 104 and the top plate 105, the second box body 901 of the air intake box 9 may be located in the accommodating chamber 106, the top plate 105 is provided with an escape opening of the air intake box 9, and the second cover body 902 of the air intake box 9 is located on a side of the top plate 105 away from the accommodating chamber 106, so that the second cover body 902 is convenient to open to replace the filter cotton 903.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when the air inlet box 9 is installed, the front panel 1031 is farther away from the water storage box 2, so that the oil smoke dissipated from the range hood 100 can be prevented from entering the air inlet box 9 as much as possible and the air flow of the air curtain is not clean enough.
As one possible implementation, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, volute 301 includes volute bulkhead 3011, volute top plate 3012, and volute bottom plate 3013, volute bulkhead 3011 being connected between volute top plate 3012 and volute bottom plate 3013; volute bulkhead 3011 has a plurality of water inlets 30111 (shown in FIG. 13). As shown in fig. 5, the cleaning device 4 includes a water pipe 401 and a second drive pump 402. One end of the water pipe 401 is connected with the first water outlet 203 of the water storage box 2, and the other end is connected with the volute casing 3011 (as shown in fig. 13). A plurality of second water outlets (not shown) are formed on the water pipe 401, and one second water outlet corresponds to one water inlet 30111. The second drive pump 402 is connected to the water pipe 401. By such design, the second driving pump 402 can deliver the liquid (such as hot water) in the water storage box 2 to the second water outlet, and the liquid is sprayed into the volute 301 through the water inlet 30111 to clean the volute 301 and the impeller 302.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the water inlet 30111 may be disposed at the upper end of the volute bulkhead 3011, that is, the water inlet 30111 may be disposed at the end of the volute bulkhead 3011 far from the exhaust fume collecting hood 1, so that the liquid (e.g., hot water) from the water storage box 2 may flow through the impeller 302 twice from top to bottom, which facilitates more efficient washing of the impeller 302.
Illustratively, water tube 401 may be secured by a mount to the surface of volute bulkhead 3011 on the side away from impeller 302.
Illustratively, the second drive pump 402 may be an electromagnetic pump.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the volute bulkhead 3011 (i.e., the end near the fume collecting hood 1) has an oil outlet 30112. On the basis, the range hood 100 further comprises an oil guide groove 10 which is located below the oil outlet 30112 and connected with the volute casing 3011. The oil guiding groove 10 is used for guiding waste oil from the volute 301 into the accommodating cavity 106 of the fume collecting cover 1, and flows into the oil cup 11 from a guiding hole 1043 (shown in fig. 3) at the lower end of the connecting frame 104. Wherein, the oil cup 11 can be clamped with the connecting frame 104.
Referring to fig. 14, some embodiments of the present invention further provide a control method of a range hood, which is used for controlling the range hood 100 of any of the embodiments, wherein the range hood 100 further includes the aforementioned controller, the controller is electrically connected with the air curtain device 5 and the cleaning device 4, and the control method includes S100 to S300.
S100: receiving an operation instruction from a user, the operation instruction being used to determine an operation mode of the range hood 100.
Before step S100, the power of range hood 100 needs to be turned on.
For example, the operation mode may be an air curtain mode or a cleaning mode or a combined air curtain cleaning mode.
For example, in the case that the range hood 100 further includes the operation panel 7, the operation instruction received from the user may be an operation instruction received from the user triggering the operation panel 7 to issue.
S200: and sending prompt information of adding working media into the water storage box 2 to a user according to the operation mode.
For example, if the operation mode is the air curtain mode, the controller sends a prompt message recommending that ice cubes be added into the water storage box 2 to the user. If the operation mode is the cleaning mode, the controller sends a prompt message recommending that hot water be added into the water storage box 2 to the user. If the operation mode is the air curtain cleaning combined mode, the controller sends prompt information for adding cold water into the water storage box 2 to the user.
Illustratively, the prompt message may be a voice message; alternatively, the presentation information may be subtitle information, and may be applied to any of them.
S300: if the operation instruction determines that the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the cleaning mode, a first starting instruction is sent to the cleaning device 4; if the operation instruction determines that the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the air curtain mode, a second starting instruction is sent to the air curtain device 5; and if the operation command determines that the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the air curtain cleaning combined mode, sending a third starting command to the cleaning device 4 and the air curtain device 5. Thus, the air curtain device 5 can be independently started to generate a cooling air curtain; or the cleaning device 4 is independently started to clean the volute 301 and the impeller 302; or the air curtain device 5 and the cleaning device 4 are started simultaneously to generate the air curtain and clean the volute 301 and the impeller 302 simultaneously, and a user can select the air curtain device according to actual needs.
For example, before proceeding to step S300, the controller may further determine whether the user has added the working medium into the water storage box 2. For example, a travel switch may be disposed at the first opening 2041 of the first box body 204 of the water storage box 2, and if the controller receives a signal that the first cover 205 is opened and then closed after step S200 and before step S300, step S300 is executed to ensure that the water storage box 2 contains the corresponding working medium and to ensure the performance and effect of the range hood 100.
For example, if the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the air curtain mode, when the range hood 100 includes two ultrasonic atomization structures 802 (the ultrasonic atomization structures 802 may be electrically connected to the controller), the first driving pump 503 may be started to generate an air curtain, one ultrasonic atomization structure 802 is started after two minutes, the other ultrasonic atomization structure 802 is started after four minutes of starting the first driving pump 503, and at this time, the concentration of water mist in the air curtain is the largest, and the cooling effect is the best.
For example, if the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the cleaning mode, the fan 303 and the second driving pump 402 may be simultaneously turned on, the fan 303 drives the impeller 302 to rotate, and the second driving pump 402 sprays hot water from the water storage box 2 into the volute 301. The second drive pump 402 is stopped for one minute after every two minutes to soften the oil. For example, in the cleaning mode, the second driving pump 402 may be started four times in a cleaning cycle, during which the impeller 302 is always in a rotating state to spin off oil on the impeller 302; after the last operation of second drive pump 402, impeller 302 continues to rotate for three minutes, drying to prevent impeller 302 from rusting.
For example, if the operation mode of the range hood 100 is the air curtain cleaning combination mode, the first driving pump 503 and the second driving pump 402 may be simultaneously started, and the two ultrasonic atomization structures 802 may be simultaneously started, and the operation process of the impeller 302 and the second driving pump 402 in the cleaning cycle is as described above, and is not described herein again.
For example, after the cleaning mode or the air curtain cleaning combination mode is finished, the controller may also send a prompt message to the user to clean the oil cup 11.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
