The alarm device can also be an LED display device, and the text information of 'liquid level is low, please add spraying liquid in time' is directly displayed on the alarm device, so that a better reminding effect is achieved.
Furthermore, in order to add the spraying liquid into the accommodating part 23 conveniently, a liquid injection port is formed in the accommodating part 23, the liquid injection port is sealed through a liquid injection plug, when the spraying liquid is added into the accommodating part 23 through the liquid injection port, the liquid injection plug is pulled out from the liquid injection port, after the liquid injection is completed, the liquid injection plug is inserted into the liquid injection port, water and/or a cleaning agent can be injected into the accommodating part 23 through the liquid injection port, and when the injected spraying liquid comprises water and the cleaning agent, the effect of cleaning the inside of the range hood can be achieved. Furthermore, in order to automatically add the spray liquid to the range hood without the need of a user to add the spray liquid in person when the spray liquid is insufficient, the spray device 2 comprises a liquid injection pipe 24, the accommodating part 23 is provided with a liquid injection port, one end of the liquid injection pipe 24 is communicated with the liquid injection port of the accommodating part 23, the other end of the liquid injection pipe 24 is communicated with a liquid supply device (not shown in the figure), and the liquid injection pipe 24 is provided with a control valve (not shown in the figure) for controlling the on-off of the liquid injection pipe 24. When the liquid level in the accommodating part 23 is lower than the lowest liquid level value, a control device (not shown) of the range hood controls the control valve to open, a liquid passage between the liquid supply device and the accommodating part 23 is communicated, and liquid in the liquid supply device enters the accommodating part 23 to replenish the accommodating part 23. The liquid supply device can be a tap water pipe or a device which is arranged outside the range hood and specially contains cleaning liquid. If the liquid supply device is a tap water pipe, a liquid injection port can be additionally arranged on the accommodating part 23 and plugged by a liquid injection plug, and the liquid injection port can be used for adding cleaning agents such as liquid detergent into the accommodating part 23.
Since the accommodating part 23 is disposed at the inner side of the mounting plate 33 and the shower part 21 is disposed at the outer side of the mounting plate 33, the arrangement of the draft tube 22 is required. Specifically, the first end of the draft tube 22 passes through the mounting plate 33 from the inner side of the mounting plate 33 and is bent toward the centrifugal wind wheel 12, so that the shower portion 21 is located inside the centrifugal wind wheel 12 of the centrifugal fan 11 and/or at the air inlet of the centrifugal wind wheel 12. In a specific embodiment, when the range hood is in a position in a normal use state, the drainage tube 22 is located below the centrifugal wind wheel 12, and after the first end of the drainage tube 22 passes through the mounting plate 33, the drainage tube is bent upwards by 90 degrees and then bent towards the centrifugal wind wheel 12 by 90 degrees, so that the spraying part 21 is located inside the centrifugal wind wheel 12 or at an air inlet of the centrifugal wind wheel 12. When the filter screen 4 is disposed at the inlet end of the volute of the centrifugal fan 11, the drainage tube 22 and the spraying part 21 need to penetrate through the filter screen 4 in the bending process, and then extend into the centrifugal wind wheel 12, or the air inlet of the centrifugal wind wheel 12.
Furthermore, the water molecules and the oil stain particles which are fused together after being sprayed are accumulated together to form small liquid drops, the small liquid drops drop into the volute from the centrifugal wind wheel 12, and in order to discharge the oil stain in time, a flow guide opening (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the volute of the centrifugal fan 11 and is used for discharging the liquid in the volute out of the volute. The bottom of the range hood is provided with an oil cup 7, oil stain discharged from the volute through the flow guide opening drops into the oil cup 7, and a user can clean the oil cup 7 regularly.
The controlling means of lampblack absorber in this application links to each other with control panel 31, and the user can spray whether to need portion 21 of spraying through control panel 31 to carry out humidification liquefaction to the oil smoke and control. An operation unit 311 is provided on the control panel 31, and the operation unit 311 may be in the form of a key or may be in the form of a touch. When a user needs to perform humidification and liquefaction operations on oil smoke, the operation unit 311 is triggered when the range hood is started, and the spraying part 21 performs spraying operations towards the centrifugal wind wheel 12 in the operation process of the centrifugal fan 11. If the user does not need to perform the humidifying and liquefying operation on the oil smoke, the operation unit 311 is not triggered when the range hood is started. If the user needs to use the humidification and liquefaction function, after the operation unit 311 is triggered, the control panel 31 sends a prompt to remind the user to select whether the spraying part 21 sprays the cold mist or the hot mist, and controls the drainage tube 22 to be communicated with the first accommodating cavity or the second accommodating cavity according to the selection of the user. Because the condensation effect of the cold mist is good, the oil smoke is humidified and liquefied by using the cold mist, and the oil smoke is easier to liquefy; because the decontamination capability of the hot mist is strong, a certain decontamination and cleaning effect can be achieved when the hot mist is selected for humidifying and liquefying the oil stain. When the range hood runs, if the spraying device 2 is in a working state, the liquid level detection device is always detecting, when the liquid level detection device detects that the liquid level in the containing part 23 is lower than the lowest liquid level value, the control device controls the alarm device to give an audible and visual alarm and controls the spraying device 2 to stop working, meanwhile, the control valve in the liquid injection pipe 24 is controlled to be opened, and the spraying liquid in the liquid supply device enters the containing part 23. When the liquid level in the accommodating part 23 is higher than the highest liquid level value, the control device controls the control valve to close, cuts off a fluid passage between the liquid supply device and the accommodating part 23, stops the supply of the spraying liquid, and controls the spraying device 2 to be opened for continuous work.
The centrifugal wind wheel 12 rotates continuously in the working process, the mist spraying liquid at the spraying position is liquefied by combining with the oil stain and then thrown into the volute through the centrifugal wind wheel 12 and flows into the oil cup 7 from the flow guide opening of the volute, or a flow guide pipe (not shown in the figure) is directly connected to the flow guide opening to guide the liquid oil stain flowing out of the volute into a sewer. After the user uses the range hood and closes the range hood, the centrifugal wind wheel 12 continuously operates for 2 to 3 minutes again, the water mist on the volute and the centrifugal wind wheel 12 is thrown out, the interior of the range hood is kept dry, and bacteria breeding is avoided.
The lampblack absorber in this application has increased spray set 2, can carry out the humidification liquefaction to the greasy dirt that gets into in the lampblack absorber use, avoids the greasy dirt to enter into the environment, can also avoid the greasy dirt to adhere to on centrifugal wind wheel 12, causes centrifugal wind wheel 12 weight gain, influences its operation.
The range hood in this application simple structure has effectively solved the drawback of current range hood in oil smoke purification treatment process, has strengthened the purifying effect of range hood greatly, has important meaning to energy saving and emission reduction. Simultaneously, because the greasy dirt is spraying in-process humidification liquefaction, can form liquid greasy dirt when the water smoke granule that condenses is more, can break away from centrifugal wind wheel 12 at centrifugal wind wheel 12 operation in-process or under self action of gravity, and then discharge the lampblack absorber, the user need not to wash centrifugal fan 11, has promoted user experience.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
