Background

Generally, a gas drainer is required to be arranged at intervals of a certain distance for draining condensed water of the gas pipeline;
as disclosed in the utility model with publication number CN215411417U and name a multi-stage horizontal gas drainer, the gas drainer generally comprises an inlet drain pipe, a drainer cylinder, an outlet pipe, a drain outlet, a gas outlet, etc. which are communicated with a gas pipeline; however, because the gas contains various impurities, the impurities are easy to escape along with the gas and do not enter the drainer, water in the gas pipeline can also pass through the water outlet from the side surface and does not flow to the drainer, and the water is continuously accumulated in the gas pipeline, and after the gas pipeline runs for a long time, various corrosive media are accumulated at the bottom of the gas pipeline, so that the gas pipeline is easy to corrode, and the service life of the gas pipeline is influenced; therefore, a new gas drainage and pollution discharge device is needed to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel gas drainage and pollution discharge device, which aims to solve the problem that the existing gas drainage and pollution discharge device cannot improve the discharge efficiency of impurities in a gas pipeline.

Preferably, the stopping part of the collecting plate is a vertical plate, the cover plate part is a horizontal plate, the stopping part and the cover plate part are welded and connected or integrally formed, and two sides of the collecting plate are respectively welded and fixed along two sides of the inner wall of the gas pipeline.
Preferably, the lower part in the coal gas drainer is provided with a filter screen, the filter screen divides the interior of the coal gas drainer into an upper part and a lower part, the lower end of the connecting pipe extends to the lower part of the filter screen, a water outlet of the coal gas drainer is arranged on one side above the filter screen, and a sewage discharge outlet is arranged on one side below the filter screen.
Preferably, the water outlet and the sewage outlet of the gas drainer are both arranged on the same side, a sewage pit is arranged below one side of the water outlet and the sewage outlet, which are far away from the gas drainer, and the water outlet and the sewage outlet of the gas drainer are communicated into the sewage pit through pipelines.
Preferably, the sewage draining port is connected with a sewage draining pipeline, and a sewage draining valve is arranged on the sewage draining pipeline and used for opening sewage draining periodically.
Preferably, the lower end of the collecting funnel and the middle part of the connecting pipe are respectively provided with a valve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. The novel coal gas drainage and pollution discharge device is simple in structure and easy to realize, can reduce corrosion of corrosive substances to a coal gas pipeline, and prolongs the service life of the coal gas pipeline.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the novel gas drainage and pollution discharge device comprises a gas pipeline and a gas drainer 4, wherein the lower end of the gas pipeline is provided with a water outlet and is connected with a connecting pipe 3, the lower end of the gas pipeline is communicated with a water inlet of the gas drainer 4, the water outlet at the lower end of the gas pipeline is also provided with a collecting funnel 2, a collecting plate 1 is arranged right above the collecting funnel, the collecting plate 1 comprises a cover plate part and a stopping part, the upper part of the stopping part is positioned in the gas pipeline, the lower part of the stopping part extends into the collecting funnel 2, the cover plate part is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the stopping part and is positioned at the windward side of the stopping part, preferably, the stopping part of the collecting plate 1 is a vertical plate shape, the cover plate part and the cover plate part are welded together or integrally formed, the two sides of the collecting plate 1 are welded together along the two sides of the inner wall of the gas pipeline respectively, referring to fig. 2, and the collecting funnel 2 and the collecting plate 1 are added under the condition that the pipe diameter of the original connecting pipe 3 is not changed, the water outlet arranged at the lower end of the gas pipeline is obviously enlarged, the range capable of intercepting water and impurities in the gas pipeline is also obviously widened, the escape of the water and the impurities in the gas pipeline along with the gas or from the side surface of the water outlet can be effectively reduced, and the accumulation of corrosive substances in the gas pipeline caused by the escape of the water and the impurities can be reduced.
In order to accelerate the sedimentation of impurities in the gas drainer 4 and facilitate the drainage, the following structure is preferably adopted: the lower part in the coal gas drainer 4 is provided with a filter screen 5, the filter screen 5 divides the interior of the coal gas drainer 4 into an upper part and a lower part, the lower end of the connecting pipe 3 extends to the lower part of the filter screen 5, a water outlet of the coal gas drainer 4 is arranged on one side above the filter screen 5, and a sewage outlet is arranged on one side below the filter screen 5.
In a preferred embodiment, the outlet and the drain of the gas drainer 4 are both arranged on the same side, and the two are provided with a sump 7 below one side away from the gas drainer 4, the outlet and the drain are both communicated into the sump 7 through pipelines, the sump 7 can be arranged in a rectangular shape with the length, width and height of 1.5m for collecting and storing the sewage waste water of the gas pipeline, and the upper part of the sump is provided with a cover plate and needs to be cleaned regularly.
In addition, the sewage draining port is connected with a sewage draining pipeline, and a sewage draining valve 6 is arranged on the sewage draining pipeline and used for opening sewage draining periodically; the lower end of the collecting funnel 2 and the middle part of the connecting pipe 3 are respectively provided with a valve.
