s4, opening a pump set switch button 23, adjusting the outlet valve 2, observing the jumping conditions of the inlet pressure gauge 13, the outlet pressure gauge 14 and the flowmeter 7, and closing the pump set switch button 23 if abnormality exists.
S5, after the device to be operated normally, the device can be operated all the time, and the flow rate of the lightnings is estimated according to the flow rate displayed by the display panel 22 on the operation display panel 15. When the actual liquid flow reaches the set flow, the flowmeter 7 controls the power supply main switch 33 to be powered off, and the pump set stops running.

S7, when the battery pack 29 is full of electricity, an alternating current power supply is not needed to be connected for use, 220V alternating current is needed to be connected to the power connector 25 after the electricity of the battery pack 29 is used for charging the device, and meanwhile the device can be charged while being used; when the power display bar in the power display module of the display panel 22 is in a full grid, the power display bar is in a full power state, otherwise, the power storage is insufficient, and when the power display bar is lower than one third of the power display bar, the power display bar needs to be charged in time.
S8, when the driving motor 1 emits smoke and fires or the battery 29 emits smoke and fires due to vibration or high temperature, the fire extinguishing apparatus 11 needs to be immediately taken out to extinguish the fires.

The portable multifunctional liquid transfer device is characterized by comprising a transfer pump, wherein the transfer pump is connected with a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, a filter is arranged in the liquid inlet pipe, the liquid inlet pipe between the filter and the transfer pump is connected with an inlet pressure gauge through a pressure gauge pipe, a flowmeter is arranged in the liquid outlet pipe, an outlet pressure gauge is connected with the liquid outlet pipe between the flowmeter and the transfer pump, and an outlet valve is arranged at the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe;
the lightering pump is powered by a driving motor, the driving motor provides electric energy by a connecting cable and an electric energy component, the electric energy component comprises a main power switch, a DC24V battery pack, an AC 220V-DC 24V inverter, a DC 24V-DC3.7V transformer and a pump group contactor, and the inverter is connected with a 220V power connector;
the liquid lightering device further comprises an operation display panel, wherein the operation display panel comprises a pump set switch button, a display panel and a flow adjusting button, and the pump set switch button is used for controlling the action of a pump set contactor so as to realize the normal start and stop of a driving motor; the display panel comprises an electric quantity display module and a flow display module, wherein the electric quantity display module is connected with the battery pack through a cable so as to display the electric quantity of the battery pack, and the flow display module is connected with the flowmeter through a cable so as to measure and display the volume of liquid to be refused;
the power connector is electrically connected with the inverter, the output end of the inverter is respectively connected to the battery pack and the power master switch, the power master switch is respectively connected with the transformer and the pump set contactor, the pump set contactor is connected with and controls the driving motor, the output end of the transformer is respectively connected to the operation display panel and the flowmeter to provide electric energy, and a pump set switch button in the operation display panel is connected with the pump set contactor to control the opening and closing of the pump set contactor.
2. The liquid transfer device of claim 1, wherein the electrical energy assembly is further provided with a cable stuffing box to ensure a secure cable connection and a heat insulating and fire resistant cotton surrounding the battery pack to protect the battery pack.

The liquid transfer device of claim 1, further comprising a fixed bracket, wherein the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are communicated with the transfer pump and are fixed on the surface of the fixed bracket in a U shape, the driving motor and the electric energy component are positioned in the U-shaped space, the operation display panel, the inlet pressure gauge and the outlet pressure gauge are arranged at the bottom of the fixed bracket, and the fire extinguishing equipment is arranged at the lower left corner of the fixed bracket.
4. A liquid transfer device according to claim 3, further comprising a ground terminal which is a portion of the metal tab protruding from the fixed bracket for physically grounding the entire device.
5. The liquid lightering device of claim 4, further comprising rollers, wherein the rollers are rubber wheels, and are composed of 4 total rollers, and are fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixed bracket respectively, so that the device rolls in a flat ground moving mode;
push-pull handles are arranged at the left end and the right end of the fixed support and used for pushing and lifting the device.

The liquid lightering device of claim 1, wherein the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are fixed by adopting a clamp, the clamp comprises a base, a clamp ring and a fixing screw, the clamp ring compresses the pipeline on the base and fixes the pipeline by the fixing screw, and rubber pads are arranged at the parts of the clamp ring and the base, which are contacted with the pipeline.
7. A method of using a liquid transfer device according to any one of claims 5 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, pushing or carrying the liquid transfer device, placing the liquid transfer device at a proper position where liquid is required to be transferred, and checking the integrity of the fire extinguishing equipment to ensure normal availability;
s2, connecting an external pipeline to joints of a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, and connecting the grounding terminal to a nearby grounding terminal by using a cable;
s3, turning on the power supply main switch, checking whether the electric quantity of the battery pack and the flow rate display of the flowmeter displayed on the operation display panel are normal, and adjusting a flow rate adjusting button on the operation display panel to set the flow rate of the liquid to be rejected, wherein the display unit is rising;
s4, opening a pump set switch button, adjusting the outlet valve, observing the jumping conditions of the inlet pressure gauge, the outlet pressure gauge and the flowmeter, and closing the pump set switch button in time if the jump condition exists;
s5, after the device to be carried out normally operates, the flow of the lightering is estimated according to the flow displayed by the display panel on the operation display panel, and when the actual flow of the lightering liquid reaches the set flow, the flowmeter controls the power supply main switch to be powered off, and the pump set stops operating.
8. The method of use of claim 7, further comprising the steps of:
s6, if the set transfer amount is found to be less than the actual requirement in the transfer operation, setting a numerical value through the flow adjusting button again to carry out incremental transfer; when the set transfer amount is larger than the actual demand amount, the power supply main switch can be manually turned off when the flow displayed by the display panel reaches the actual demand amount, and the transfer work is stopped;
s7, when the battery pack is full of electricity, an alternating current power supply is not needed to be connected for use, 220V alternating current is needed to be connected to the power connector after the electricity quantity of the battery pack is used, and the device is charged while the battery pack is used; when the power display strip in the electric quantity display module of the display panel is in a full grid, the display strip is in a full power state, otherwise, the power storage is insufficient, and when the power display strip is lower than one third of the state, the display strip needs to be charged in time;
and S8, when the driving motor smokes and fires or the battery pack smokes and fires due to vibration or high temperature, the fire extinguishing equipment is required to be taken out immediately, and the fires are extinguished.
