s2, connecting an external pipeline to the joints of the liquid inlet pipe 4 and the liquid outlet pipe 9, and connecting the grounding terminal 10 to a nearby grounding end by a cable;
s3, turning on the power main switch 33, and checking whether the electric quantity of the battery pack 29 and the flow rate display of the flow meter 7 displayed on the operation display panel 15 are normal. Adjusting a flow adjusting button 34 on the operation display panel 15 to set the flow of the required lightering liquid, wherein the display unit is liter;
and S4, opening the pump unit switch button 23, adjusting the outlet valve 2, observing the jumping conditions of the inlet pressure gauge 13, the outlet pressure gauge 14 and the flowmeter 7, and timely closing the pump unit switch button 23 if abnormal conditions exist.
And S5, after the device operates normally, the device can operate all the time, and the lightered flow is estimated according to the flow displayed by the display panel 22 on the operation display panel 15. When the actual lightering liquid flow reaches the set flow, the flowmeter 7 controls the power supply main switch 33 to be powered off, and the pump set stops running.
S6, if the set lightering amount can not meet the actual requirement in lightering operation, setting a numerical value through the flow adjusting button 34 again, and performing incremental lightering; when the set lightering amount is larger than the actual demand amount, the power main switch 33 may be manually turned off when the flow rate displayed on the display panel 22 reaches the actual demand amount, and the lightering operation is stopped.
S7, when the battery pack 29 is fully charged, the battery pack is not used by connecting an ac power supply, and after the battery pack 29 is used, 220V ac power is connected to the power connector 25 to charge the device, and the device can be charged while being used; when the power display bar in the power display module of the display panel 22 is in a full state, the power display bar is in a full state, otherwise, the power storage is insufficient, and when the power display bar is in a state lower than one third, the power display bar needs to be charged in time.
S8, when the driving motor 1 smokes and fires or the battery pack 29 smokes and fires due to vibration or high temperature, the fire extinguishing apparatus 11 should be immediately taken out to extinguish the fire.
In summary, the invention provides a portable multifunctional liquid transfer device and a use method thereof, the liquid transfer device comprises a transfer pump, an electric energy component, an operation display panel and the like, a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe are communicated with the transfer pump and are fixed on the surface of a fixed support in a U shape, the U-shaped opening faces upwards, a driving motor and the electric energy component are positioned in the U-shaped space, the operation display panel, an inlet pressure gauge and an outlet pressure gauge are arranged at the bottom of the fixed support, and a fire extinguishing device is arranged at the lower left corner of the fixed support. All components are integrally arranged on the fixed support, so that the integrated portable electric water heater is convenient to carry. The invention has the advantages of reasonable design, small volume, simple operation, intelligence, multiple applicable scenes, wide application range, time and labor saving and simple flow. Compared with the similar liquid lightering device, the device has the advantages of more flexible operation, more convenient use, more intelligent monitoring and safer guarantee. The lightering device for the liquid has the advantages that the lightering of the liquid is free from the operation of multiple persons, the temporary pulling of a cable is not needed, and the manual measurement of the liquid transportation amount is not needed.

The portable multifunctional liquid lightering device is characterized by comprising a lightering pump, wherein the lightering pump is connected with a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, a filter is installed in the liquid inlet pipe, the liquid inlet pipe between the filter and the lightering pump is connected with an inlet pressure gauge through a pressure gauge pipe, a flow meter is installed in the liquid outlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe between the flow meter and the lightering pump is connected with an outlet pressure gauge, and an outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe is provided with an outlet valve;
the lightering pump provides power through a driving motor, and the driving motor provides electric energy through a connecting cable and an electric energy assembly.

The liquid lightering device of claim 1, wherein the power assembly comprises a power main switch, a DC24V battery pack, an AC 220V-to-DC 24V inverter, a DC 24V-to-DC3.7V transformer, a pump pack contactor, a power main switch, wherein the inverter is connected with a 220V power connector, the power assembly is further provided with a cable stuffing box to ensure the cable connection is stable, and heat-insulating fireproof cotton is arranged around the battery pack to protect the battery pack.

The liquid lightering device of claim 2, further comprising an operation display panel, wherein the operation display panel comprises a pump set switch button, a display panel and a flow regulating button, and the pump set switch button is used for controlling the action of a pump set contactor so as to realize the normal start and stop of the driving motor; the display panel includes electric quantity display module and flow display module, the electric quantity display module pass through the cable with the group battery is connected, in order to show the electric quantity of group battery, the flow display module pass through the cable with the flowmeter is connected, with the volume of measurement and demonstration lightering liquid.

The liquid lightering device of claim 3, wherein the power connector is electrically connected to an inverter, the output of the inverter is connected to the battery pack and the power master switch, the power master switch is connected to the transformer and the pump set contactor, the pump set contactor is connected to and controls the driving motor, the output of the transformer is connected to the operation display panel and the flowmeter to provide electric energy, the pump set switch button in the operation display panel is connected to the pump set contactor to control the opening and closing of the pump set contactor, and the operation display panel is further connected to the flow meter and the battery pack to display electric quantity and flow.

The liquid lightering device of claim 4, further comprising a fixed support, wherein the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are communicated with the lightering pump and are fixed in a U shape on the surface of the fixed support, the driving motor and the electric energy component are positioned in a U-shaped space, the operation display panel, the inlet pressure gauge and the outlet pressure gauge are arranged at the bottom of the fixed support, and the fire extinguishing equipment is arranged at the lower left corner of the fixed support.
6. The liquid lightering device of claim 5, further comprising a ground terminal, the ground terminal being a portion of a metal tab from which the fixed bracket protrudes for physically grounding the entire device.

The liquid lightering device of claim 6, further comprising rollers, wherein the rollers are rubber wheels, and the rollers are composed of 4 rollers and are respectively fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixed support to enable the device to roll in a moving manner on a flat ground; the left end and the right end of the fixed support are provided with push-pull handles for pushing and lifting the device.

The liquid lightering device of claim 1, wherein the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are fixed by a clamp, the clamp comprises a base, a clamp ring and a fixing screw, the clamp ring presses the pipeline on the base and completes fixation through the fixing screw, and rubber pads are arranged on the clamp ring and the contact part of the base and the pipeline.
9. A method of using a liquid lightering apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, pushing or handling the liquid transfer device, placing it in the appropriate location where liquid is to be transferred and checking the integrity of the fire fighting equipment to ensure normal availability;
s2, connecting an external pipeline to the joint of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe, and connecting the grounding terminal to a nearby grounding terminal by a cable;
and S3, turning on the power main switch, and checking whether the electric quantity of the battery pack and the flow display of the flowmeter displayed on the operation display panel are normal. Adjusting a flow adjusting button on the operation display panel to set the flow of the liquid to be transported, wherein the display unit is liter;
s4, opening a pump unit switch button, adjusting the outlet valve, observing the jumping conditions of an inlet pressure gauge, an outlet pressure gauge and the flowmeter, and timely closing the pump unit switch button if abnormity occurs;
s5, after the device runs normally, the refuted flow is estimated according to the flow displayed by the display panel on the operation display panel, and after the actual refuted liquid flow reaches the set flow, the flow meter controls the power supply main switch to be powered off, and the pump set stops running.
10. The method of use of claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
s6, if the set lightering amount can not meet the actual requirement in lightering operation, setting a numerical value through the flow adjusting button again to carry out incremental lightering; when the set lightering amount is larger than the actual demand amount, the power supply main switch can be manually turned off when the flow displayed by the display panel reaches the actual demand amount, and lightering work is stopped;
s7, when the battery pack is fully charged, the battery pack is not required to be connected with an alternating current power supply for use, and after the electric quantity of the battery pack is used up, 220V alternating current needs to be connected to the power supply connector for charging the device while using; when a power supply display bar in an electric quantity display module of the display panel is in a full grid state, the power supply display bar is in a full grid state, otherwise, the power supply display bar is in a low power storage state, and when the power supply display bar is in a state lower than one third, the power supply display bar needs to be charged in time;
and S8, when the driving motor smokes and fires or the battery pack smokes and fires due to vibration or high temperature, the fire extinguishing equipment needs to be immediately taken out to extinguish the fire.
