Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a connecting device of a building structure, in particular to structural improvement of a groove type embedded part for connecting an energy-saving window and a curtain wall with a main body structure.
Background
Building components such as curtain walls, energy-saving windows and the like used on the existing buildings usually comprise panels or windows and supporting structures, wherein the panels or windows do not bear the load of a main structure of the building; the support structure simultaneously connects the main body structure and the panel or window to provide support for the same. At present, the supporting structures are various, and the matching connection modes of the supporting structures are also diversified. The supporting structure adopts a groove type embedded part mode, the groove type embedded part is formed by embedding channel steel in a main body structure, a groove opening of the channel steel exposes out of the surface of the main body structure, the head of a T-shaped bolt is embedded in a clamping groove of the channel steel, and the screw part of the T-shaped bolt is connected with the curtain wall or the support of the energy-saving window.
In traditional slot type built-in fitting, the width between the channel-section steel both sides wall is unanimous from top to bottom, and under the condition that building element received great external force, this slot type built-in fitting probably was pulled out major structure like this. In addition, among traditional slot type built-in fitting, frictional force is less between the head of T type bolt and the draw-in groove inner wall of channel-section steel, receives under the condition that great lateral wind load such as strong wind blows and attacks etc. at building element, building element can follow the draw-in groove length direction removal of channel-section steel to influence building element's safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a groove type embedded part for an energy-saving window and a curtain wall, which can bear higher load and has better stress performance.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the groove type embedded part for the energy-saving window and the curtain wall is designed and manufactured, and comprises the following steps: the steel bar fixing device comprises a channel steel with a forward notch, a T-shaped bolt with the head part embedded in a clamping groove of the channel steel and a plurality of bar pieces fixed on the rear side of the channel steel; the channel steel is of a structure with the width between the outer wall surfaces at two sides being narrow in the front and wide in the rear.
The anti-skid tooth surface is arranged on the inner wall of the channel steel along the length direction of the channel steel on two sides of the notch, and the length direction of the rack on the anti-skid tooth surface is perpendicular to the length direction of the channel steel.
The distance between the front end face and the rear end face of the channel steel is 30-50 mm, and the width between the outer wall surfaces of the two sides of the front end of the channel steel is 1-3 mm smaller than the width between the outer wall surfaces of the two sides of the rear end of the channel steel.
The rod piece is made of I-shaped steel, one side flange of the I-shaped steel is welded with the rear side of the channel steel, and a web plate of the I-shaped steel is perpendicular to the length direction of the channel steel.
Compared with the prior art, the energy-saving window and the curtain wall are characterized in that the width between the outer wall surfaces of two sides of the channel steel of the groove type embedded part for the curtain wall is narrow in front and wide in back, the channel steel can be more stably embedded in the main body structure and is more difficult to pull out of the main body structure, and the external tension born by the channel steel is larger; in addition, the anti-skidding tooth surfaces are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the notch of the channel steel, so that building components such as the T-shaped bolt and a curtain wall or a window body connected with the T-shaped bolt are prevented from easily sliding along the clamping groove of the channel steel, and therefore larger lateral wind load can be resisted, and the connecting structure of the curtain wall or the energy-saving window is safer and more reliable.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a groove-type embedded part for an energy-saving window and a curtain wall according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a transverse cross-sectional view of the channel and its rear bar.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the groove-type embedded part for the energy-saving window and the curtain wall of the present invention comprises: the steel channel 1, T-shaped bolt 2 and its matched nut and rod 3. The cross section of the channel steel 1 is approximately C-shaped, a clamping groove 11 is arranged in the channel steel, a notch 14 of the channel steel is arranged forwards and exposed out of the surface of the main structure, and clamping edges 12 which extend towards the direction of the center line L are arranged on two sides of the notch 14. The head of the T-shaped bolt 2 is embedded in the clamping groove 11 of the channel steel 1, the screw part of the T-shaped bolt 2 extends out to be used for connecting building components such as curtain walls or energy-saving windows, and the head of the T-shaped bolt 2 is clamped by the clamping edge 12 and cannot be separated from the channel steel 1, so that the T-shaped bolt 2 and the building components connected with the T-shaped bolt can move along the length direction of the channel steel 1 to be adjusted to a proper installation position. The rod pieces 3 are provided with a plurality of rod pieces and fixed on the rear side of the channel steel 1, and the rod pieces 3 are also embedded in the main body structure.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention is characterized in that: the channel steel 1 is of a structure with a width between the outer wall surfaces of the upper side and the lower side, the front part of the structure is narrow, and the rear part of the structure is wide. Because the front width of the channel steel 1 is smaller and the rear width is larger, the channel steel can be more stably embedded in the main body structure and is more difficult to be pulled out of the main body structure, and the borne external tensile force is larger.
The distance C between the front end face and the rear end face of the channel steel 1 is 30-50 mm, and the width A between the outer wall surfaces of the two sides of the front end of the channel steel 1 is 1-3 mm smaller than the width B between the outer wall surfaces of the two sides of the rear end of the channel steel 1. In this embodiment, C is 34 mm, a is 52 mm, B is 54 mm, and the difference between the front and rear widths is 2 mm. Of course, the above dimensions of the channel 1 may be adjusted as appropriate depending on the weight of the building element to be supported.
In addition, the channel steel 1 is provided with anti-skid tooth surfaces 13 on the inner walls of the clamping edges 12 at two sides of the notch along the length direction of the channel steel, and the length direction of a rack on the anti-skid tooth surfaces 13 is perpendicular to the length direction of the channel steel 1. Therefore, after the T-shaped bolt 2 is connected with building components such as a curtain wall or an energy-saving window, the head 21 of the T-shaped bolt 2 is pressed against the anti-skid tooth surface 13 under the action of external force, so that the T-shaped bolt 2 can be more effectively prevented from transversely sliding along the clamping groove 11, namely, the energy-saving window and the groove type embedded part for the curtain wall can resist larger lateral load, such as larger wind power, and the connecting structure of the curtain wall or the energy-saving window is safer and more reliable.
The rod piece 3 is made of I-steel, a flange 31 on one side of the I-steel is welded with the rear side face of the channel steel 1, and a plane of a web plate 32 of the I-steel is perpendicular to the length direction of the channel steel 1.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
