In conclusion, the male columns 2 and the female columns 3 of the left and right adjacent curtain wall units 100 are spliced, and the top cross beams 4 and the bottom cross beams 5 of the upper and lower adjacent curtain wall units 100 are spliced, so that the curtain wall units 100 can be quickly spliced, and the method is suitable for centralized production in factories; an anti-jump bead 12 is connected to the middle cross beam 6, and an arched top plate 911 matched with the anti-jump bead 12 is arranged on the window top section 91 of the window sash 9 so as to limit the up-down jump amplitude of the window sash 9; the window frame section bar 7 is connected with a lock hook 71, the lock hook 71 can be inserted into the arched top sheet 911 to lock the window sash 9, and the window sash 9 is prevented from falling after the failure of the connecting piece 8.
Further, in order to improve the capability of the curtain wall system in resisting deformation and eliminate the defects of the self-body building structure, an adjusting component is arranged between the curtain wall unit 100 and the civil engineering structure 1 or between two adjacent curtain wall units 100, and the adjusting component comprises a horizontal adjusting component 14 for adjusting the distance between the left and right adjacent curtain wall units 100, a front and back adjusting component 15 for adjusting the distance between the curtain wall unit 100 and the civil engineering structure 1, and a vertical adjusting component 16 for adjusting the distance between the upper and lower adjacent curtain wall units 100.
Furthermore, a first dustproof line is arranged between two adjacent curtain wall glass 10, and a first waterproof line and a first airtight line are arranged between the male upright post 2 and the female upright post 3; the first dustproof line, the first dustproof line and the first airtight line can perform waterproof and dustproof treatment on the insertion joint of the curtain wall unit 100 in the vertical direction. A second dustproof line is arranged between two adjacent curtain wall glass 10, and a second waterproof line and a second airtight line are arranged between the bottom cross beam 5 and the top cross beam 4. The two dustproof lines, the second dustproof line and the second airtight line can perform waterproof and dustproof treatment on the splicing seam of the curtain wall unit 100 along the horizontal direction. The sealing performance of the curtain wall system can be improved through multiple waterproof and dustproof treatments.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
