本发明公开了一种绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂及其制备方法与应用。该纸用生物基助剂包括如下按重量百分数计的组分:魔芋精粉0.3~0.8%、皱波角叉菜提取物0.3~0.8%、黄原胶0.05~0.3%、柠檬酸钾0.3~0.8%、羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.3%、淀粉0.2~0.8%、水溶性硅油0.05~0.4%,水为余量。本发明中的纸用生物基助剂在生活用纸中可作为保湿剂、润滑剂和增强剂使用,降低生活用纸的粗糙感,增加纸的湿抗张强度,不易掉屑,更易吸水,制得的生活用纸如柔润纸等分散性好,不会对环境造成影响。

本发明涉及纸用生物基助剂的制备领域,特别涉及一种绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
生活用纸是现代社会生活必不可少的日常用品,随着生活用纸市场的逐渐发展、以及消费者对生活用纸使用感受和使用途径的不断要求,生活用纸的强度、湿水韧性以及安全性都成为了消费者的选择因素。而过多的化学成分的添加,对人的皮肤存在潜在的隐患。如季铵盐、滑石粉等一类柔软剂,有可能会破坏皮肤细胞,引起皮肤炎症。油脂润滑剂的添加,会使纸巾变得手感粘腻,纤维的结合力降低。而通过生物基助剂的添加,不仅对人体皮肤无害,还不会对使用后的丢弃产生环境影响,增强生活用纸的柔软性、湿抗张强度以及亲水性。

本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供所述绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂,包括如下按重量百分数计的组分:
魔芋精粉0.3~0.8%、皱波角叉菜提取物0.3~0.8%、黄原胶0.05~0.3%、柠檬酸钾0.3~0.8%、羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.3%、淀粉0.2~0.8%、水溶性硅油0.05~0.4%,水为余量。
所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂,优选为包括如下按重量百分数计的组分:魔芋精粉0.38~0.48%、皱波角叉菜提取物0.38~0.78%、黄原胶0.17~0.24%、柠檬酸钾0.38~0.78%、羧甲基纤维素0.15~0.24%、淀粉0.23~0.61%、水溶性硅油0.19~0.38%,水为余量(96.96~97.82%)。
所述的淀粉优选为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和土豆淀粉中的至少一种。
所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取水溶性硅油、柠檬酸钾和皱波角叉菜提取物加入到水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系I;
(2)称取魔芋精粉、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素和淀粉,混合均匀,然后加入到混合体系I中,继续搅拌混合均匀,过滤,得到所述绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂。
步骤(1)中所述的水优选为EDI纯水。
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌的转速1500~2500rpm;优选为2000rpm。
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌的时间为30分钟以上。
步骤(2)中所述的继续搅拌的时间为30分钟以上。
步骤(2)中所述的过滤为采用300目滤布过滤进行过滤。
所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂在制备生活用纸方面的应用。
所述的生活用纸包括柔润纸等,该纸用生物基助剂在生活用纸中可作为保湿剂、润滑剂和增强剂使用。

3、本发明采用的是生物可降解材料,不会对环境造成影响,所制得的纸制品可以冲散并进入下水道系统。

本发明中的实施例和对比例中涉及的魔芋精粉购于武汉市清江魔芋制品有限公司,纯度大于90%;皱波角叉菜提取物购于广州兄弟生物技术公司,纯度大于90%;黄原胶、柠檬酸钾和羧甲基纤维素购于上海麦克林有限公司;淀粉包括但不限于玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和土豆淀粉,均购于新乡市新良粮油加工有限责任公司,纯度大于90%;水溶性硅油购自美国道康宁公司;其他原料及试剂均可通过市售获得。
本发明中的实施例和对比例中配制助剂所用的水优选为EDI纯水。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种绿色可冲散柔润纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水1000g、水溶性硅油2g、柠檬酸钾8g、皱波角叉菜提取物8g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉4g、黄原胶1.8g、羧甲基纤维素1.5g和玉米淀粉6g,并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂(图1)。
(4)以棉浆板(购自山东恒联新材料股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为30g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂抹生物基助剂5g/m2,100℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种绿色可冲散柔润纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水1300g、水溶性硅油5g、柠檬酸钾5g、皱波角叉菜提取物5g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉5g、黄原胶3g、羧甲基纤维素3g和木薯淀粉3g,并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂。
(4)以针叶木浆板(购自山东太阳纸业股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为20g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂抹纸用生物基助剂5g/m2,80℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种绿色可冲散柔润纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水800g、水溶性硅油3g、柠檬酸钾5g、皱波角叉菜提取物4g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉4g、黄原胶2g、羧甲基纤维素2g和土豆淀粉5g,并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂。
(4)以棉浆板(购自山东恒联新材料股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为20g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂纸用生物基抹助剂5g/m2,80℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水800g、水溶性硅油3g、柠檬酸钾5g、皱波角叉菜提取物4g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉4g和土豆淀粉5g并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂。
(4)以针叶木浆板(购自山东太阳纸业股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为25g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂抹纸用生物基助剂5g/m2,80℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水800g、水溶性硅油3g、柠檬酸钾5g、皱波角叉菜提取物4g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉4g、黄原胶2g和羧甲基纤维素2g,并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂。
(4)以棉浆板(购自山东恒联新材料股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为25g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂抹纸用生物基助剂5g/m2,80℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种常规生物基凝胶助剂的应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)参照文献《黄林青,许圆,佘楚芬.魔芋胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶共混凝胶特性的研究[J].现代食品,2017(15):123-124.DOI:10.16736/j.cnki.cn41-1434/ts.2017.15.039.》,按照最优配比称取水985g、魔芋精粉7.5g、黄原胶3g和皱波角叉菜提取物4.5g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀,得到生物基凝胶A。
(2)以棉浆板(购自山东恒联新材料股份有限公司)为原料,经过疏解,打浆,最终将打浆度为30°SR的浆料抄造成定量为25g/m2的手抄片,并在双面各涂抹生物基凝胶A10g/m2,80℃烘干,即得绿色可冲散柔润纸。
对比例4
本对比例提供一种纸用生物基助剂及其应用,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取水800g、柠檬酸钾5g、皱波角叉菜提取物4g于烧杯中,在2000rpm下使用分散盘进行搅拌30分钟直至混合均匀;
(2)称取魔芋精粉4g和黄原胶2g并混合均匀;
(3)往步骤(1)的烧杯中边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤(2)中搅拌完成得到的粉末,继续搅拌30分钟,并使用300目滤布过滤,得到纸用生物基助剂。
(4)在25g/m2定量的非织造棉无纺布(购于广州诺胜无纺制品有限公司)的双面各涂抹纸用生物基助剂8g/m2,80℃烘干,即得柔润纸。
效果实施例
(1)性能测试
取实施例1-3和对比例1-4制得的纸张,按照GB/T 24328.4-2020对纸张的湿抗张强度进行测试,按照GB/T 24328.3-2020对纸张的断裂伸长率进行测试,结果如表1所示。

表中:“-”为无法测得数据。
从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制得的纸张的湿抗张强度和伸长率明显优于对比例1-2,说明本发明的纸用生物基助剂的合适配比有助于对纸张实现增效作用,使纸张的湿强度更高;本发明实施例1-3制得的纸张的湿抗张强度和伸长率明显优于对比例3,说明本发明的纸用生物基助剂与同类型凝胶对比,更适用于纸制品。
(2)可冲散性能测试
取实施例1-3和对比例1-4制得的纸张,按照GB/T 40181-2021对纸张的可冲散性进行测试。

表中:“+”表示可通过试验;“-”表示不可通过试验。
从表2可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制得的纸张的分散性比对比例1-3的分散性优异,说明本发明的纸用生物基助剂并没有影响纸张的分散性;对比例4采用的是非织造棉无纺布,不具有可分散性,进一步说明本发明的应用能作为非织造材料的替代,并满足可分散的性能。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂,其特征在于,包括如下按重量百分数计的组分:魔芋精粉0.3~0.8%、皱波角叉菜提取物0.3~0.8%、黄原胶0.05~0.3%、柠檬酸钾0.3~0.8%、羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.3%、淀粉0.2~0.8%、水溶性硅油0.05~0.4%,水为余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂,其特征在于,包括如下按重量百分数计的组分:魔芋精粉0.38~0.48%、皱波角叉菜提取物0.38~0.78%、黄原胶0.17~0.24%、柠檬酸钾0.38~0.78%、羧甲基纤维素0.15~0.24%、淀粉0.23~0.61%、水溶性硅油0.19~0.38%,水为余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂,其特征在于:所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和土豆淀粉中的至少一种。
4.权利要求1所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取水溶性硅油、柠檬酸钾和皱波角叉菜提取物加入到水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系I;
(2)称取魔芋精粉、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素和淀粉,混合均匀,然后加入到混合体系I中,继续搅拌混合均匀,过滤,得到所述绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌的转速1500~2500rpm;
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌的时间为30分钟以上;
步骤(2)中所述的继续搅拌的时间为30分钟以上;
步骤(2)中所述的过滤为采用300目滤布过滤进行过滤。
6.权利要求1~3任一项所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂在制备生活用纸方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的生活用纸为柔润纸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:将权利要求1~3任一项所述的绿色可冲散纸用生物基助剂涂覆到纸张的表面,干燥,即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:
所述的涂覆的用量为5~10g/m2;
所述的纸张为由植物纤维浆料抄造而成的纸张,其定量为10~80g/m2。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:
所述的涂覆为双面涂覆;
所述的纸张的定量为20~30g/m2;
所述的植物纤维浆料为棉浆和针叶木浆中的至少一种;
所述的干燥的温度为80~100℃。
