Referring to fig. 5, to further enhance stability of the corrugated paper roll 11 during transfer to the transfer plate 72, a paper roll correction assembly 8 is provided adjacent the blanking station of the transfer plate 72. The paper roll correction assembly 8 comprises a correction plate 81 and a correction plate telescopic member 82, wherein the correction plate accommodating groove 80 is formed in one side, close to the conveying plate 72, of the ground 12, the correction plate 81 is hinged to the groove wall of the correction plate accommodating groove 80, the correction plate telescopic member 82 is arranged in the correction plate accommodating groove 80, one end of the correction plate telescopic member 82 is hinged to the bottom side of the correction plate 81, and the other end of the correction plate telescopic member 82 is connected with the groove wall of the correction plate accommodating groove 80 in a rotating mode through a rotating rod. The correcting plate telescoping member 82 may be an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, and the top side of the correcting plate 81 can be flush with the ground 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, when the corrugated paper roll 11 is discharged from the paper roll storage frame 3, the correcting plate telescopic piece 82 stretches to drive the correcting plate 81 to overturn, the correcting plate 81 is obliquely positioned on two sides of the conveying plate 72, the corrugated paper roll 11 is limited by the correcting plate 81 in the process of transferring the corrugated paper roll 11 from the paper roll storage frame 3 to the conveying plate 72, so that the corrugated paper roll 11 can be smoothly transferred to the conveying plate 72, and the correcting plate 81 returns to the original position after the transfer is completed, so that the passing of equipment in a factory building is not influenced.
After the corrugated paper roll 11 is transferred to the conveying plate 72, the corrugated paper roll 11 is conveyed to a feeding station of the automatic paper feeding machine 10 by the conveying plate 72, the automatic paper feeding machine 10 is utilized to realize the feeding of the corrugated paper roll 11, and after the feeding and processing of a corrugated paper roll 11 are finished subsequently, the paper roll storage frame 3 rotates to continue the discharging of the next corrugated paper roll 11.
The implementation principle of the conveying device of the automatic paper feeding machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: the corrugated paper rolls 11 are stored on the paper roll storage rack 3, and on the premise of limited occupied area, the storage quantity of the corrugated paper rolls 11 can be effectively improved by utilizing the paper roll storage rack 3, so that the factory building area is saved; meanwhile, the paper roll clamping assembly 5 can improve the stability of the corrugated paper roll 11 stored on the paper roll storage rack 3, and ensure the normal storage of the corrugated paper roll 11; the corrugated paper roll 11 can be conveyed to the paper roll conveying line 7 by the paper roll blanking assembly 6, the corrugated paper roll 11 is conveyed to a feeding station of the automatic paper feeding machine 10 by the paper roll conveying line 7, and the automatic paper feeding machine 10 is used for realizing automatic feeding of the corrugated paper roll 11; the paper roll blanking assembly 6 is matched with the storage rack driving assembly 4, corrugated paper rolls 11 stored on the paper roll storage rack 3 can be sequentially conveyed to a feeding station of the automatic paper feeding machine 10, efficiency is improved, and factory automatic production is achieved.

Claims (8)

1. A conveyor for an automatic paper feeder, comprising:
a mounting frame (2);
the paper roll storage rack (3), the paper roll storage rack (3) is rotationally connected with the mounting rack (2), the rotation axis of the paper roll storage rack (3) extends along the horizontal direction, the paper roll storage rack (3) comprises a plurality of paper roll storage rods (33) extending along the horizontal direction, and the paper roll storage rods (33) can be arranged in a winding drum of the corrugated paper roll (11) in a penetrating mode;
the paper roll clamping assembly (5), the paper roll clamping assembly (5) is arranged on the paper roll containing rod (33) and used for clamping and fixing the corrugated paper roll (11);
the storage rack driving assembly (4) is used for driving the paper roll storage rack (3) to rotate;
the paper roll conveying line (7), one end of the paper roll conveying line (7) is used for being in butt joint with a feeding station of an automatic paper feeding machine (10), and the other end of the paper roll conveying line (7) is in butt joint with a discharging station of the paper roll storage rack (3);
the paper roll blanking assembly (6) is used for conveying corrugated paper rolls (11) placed on the paper roll storage rods (33) to the feeding end of the paper roll conveying line (7);
the paper roll clamping assembly (5) comprises a clamping rod connecting piece, a clamping rod (53) and a clamping rod driving piece (54), wherein the clamping rod connecting piece is connected with the paper roll storage rack (3), one end of the clamping rod (53) is connected to the clamping rod connecting piece in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the clamping rod (53) is consistent with the radial direction of the paper roll storage rod (33), the clamping rod (53) is parallel to the paper roll storage rod (33), and the clamping rod driving piece (54) is arranged on the clamping rod connecting piece and used for driving the clamping rod (53) to move;
the clamp rod connecting piece comprises a sleeve ring (51) and a sleeve ring connecting rod (52), the sleeve ring (51) is sleeved on the periphery of the paper roll storage rod (33) and is rotationally connected with the paper roll storage rod (33), the sleeve ring (51) is rotationally connected with the paper roll storage rack (3), the sleeve ring connecting rod (52) is fixed on the outer wall of the sleeve ring (51), and one end of the clamp rod (53) is slidably connected with the sleeve ring connecting rod (52).
