Abstract

In the standard of the fastener, the fine thread pitch of the M36 hexagon head bolt is 3mm, the installation accuracy of the host and the gear box is less than or equal to about 0.01mm, only thread-level fine adjustment is allowed up and down, front and back, left and right, and the fine thread with the thread pitch of 3mm cannot meet the installation accuracy of the host and the gear box. The fine-thread bolt has good self-locking performance and strong anti-vibration loosening capability, and is commonly used for precise adjustment. The thread specification of the adjusting bolt 2 is M36, the performance grade is 8.8 grade, the performance grade of the adjusting nut 3 is 8 grade, the high-strength fastener has higher hardness, the borne load is larger than that of a common bolt, the connecting rigidity is high, and the adjusting bolt can be repeatedly used.
And step two, welding the installation adjusting devices on the host machine base or the gear box base, wherein each host machine base or the gear box base is provided with 8 installation adjusting devices, and the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side are respectively provided with two installation adjusting devices.
And step three, adjusting the adjusting bolts 2 according to the moving direction of the host or the gear box to move the host or the gear box to a specified position, when the host or the gear box needs to be adjusted in the left-right direction, loosening the adjusting bolts 2 of the four mounting adjusting devices in the front-back direction, loosening the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the left side if the host or the gear box needs to be adjusted in the left-right direction, simultaneously tightening the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the right side, using the thread tail ends of the adjusting bolts 2 to prop against the host or the gear box to move leftwards, loosening the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the right side if the host or the gear box needs to be moved rightwards, simultaneously tightening the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the left side, and propping against the host or the gear box to move rightwards by using the thread tail ends of the adjusting bolts 2. When the host or the gear box needs to be adjusted in the front-back direction, the adjusting bolts 2 of the four mounting adjusting devices in the left-right direction are loosened, if the host or the gear box needs to be adjusted in the front-back direction, the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the front side are loosened, the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the back side are simultaneously screwed, the threaded tail ends of the adjusting bolts 2 are used for propping against the host or the gear box to move forwards, if the host or the gear box needs to be moved backwards, the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the back side are loosened, the adjusting bolts 2 of the two mounting adjusting devices in the front side are simultaneously screwed, and the threaded tail ends of the adjusting bolts 2 are used for propping against the host or the gear box to move backwards. When the host or the gear box needs to be adjusted in the up-and-down direction, 8 adjusting bolts 2 for installing the adjusting devices on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side are simultaneously loosened, and the up-and-down direction is adjusted by using adjusting screws of the host and the gear box.
And step four, after the host and the gear box are installed, cutting off the bottom plate 6 welded on the host base or the gear box base, polishing the welded position, and repeatedly using the installation adjusting device, wherein the thickness of the bottom plate 6 is larger than that of the side plate 4 and larger than that of the toggle plate 5 when the installation adjusting device is repeatedly used.
