Abstract

The suspension system of the heavy truck cab has the functions of connecting the cab with the frame, damping and overturning the cab. Meanwhile, in order to improve the maintenance convenience, the new-generation heavy truck has a large design turning angle, and a shock absorber or a hydraulic cylinder may fail under some extreme working conditions such as collision, so that the cab is turned over and falls forwards during turning, and serious potential safety hazards exist.
